One of the phones we were getting was only "1 penny". Well beware, the upgrade is not free and the phone is not 1 penny. Before signing the contract I noticed there was a $36 fee for each upgrade. I told the sales person I should not have to pay an activation fee, the phone is already activated. She said she would remove the charges. I knew it wouldn't happen. She told me to call her if they were not removed. Long story short...the charges were not removed. Called her back at the store only to be told that she couldn't authorize those charges removed I had to call AT&T. Things changed after I had signed the contract. They weren't willing to stand behind what I was told. After a lengthy phone battle with AT&T on the phone I did get the charges removed. Very fraudulent and shady if you ask me. Very unprofessional. And by the way they tried to charge me $25 for the little plastic screen protector. I went home and purchased 3 on Ebay for $6. Watch your wallet if you go in there. The 1 penny phone is actually $43. They charge you the sales tax on what they say the value of the phone actually is. Just say the stupid phone costs $43. I will never step foot in another of their stores again.

When I returned , my phone was overheating so Mohammad assumed it was my battery. He then asked for the password to my phone so he can review my battery through settings. I stepped out of the store for 30 minutes. He stated it would take 45 minutes & I would receive a phone call. I never did. When I returned to the store my phone was ready & still unlocked. When I checked through my apps he was in my photo album & messages as well as other personal apps. I upgraded to their $60 plan which is Unlimited, with HD Streaming videos, mobile hotspot. And I pay extra for internet protection. Boost Mobile Runs off the Sprint Network which is T-Mobile. And I'll never go to Metro PCS, as they use the AT&T network. And I really will never get service from Metro PCS again, had their service before and had a lot of problems with the service. And I've used Cricket before and didn't really care for the phones or the service. Nation Wide service and have add ons for different countries. No Roaming Charges either. Gotta love them...
