When I returned , my phone was overheating so Mohammad assumed it was my battery. He then asked for the password to my phone so he can review my battery through settings. I stepped out of the store for 30 minutes. He stated it would take 45 minutes & I would receive a phone call. I never did. When I returned to the store my phone was ready & still unlocked. When I checked through my apps he was in my photo album & messages as well as other personal apps. I realized he was encountering himself with provocative photos of myself through my recently seen photos (that are from 2 years ago!!!!!!) A police report is in action. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! I stopped in at RepairAll Phone Repair on Monte Vista in Turlock to inquire about repair to my phone. Luis was kind enough to stop what he was doing and check my phone. Within five minutes Luis was able to diagnose the problem and fix my phone. I asked him how much was the charge to fix my phone and he replied "no charge".
