Terrible service. I experienced extremely poor service at this Verizon store. The day before, they incorrectly set up my friend's phone plan; we asked for a 5G autopay plan with 15GB but ended up with a 2G unlimited plan instead. They did not clearly explain the fees. When we returned to clarify and fix the issue, the service was even worse. The staff member told us to call customer service and then refused to help us further, shouting 'GET OUT OF MY STORE!!!' When I tried to get his name, he covered his nametag. I managed to take a photo to remember him by, as he almost tried to snatch my phone from me. I've never encountered such rude service. I walked in with the phone that was worth almost $1000 or maybe more, I had just lost both my case and my phone screen and was very afraid of breaking my phone. I was also concerned that because I had scratches on my phone that I would never be able to use a screen protector properly. Both of the girls at the store were amazing. I'm so wishing I could remember their names, but they were working Saturday, August 16 in the morning. Two girls both super amazing. I so wish I remembered their names. Please check for me. Not only did they give me the right case, the right screen protector, and upgraded my phone's awesomeness by giving me a very cool pop lock and cover for my camera. I love the way my phone looks now. It feels awesome and every time I see the sparkles it makes me smile. And every time I remember about going in the store I remember I promised I would do a review lol so here it is. Not only did my phone get fixed well that has a business you should be very impressed with therapy to up so I went in there for a case and left spending $150 on four products so shout out to them and I love the products I got! read more

I've gone in here twice. Both times I was in there for several hours because they just couldn't figure out what was going on. First time was internet hookup...HOURS! The second time they lied. They told me that I qualified for a brand new iPhone, and that all I would have to pay for it is the tax. I already had a brand new Galaxy that I was very happy with, but if I was going to get a brand new iPhone for just what it cost in tax, that was a deal. Couple weeks later I found out that the salesman lied through his teeth. What actually happened was all that you need to pay that day was tax, but it was a $1400 balance and by the time I figured that out, I couldn't take it back. So basically paying off a $1400 piece of garbage that I had no use for, thanks to their deceit. Just getting this new unwanted iPhone going took hours, so besides their incompetence they are liars. I will never go in this place again as long as I live, and everywhere I go I tell this story. Pathetic losers. read more

Bad customer service from the female manager at the Merced store on G street saying she can't honor the promotion deal since it's over when we went there way before the promotion was over to get the phone. Asked them to call Verizon customer service, but they said "NO"even they call customer service there's nothing customer service can do since the promotion is over. Guess what came home called Verizon and they honor US the deal. I want to start of by saying that the store itself was clean approachable and inviting. The issues I have is specifically with a store associate named Stephanie. She was the most rude, condescending, and vile person I've dealt with in customer service. We went in looking to upgrade our phones and she seemed to be annoyed with every question that was asked of her, spoke down to us like we didn't understand what we were doing there and held a contentious face and sarcastic tone through out our whole conversation. We were unable to finish the transition because it got to a point that she was being so nasty and condescending that I no longer felt comfortable conducting business. This is truly sad as this is a new establishment and the other associate seemed to be very patient and available for the other customers. I'm not sure if Stephanie was having a bad day or if that's her general approach to customer service but this has been one of the worst customer experiences I've had. read more

Buyer's beware of Verizon Authorized Retailer - Victra, 3560 G St, Merced, CA 95340 / 209-205-4033. The staff at this store unknowingly signed me up for two lines on my account. My cell phone and a tablet that I have never received or used. I have paid my bill for years. It wasn't until January that my daughter needed to assist me with my bill paying. I have been recently diagnosed with cancer and fighting for my life. My daughter spoke to the Victra store manager, Adam, with my consent, and he confirmed that the tablet was actually never used and was still in their store safe. He admitted it sounded like I had been frauded and would try to get to the bottom of it for me. He never called back and always said he was still trying to work on a solution with his DM when we called to follow up. This is going on the 4th month since our initial contact with Adam and my bill still shows the tablet and monthly fee for the service and device. They have not done anything to rectify the situation and continue to charge me for their fraudulent activity. The online bills that my daughter can access go to 2019 and they have been charging me since then for this additional line and device. This authorized retailer is the store that I have always done business with for my Verizon account. Their staff clearly took advantage of an older gentleman that was not tech savvy. Even after it was brought to their attention they did nothing to remedy the situation by cancelling the line so no other charges would accrue. This is theft! read more
