Kevin C. at Best Buy provided one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained my options without any pressure, and helped me find exactly what I needed at the best value. What really stood out was his patience and genuine willingness to help. It's clear that Kevin cares about his customers and takes pride in making sure they leave happy. DO NOT BUY A TV FROM BEST BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Re: Model # QNZZS95FAFXZA Serial # OJ8N3CAL3010S3N SENT TO THE MANAGER OF BEST BUY, MENIFEE JEFFREY KING I am writing to bring a significant customer service issue to your attention following several unsuccessful attempts to reach you by phone. As a Best Buy and Geek Squad customer for over 15 years, I recently purchased a $3,500 Samsung 77" OLED TV. A week ago, the television began power cycling constantly. When I contacted Geek Squad, they said they couldn't help and redirected me to Samsung. A Samsung technician inspected the unit and confirmed there is no physical damage. However, Samsung currently lacks the parts required for repair, leaving this issue unresolved with no timeline. A three-month-old, high-value television should be replaced, not repaired. I expect Best Buy to stand behind the products it sells. A defective unit purchased so recently should be replaced directly by Best Buy, allowing your team to handle the manufacturer resolution. In my own business, we stand behind our warranties by replacing defective units directly for our clients rather than asking them to deal with the OEM. I request that Best Buy replace this unit directly. I look forward to your prompt response. read more

Don't purchase anything from Best Buy! You'll spend thousands of dollars here and once the product fails they send you to the manufacturer. Always purchase from Costco they honor their exchanges! Kelly the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional, I stated the manufacturer hasn't reached back and her exact response was "why would they reach out to you you need to reach out to them!" Haha well if you would listen accordingly and hear what I just said, they haven't responded we did attempt to contact them via email and no luck hence why we came in today! She had the absolute worst attitude, I will never buy anything else at Best Buy cause of our experience with Kelly and their return policy! read more

Located in the 'Countryside Marketplace' on Haun and Newport near TJ Maxx with plenty of parking. The store was fully stocked and organized, with a dedicated "Geek Squad" counter. You'll find a wide range of electronics, from kitchen appliances to computers and tablets, plus small sections for toys and vinyl records. We visited during the evening hours of Black Friday. Despite being busy and initially difficult to find help, the staff at the door were friendly and welcoming. We were fortunate to be assisted by Daniel, who was extremely helpful and patient. He answered all our questions efficiently, making our TV purchase an easy one. Overall, we had a good experience here. read more

Purchased an Open Box Item from Best Buy online and had it delivered to my house. When it showed up I opened the box and it was missing items and had the wrong stand for the monitor as well. This monitor was sold "Open Box excellent condition" which is determined by the geek squad. read more

This Best Buy NEVER has anything in stock when I visit. The only way I get the stuff I need is when I either preorder or do a pick-up since it lets me know when it's available for pick-up. But just visiting out of the blue or when my wife wants to visit the nearby Home Goods, this location is poorly stocked and the selection stinks. I'll just order from Amazon and wait a couple days. read more

Stopped by to look for a sound bar system for my new tv and although they had options it was a bit picked over. I checked online and found some that looked viable but I wanted to be able to hear it in person but wasn't able to. Stay away from Best Buy it's poison. I've been paying for a membership and supposed warranty on my printer. They say that I can only have availability to online repair. I use my printer from my cell phone. There seems to be something wrong with the paper feed, but they want to charge me $126 and come to my house. What was I paying for for all these years, I feel like such an idiot do not go to the Best Buy and try to talk to someone. You'll have to wait there for at least an hour. read more

Improve your curbside service it totally sucks There's no point in calling because you don't get to talk to anybody in the store. And the curbside sign say go park in the back. Hey Best Buy Menifee! I know times are tough and good help is hard to find, but who spot checks your lazy workers? Especially the greeter who is first contact with your clientele! It's 11/18/2025 and I'm tired...just got off work so I was looking for a little help. Your greeter; the one with the pulled tight ponytail and perfectly placed make-up...all full of herself...yeah that one, couldn't find it in herself to get off her chair...look on her little phone scanner thingy or call on the her radio because she obviously had no clue. Instead, she just barely pointed amd said, "Look over there." PLEASE TELL ME SHE ONLY SEASONAL HELP.... Way to go Best Buy! Keep up the bad work. Get your stuff together... read more

Possibly scammed? I made a purchase with Best buy for a GoTrax Scooter with a 2 year warranty. I'm in need of that warranty and when I contact the manufacturer, I'm told it's only a 1 year warranty. I was sent back to Best Buy only for a CS manager Jonathan to not help. The manager had me leave the store with no help but "call the manufacturer"- when contact CS phone support supervisor, I was told the same thing. Why is Best Buy refusing to take responsibility or get this taken care of? Has anyone else experienced a fake warranty on an item? Get this, I've been a plus member for years, this is the worst CS experience I've dealt with. Any recommendations? Will a lawyer fix this? Best Buy doesn't value customers. read more

