Before getting into the conversion and installation, Anthony identified and corrected some damage, which made the dryer so much quieter. After finishing the work, he walked me through an issue the dryer was having, explaining impact on our use, possible root causes, and what the process would look like ahead if we were to return it. While it's not ideal that the machine has unexpected issues, it has been such a relief to work with someone so competent and willing to share their knowledge. Whatever we end up doing with our dryer, or any other appliance, I feel way more informed and prepared with Don's on my side.

When told "anytime during the day" it's common sense/knowledge to assume 8AM-8PM UNLESS TOLD OTHERWISE. We missed our delivery because they indeed called/texted/knocked at 6AM. My phone notifications are off and I was asleep. Now I'm having to reschedule the entire project. Customer service includes being detail-oriented and mindful of the customer order. Why 3 Stars and not one? - because after calling to explain the situation, the Home Depot Representative was very understanding and empathetic to what my situation was.
