Had to wait and wait and apparently was overcharged. I was jammed up and needed the phone despite being charged tacked-on activation plus plus. I did walk out of there with activation on a phone I already owned for the better part of a hundred bucks what would I believe would have been half that without the middle man. Worst place in town , they have extremely poor communication skills. For instance i was told " you get the phone case for a discount price of ten dollars " and then they charge me " 40$ and discount ten dollars " those sentences are not the same nor do they mean the same thing. read more

I have bought all of my IPhones here at great values, with great service, including my current iPhone 14 Pro Max. I recently went in with my daughter and wanted to switch her phone service from Cricket to Boost because Cricket was raising their rates on me. The sales guy Miguel came over and helped us right away. He went above and beyond and called customer service for us to get her phone/SIM card transferred and set up, instead of sending us home with a phone number for us to call and do ourselves. Thank goodness he was the one who did it because there were snags and he was able to get everything done and fixed for us. Instead of trying to sell us one of the higher plans that other companies offered he was honest and told us that Boost was the cheapest and best coverage at unlimited text/talk and unlimited data for only $25/month, where it stays at $25 and will never go up. Needless to say I'm going to pay off my AT&T balance and go back to Tony's and have Miguel set my phone up with Boost. Oh and if you're thinking that it's so cheap because they don't have the satellite coverage, you would be wrong, because they have just as many if not more coverage than those expensive carriers! read more

I went to Tony's to buy a new cell phone and transferred my old phone information. I spent an hour there trying to get help. Tony allowed another customer to go in front of me. Because, he didn't want them to wait. Meanwhile, I was there first and being helped. This tacked on another half an hour to my wait. I get home and my phone isn't receiving texts and I don't have any of my pictures. I'm a repeat customer but, won't be after this experience. read more

OMFG! We bought a car from Tony. On Day 2! The check engine light came on. He had already taken it to "fix" it. HAHAHA YEA RIGHT!! From then on it was problem after problem. Here we are a year later 3,400 dollars already put into the car besides the 4,000 we paid for it and more money to come because we have yet more issues. AND WE CAN'T EVEN SELLIT FOR MORE THAN 500 bucks if we don't fix it. REALLY REALLY SCREWED US OVER!!!! read more

I think customer service is everything, says a lot about the company and the ones who own it. I have to say this place really lacks in this department. Besides giving a different price over the phone, to having no clue how much it would be or where they send the phones a price was made up so it seemed. Didn't seem to want my business. I last visited this store 3 years ago looking for a cheap replacement phone with a budget of $50. I walked in and first of all not a single employee greeted me upon entering. I had to flag someone down to come and help me and told them my situation. I told them I didn't want to exceed my limit of $50 since the iPhone 5 was coming out later that September and my basic phone wasn't working for me. He took me over to the front counter and showed me a couple of options to choose from. Each phone he handed was well over my spending limit! He handed me an android phone listed at $300...clearly over my limit by a factor of 60. He kept pushing that I buy the product and that the iPhone 5 wouldn't be released that year. All in all, they didn't respect me or my needs and stated that I was potentially wrong. I walked out of there with no phone and very disrespected. read more

I recently bought a phone from them 3-4 weeks ago. Upon getting to know my device I began having some issues. I called my service provider and informed them of the issues that I was having and they fixed the ones that were service provider related. They directed me to the place that I bought the phone for the other issues as they were not network issues but in fact handset issues. So I called Tony's Cellular. They informed me in so many words that there was nothing they could do. If you want to buy a product and would like to make sure that everything goes smoothly go directly to the company, do not go to Tony's Cellular.