Update: To the smug manager lady that said my TV would be considered "abandoned by customer" when I walked out of your store without it.... It's not your job to play detective to try and screw customers out of $1300, it's your job to make the customer happy so they keep coming back and spending more money.... I posted a photo of the credit card reversal... "high five" to Chase Bank... and got the same TV delivered for $999 from Costco.... Who would take it back even if I ran it over with the car! read more

I really dislike this Best Buy Menifee is the fastest growing city in California yet this particular best buy is in shambles. The shelves are poorly stocked and If I wanted the buy something on line or wait 2 weeks for arrival I certainly wouldn't chose this company for that commerce. Things just don't work as I had back to back returns because the item just didn't work. don't get me started on their return policy because it sucks. The staff is clearly of high school age and the usual cashier area is closed down forcing everything to the customer service geek area often with just 1 clerk, creating wait times of 10 to 15 minutes. read more

This is by far the best store to purchase tech of any kind. The Geek Squad and the general employees are great and very attentive. Me and my dad went to purchase 2 Nintendo switch 2s. I purchased mine on may 25, of 2026 with some accessories and my dad got his a bit later. They gave us the most perfect boxes that there was behind the countertop. When my dad got his I asked nicely if they could give me a 40th Anniversary Mario bros case, they happily gave me one with the purchase even though that wasn't the promo. Overall you get what you pay for. read more

Not friendly nor welcoming. I drove 30 min from my home Best Buy which is Murrieta location. I was told they had what I was looking for at the menifee location unfortunately they were not able to place it on hold. I then proceeded to call the Store to Make sure it was there which they notified me one was left. I decided to make the drive out to Menifee. Once I arrived, the gentleman working at the cell phone kiosk was quick to let me know he was busy and would be unavailable for the next 45 min, no greet and no welcome when I asked what I was looking for. He told me he had sold an hour ago, which I had just gotten off the phone 30 minutes ago with customer service from their location and told me it was there. Fine no problem. What I didn't appreciate was how unfriendly, un personable, and dismissive he was. Not the Best Buy customer service I'm used to felt like I was being rushed and lied too. And who knows maybe the product was sold out but because of his dismissive and ungenuine demeanor will not be coming back! read more

I hate that this location has provided such a horrible experience every time I go. They don't answer the phone lines, employees do not greet or assist you unless you walk up to them directly, and it doesn't seem like anyone enjoys being there. The main issue is that no matter what time you call, it's a 'high volume' of calls; at 10a on the dot? And 9:59 at night? Doesn't make sense. Would rather inconvenience myself and go elsewhere than visit this location. read more

Let me tell you this is the worst company you've ever wanna do business with they will promise everything and anything in it will not happen. 90% of the time it will not happen. My little incident was with our microwave that didn't stopped working completely. Took it out ordered microwave was promised one day, then promised another date and now today another seven days out unacceptable. Disgusting the worst company you could do business with I would drive 200 miles to go get something if I needed it in the Best Buy had it down the street I wouldn't buy it from them. Do not waste your time at the store. Go look at what you like and then leave and order it anywhere but Best Buy I hope I make myself very clear. I purchased online TV and TV mount. I picked up the TV mount at the store at this location. Days later I open the box. To find TV mount is a used product. The screws were missing for the mount. The handyman had to buy the screws and other items from the local hardware store to be able install the mount. It is disappointing to receive a product I paid full price for and to find its missing parts. Not a satisfied customer today. When you pick up your order make sure the box hasn't been open. I don't always shop at Best Buy, but when I do, it's usually because I'm getting a great deal on something. Today was no exception. My family and friends always say I'm a walking magnet for deals on everything and well... I am not denying it at all! I had been browsing online for a particular item. Was gonna get it off Amazon or Target, but decided to Google away and Best Buy popped up with such a great price I couldn't pass it up. Reviews were stellar, price was amazing, so I ended up getting 2 sets in different colors, haha! You know me, always gotta be #MatchyMatchy with my gym fits! Lol This Best Buy is located in the Menifee Countryside Marketplace, right next to Kohl's. The parking lot is huge and they have marked stalls for curbside pickup. They were really fast at getting my order ready. Ordered and picked up within an hour. Glad I didn't have to wait 2 days for Amazon or spend more at Target!! I was impressed with the level of customer service here. They were great especially for a cold and rainy day! Words cannot express how disappointed I am in Best Buy. I have bought easily 20,000+ in products in the last 4 years. I recently purchased 3 panels for my Bespoke refrigerators. Because THEY advertise they can be delivered. First day of delivery, they bring the wrong bottom panel. I have to reschedule after driving 2 hours for this app. They push my app another month and today, again they bring the wrong panel. The service delivery people are TRASH and don't care they messed. This is the 3rd person that calls me from Best Buy's General service and in simpler words, they said the panel just doesn't exist and we don't know what to do. They don't seem to care at all that I've wasted about 3 months, gas, and time waiting for this product that simply hasn't gotten here and they are so quick to just say "I don't know what to tell you". Absolutely GARBAGE SERVICE. You need to do better Best Buy. Stop selling products YOU DON'T HAVE IN STOCK ANYMORE !!! But guess what ? They don't care. The General Services doesn't care. The Stores don't care. No one's gonna fix the problem and they all get to go home with no repercussions. read more

