We hired a local firm that soon thereafter went out of business. Our second try, again with another local firm was a swing and miss. They claimed to have the ability to maintain our network, but, ultimately, it was just beyond their abilities. I was resigned to either hiring an in-house IT professional or going outside of Merced to solve our issues. It was at that point that I was introduced to Tom Leach at Mid Valley IT. I decided to give the local company a try. And I'm glad I did. Mid Valley IT handled our network with ease and efficiency. Any time we had an issue, they were a quick phone call away. Unlike one of the other firms we'd hired, their technicians stay with Mid Valley. So, we always had someone around who knew our network. I would get calls from time to time from other IT companies asking me to consider switching. Every time, the answer was, "Why would I do that? I've got Mid Valley IT!"

It all began with my trying to purchase my wife a new phone for her birthday went to this location and at that time I thought the young lady assisting us was professionally rude. She quoted some astronomical price for my wife to get a new phone, we waked out my wife completely disappointed. Well we ordered a new phone directly from T-mobile, which was considerably less than the local store. However my wife had to go into this store again and have her phone programmed/set-up Sonia is the same employee that greeted her and my wife said that she was more concerned with helping other people of her like than her and often left her alone to assist others. She made her feel as if she was bothering her and she was doing her a favor by helping her. Whatever the task of transferring the info to be completed after my wife left the store Sonia, did wrong. My wife had to return back to the store for her new phone to be properly programmed. The only good part is Denecia! This young lady was proficient professional and polished! She effectively recognized the error and properly completed the task with at-hand. Denecia is the ONLY reason why anyone should patronize this location. I say thank you to Denecia (Apologies if I spelled either of the names wrong) End result I will never be a T-Mobile customer for this was an arduous process just for my wife to get a new phone!

I was with this company for almost 10years and they never seem to be on the same page. They were…read morebadgering me everytime I went in to pay my bill, finally when I decided to upgrade they had me under the impression I only had to pay $60 to switch to T-Mobile and get an upgraded phone and I knew it was too good to be true. I ended up coming out of pocket about $200 because I had to wait for the phone to come in and that caused my line to be suspended and then when I got it switched I had to pay $92 for a case and screen protector which I've never com across those items being that highly priced. Overall it was one of the worst experiences I've had and I can honestly say over the years they are getting worse and the employees are all miserable towards customers which is crazy because that's how they earn money. In all I hope they fire everyone and start over with fresh attitudes and faces that are properly trained for customer service and sales
