Watch out for Alan Martinez he pushes products on you, you don't want or need, then when you take it back they charge you a restocking fee. He doesn't know what he is doing or selling or forgets to tell you they added a line and then don't deactivate it when you took the product back. The manager Fernando is a piece of work also. He told the Verizon customer service I needed to go back into the store when I was on the phone with them all. I spoke up and said I was not making another trip for his employee's screw up! I came in to this store because they had the phone I wanted in stock. The representative was quick to get it for me. He also listened to what I wanted and verified that it was a very good phone to fit my needs. He was friendly and attentive, and didn't try to sell me extra things or talk me into something more expensive. We went in to upgrade our iPhones and had Hum foisted on us. We said we didn't want Hum, but the salesperson was persistent. He said there is a store promotion and that it wouldn't cost us anything. After some discussion, we reluctantly left with two Hum devices. So far, so good. However, after we got home, we decided we didn't want the Hum units. When we returned them the next day, less than 24 hours later, we were charged $70 ($35 each) as a "restocking fee." The manager explained that once the devices leave the store, they can no longer be sold. As such, the "restocking fee." Hmmm. If they can no longer be sold, doesn't a "restocking fee" imply it is a charge to put the devices back into the inventory to be resold? Besides, why should I pay a fee for something I didn't pay for the in the first place? Remember, there was a store promotion so I was not charged to take the devices, but I was charged $70 to return them. I suppose I could have thrown them away and saved myself $70, but that didn't make sense. Needless to say, the manager gave me a morality lecture on how I need to take responsibility for my actions and pay the fee. I called Verizon customer service and took up the situation with the corporate representative. After listening to what happened, he decided to waive the $70 fee. Today, I got my Verizon bill and guess what? The $70 fee is included! I was ripped off. Thanks, Verizon. read more

Finally convinced my husband to leave Sprint for Verizon and although the process took longer than we expected, NICOLE was the most helpful and patient sales rep ever! She went above and beyond with the best customer service and was easily reachable by text. This branch here in menifee sucks. If you really want a phone right away go to best buy and they will give you your line and phone within 30-45 minutes tops. I did an in store pick up order online and they said that they would send me an email confirming my pickup and when I should go get it. It was the next day and I checked my email(nothing) so I drove myself to see what was going on. And the guy working there told me that it was still pending and an rmail will be sent when its confirmed. A few days passed and I called customer service and she said she was going to go ahead and check up on my order. So the transaction was approved, but they said they were going to send me an email of when to go pick it up. So im waiting there and waiting and decided to just go to best buy and get it there. It took 30-45 minutes! And guess what I never got the email. However, I did get an email stating that my pick up order was canceled and I will not be charged. But they charged me the day I ordered the plan/phone. Like what? I dont understand. 2 stars because I like the company Verizon, but negative 3 for being unclear about everything. read more

How can I give negative stars? We had this "service" at our previous house. The connection was so horrible I usually disconnected my phone from the wi fi so I could have faster connection speed. Every connection in the house either didn't work, kicked us off, or was so slow I missed the 90s when dial up modem was faster. Fast forward to today, they scheduled an installation time of 0800 to 1600, (8 am to 4 pm), and did not show up or call at all...so we waited for 8 hours for a terrible service to never come. I don't know why we continue with this circus company, I feel like a beaten dog that returns for the leftovers. Can anyone recommend an Internet service? I'm done with this one. read more

Went to this location being that it is a "corporate" store and was attended by Jesus. Came in to take advantage of a buy one get one offer on the iPhone they were having in february. I had been quoted from the store in moreno valley and the gentleman there had told me he would waive/credit me my upgrade fee on 1 of my phones since my employee discount took care of the activation fee on the new phone and because i have alot of devices with them. I explained this to Jesus and asked if he could do the same to which he said yes. He said it would take 2 weeks for it to reflect on my account. Low and behold, it has been over a month and I just called the customer service team to have it credited back. So much for a corporate store being better. He left no notes on my account and the customer service representative apologized for the stores negligence. Needless to say, ill stick with my other menifee store. At least they come through on the credits, even if it takes a little longer. read more

Verizon is a BIG RIP OFF! DON'T EXCHANGE YOUR PHONES WITH THEM!!! I bought 4 phones in January 2016 because the manager of Verizon Sun City (Menifee) CA said they will had a special and would pay for our Sprint Contract to get out. They took my 4 phones from Sprint and said i needed to go online to receive the money to pay Sprint. We did just that, however it would not work, when we went into the store they gave us the technical support phone #, when we called them, they said i needed to go back into the store to get our money. We have been going back and forth for 3 months with NO SUCCESS!!! I was on the phone today from 6pm to 9pm with Verizon Tech Support and they would just transfer us to 5 different people who was suppose to help me, however each person said they didn't know how. What started off as a bad experience turned into a good one after having Lindsey help me. I have been a loyal Verizon customer for 13 years, and when my phone went haywire and needed to be replaced, I was told by another employee I couldn't activate an older phone, they wouldn't replace my screen protector, that I would have to contact customer service to resolve that issue needless to say I was not happy. Once my replacement phone came in I went back to the store and lucky me, Lindsey helped me and took care of everything, then she went the extra mile and was looking for ways to help me save on my bill. Pretty irritated with this store. I come here and spend a ton of money to get phones started and they can't even tell you the truth on the pricing. Why are you wasting my time so I have to now drive back and forth to come here to figure out why my bill is the price that it's at. How does this make any sense. You apply a military discount and apply the discount for automatic payment yet my bill is higher then I was told. So now I drive back once again to figure this out and I am told that my discounts won't be applied for 1-2 months???? I specifically asked when signing up when will this be applied and I was told immediately. Verizon needs to either tell the truth or inform your employees correctly with information. Not only this but when we first got our phones the text messaging wasn't even turned on so I had to sit on the phone for hours with customer service to figure out why I can't text or receive texts.