We needed help installing an outdoor TV, and the Geek Squad, especially Bryson and Vince, truly came through for us. We opted to upgrade our Sunbrite TV from 55 inches to 65 inches. Bryson quickly realized that our existing mount was incorrect and immediately found a better option at Best Buy. He ensured that the new mount would adequately support our TV and provided me with a link to order it for same-day pickup at a more affordable price. We had to postpone the installation for two days because we had to order a new mount, and Bryson and Vince were already scheduled for other appointments, but that wasn't an issue. Fortunately, they were able to complete the installation just two days later. They worked swiftly and effectively to install our TV on the outdoor patio, and the job was done in no time. Vince also gave us a demonstration of the TV and the remote, and everything looked amazing. I will definitely reach out to them for future projects. Thank you, Bryson and Vince, for your excellent service! read more

I am writing to the Investors department, because I have exhausted my options, I have spoken to whirlpool customer service, they informed me they can not do anything the appliance service center, Appliance Rescue would fix my fridge. Appliance Rescue has been to my house several times and my fridge still does not work, everytime they come they tell me to give it 24 to 48 hours, ok I have done this, they have been to my house 7 times my fridge still does not work. They were recently here. On thursday Sept 25, 2025, Now my fridge is making a loud noise, CLANK and it is warm in my fridge. I don't know what else to do, We chose whirlpool because it is a great brand, It is our go to Brand, But this fridge is crazy, It does not work at all, and how many times are they coming to my house. All I get from whirlpool is we will send a service company to fix it. I am not asking for anything for FREE!!! I want a working fridge. That is what I paid for. Why is that hard to do for a big company like Whirlpool? This company you guys send to my house they DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING REALLY 7 TIMES. I'm sure a big company like whirlpool can afford a better service company. I need someone other than this second or third rate service company to come and either fix my fridge or replace ii. I am still under warranty with whirlpool and I also purchased a warranty under Best Buy which also told me to call whirlpool, I don't understand why I have a warranty from whirlpool and Best Buy and neither one of you BIG COMPANIES can fix my problem just ignore me and shove me back and forth. The reviews are right ! I bought an OLED TV and after 3 years it needed a repair. The man named "guy" who supposedly the best said that my motherboard needed to be replaced so he told me he will come following week and replace it . After he opened my tv and replace the motherboard board a pixel line turned up in my tv screen he said it might be some wires that needs to be replaced so he said he'll come back the following week. Then he tried replacing that too but it still there a few visits later I think he got so annoyed that he needed to keep coming back and when he ran out of parts to replace he said it's the screen it's gonna break sooner and when he opened it up it finally gave in. He said it's bound to happened that was his exact word. So I called the manager because he charged $124 for doing nothing to my tv as it turns out he didn't change the motherboard because geek squad over the phone said he returned the motherboard that was ordered WOW! That motherboard was $300+ labor !!! He said he'll waive that because the line showed up! Well fudge ! My TV was $2k I wanna give them $300 instead and they can fix my goddamn TV ! But apparently my TV breaking is not their fault. So all they can do is waive the $124 ! And if I wanna get it fix ! I have to pay $1700 for the screen replacement that they fucking broke ! Best buy through an independent contractor delivered the fridge I ordered. The contractors removed a new Refridgerator of about 45 days for Best Buy. The Refridgerator was being returned for credit as it was less than 60 days which is their policy for club members. Unfortunately the return was hauled away and was not credited to my account . Best Buy was responsive but for some reason they have not been able to reach the contractor who took the fridge. They promised me they will solve the problem but here I wait for them to correct a problem of their making and control. I will add to my review dated 12/24/24 to let you know whether their promises to a customer was met and hopefully they will take control of their returns. Kelly Marich read more

The WORST customer service... they have different policies depending on who you talk to. We tried to return a game that came to us with a broken case. We called ahead of time to ensure that we could process the return, and we were advised to go to a Best Buy near us, and they would help us. So we did. We came in and tried to return the game. BUT the customer service representative we dealt with didn't know what to do. He checked with his manager and told us that they didn't have the game in stock. So, the only option was to exchange the game. Which meant we had to wait another 4 days for the game. Then, during the process, you know what he asked? For an additional $8, if anything like this would happen again, then we could refund the game. What kind of policy is this? We need to pay extra so that we can return a purchase?? What kind of a policy is this? read more
