When we returned to clarify and fix the issue, the service was even worse. The staff member told us to call customer service and then refused to help us further, shouting 'GET OUT OF MY STORE!!!' When I tried to get his name, he covered his nametag. I managed to take a photo to remember him by, as he almost tried to snatch my phone from me. I've never encountered such rude service. I was later contacted by the repair tech and informed that he would need to order more parts because my battery and charging port were also fried, but he stated he would be honoring the original price quoted. He said it would be another $100 on top of the amount i paid to fix the back of the phone. At that point, I was not interested in getting any further services from this company because I was not sure if something else would randomly come up again. At the end of it all, I was left with a phone that had a fixed back screen but I was unable to turn on or return to my provider for phone credit. I would not recommend this place.
