Very high customer service here! First I would like to say that we went to the Apache Junction store originally, not this store. The Apache Junction Store insulted us by belittling the new cell-phone we ordered from Verizon and wanted to charge us to transfer the old phone to the new one. We left the Apache Junction store and went to this Mesa store and asked for assistance-BINGO! The Mesa store assistant started the Cloud download right away (Apache Junction store never attempted that), the store assistant made the phone transfer free of charge and we are were on our way! This store assistant at this Mesa store said there is nothing wrong with the new phone that we just purchased and with the warranty the phone would be covered if something did go wrong anyway. We were treated with nothing but respect. I know it is a longer drive and that they can get very busy, but using this store is best option for those of us on the east side of the valley. read more

I like this Verizon, because it's conveniently located, there's usually parking, and the staff is friendly and on the ball. I did go in once, though, and they took an elderly couple before me, although I was ahead of them. When I protested, the girl working the door became really indignant and asked me to calm down, which I found really inappropriate. Other than that, I recommend this store. read more

This location is worthless. Go anywhere else if you can. I made an appointment for my 80 year old mother and when she got there they made her stand outside in 110% weather with her mask on, 2 associates came outside and ended up making my mother call there customer service because they said they couldn't remove one of her lines in the store. There where 3 associates and know one but them inside at this location and they are making there customers make appointment and wait outside. Shame on you Verizon your Customer service is a FAIL. read more

My lowest score I've given a store. Multiple issues involving essential help, this store does not provide customer service, they direct you to call Verizon for help in many issues, making my trip to the store frustrating. This store doesn't have access or basic tools to help customers, it is designed to sell products, but any issue sadly they cannot help. They will not help you unless you are elderly and unable to literally. Telling you they cannot disconnect or able to provide service help, they direct you to call Verizon from your phone for any customer help. This store has shown every time my parents, friends, and myself if you have an issue or would like to do something with your service or bill you are instructed to call Verizon. I'm highly tech savvy and very informed on how to and I'm shock how a store cannot help their customers in basic tech 101 for older individuals such as my parents, that just need help. This store primary focus in selling products and not service or help. I've noticed the customer is now the employee doing all the work for something you pay for. You are a number in this store not a customer save yourself a trip and if you have an issue call Verizon you will be turned down unless you are buying something, better to buy at Best Buy than this store. read more

Wait time was ridiculous and the customer service is so much worse. 5 minutes with the guy and we said never mind and left to go to the one in Queen Creek. Daniel mumbled when he spoke, seemed so uninterested about helping, and knew nothing about one of the most talked about new phones coming out. Verizon customer service no longer exist. You have to do everything yourself. If you have insurance they are no help. When you get a replacement phone it's refurbished What are we paying for. We are all not gadget savvy. They won't even help us transfer our info. Not Happy. read more

Don't know if they are understaffed or what but every time I come to this location I feel like I spend half of my day waiting. So disappointed. I arrived at the store around 7pm. I was told there was a 40 minute wait. I decided to suck it up and deal with it. Around 7:30, I needed to use the restroom and was told I had to use the bathroom at MOD Pizza (seems weird that a store serves the public and makes you wait sooo long yet offers no public restrooms). After returning back to the store, I waited about another 10 minutes and was finally called. I was so excited to finally move this along and get home. The account person I was assigned to seemed pretty green and was asking colleagues for guidance as she navigated through the process. After we discussed what I was trying to do and the rate I was given over the phone, she walked away and came back explaining a different version of what we discussed. Luckily I had someone with me to acknowledge I was not losing my mind. After further conversation, it seemed as though things were on track and moving along again. That's when the rep came out and said there is no way the transaction would happen as we had been discussing. At this point it was around 8:30/8:45. I requested that she have her manager attend the conversation. I shared my major disappointment with the communication I had with his team and how it was not okay to keep me there for nearly 2 hours believing that this transaction was moving forward and then to finally say I was not eligible for the price I was previously quoted. This team needs more guidance from the Verizon HQ as this evening was not what anyone should experience... Especially from a market dominating brand. read more

Verizon made an appointment at this store for me specifically so that I would be able to do a factory reset on my phone while somebody was there in case something went wrong. I bought a phone from Verizon that is a bit of a dud and have had many issues. The phone rep thought that by making an appointment in person I would be helped through the process of a factory reset which was their last resort before they replaced my phone. The customer service person at Verizon was extremely short with me. Refused to do a factory reset because he said he couldn't spend the time. Seemed more interested in hustling me out the door then helping me. I went from there to a Samsung repair place and they told me many Verizon store customers have come there with the same complaint. They said never go there after 5, even though I had a 5:00 appointment, because the sales people only want to sell phones they don't really want to help existing customers. I was very unhappy with my experience and will be escalating it to management tomorrow. I have been a Verizon customer for 25 years and do not expect to be treated this way when I need some mild assistance. read more

We come to this location because it's closest to home & the most convenient. I believe it's in a great location & very well laid out and clean. We are always greeted & checked in as soon as we walked through the doors. If there's not too many people the door greeter gets a head start on helping us out which is awesome because it makes for a quicker stop. We had a bad experience with an employee here before but today when we went in & expressed our concerns Ty McCown (Manager) & Joseph Orlando (Specialist) went above & beyond & they were quick to give us answers to all our questions. They set us up with what we wanted to best fit our business & got us the right plan that fits what we need & even saved us some money! I've been in three times to get my phone fixed I just got the new S8 it has been 11 days today this is my second screen saver that has popped off and broken the OtterBox will not hold the phone in the clip like it's supposed to. The S8 phone does not respond like they say it does. It is full of Samsung junk the phone is horrible I've tried to return it twice and they have tried to talk me out of it. Find a Verizon store that knows what they're talking about about the quality of their product and how it works. This place was a joke when it came to putting on the screensaver everybody looked at each other and giggled and smiled and asked if they knew how to put it on I should have known right then. read more

I called the store to see if they carry the Apple silicone case and the Apple leather case for the iPhone 7. Took multiple calls because they have no option to talk to a real person. Finally got ahold of someone and they said they had them in stock. Drove down, was immediately told there was a wait. No big deal. They got to me and told me they did not have them. I figured I would return the case and buy from apple directly. I tried to return the case I bought the day before in this exact store and they would not do the return. Customer service was good. I upgraded from Iphone 4S to 5S and got across the board trade in. That was great! I was very concerned about making sure all my apps would get on it and my contacts, photos, etc. I am not a total geek so needed some instruction, sales rep started the process and showed me how, kinda nonchalantly mentioned it would take awhile maybe close to an hour, and mentioned it was using the wi fi in the store to do this. She went over some more things and I left. Halfway home I got an email to say the downloading used all my data!!!! What the heck! Had to hurry to get home and connect to my Wi-Fi. Of course they're there to make money and I'm scared to look to see what extra charges occurred with that. I just wish she would have brought that to my attention before I left. Also she put my new Lifeproof case on and made sure she told me I had so many days to register my phone (would be covered if broke or water damage)...but neglected to tell me that I would need the bar code numbers on the INSIDE of the case to do that. Well, you know how hard some of these cases are to get off!!! Just frustrating. Anyway.....make sure you write all your questions down before you go! They will get every penny out of you they can. read more
