My experience is rated 5 stars only because of my sales woman Jordan. She was very thorough with explaining the plan and phone recommendations. The only problem I had was when I first went in the store and Anthony refused to let me buy a new phone because my ID was a photo of my driver's license. I had to get my husband from the car and have him show his ID (we have a joint Verizon account which I PAY EVERY MONTH). Thankfully Jordan understood what happened and was very apologetic and gave me the best deal fir my old phone. I highly recommend seeing Jordan as your salesperson. read more

They have 10 employees sitting around scrolling on their phones and if you need any assistance other than purchasing a phone, they will charge you for it. I will drive to the Craig Road location before I ever do business with this location. This place is amazing! all of the staff were very lovely and welcoming. we were lucky enough to have Beatriz as our representative who helped us so much. we had issues with moving to a different carrier and decided to move back. we were at the store for about 4 hours trying to add our lines back and purchase new phones with Verizon. while we were having issues with customer service she stayed the whole time to help and made sure we left satisfied. she was definitely amazing and good at what she does! read more

After spending over 1 hour with technical support for my jetpack, it was determined that it's defective and needed to exchanged at a Verizon outlet, was told to go to the one 210 N Nellis Blvd... Horrible experience with the employee who assisted me. Brand new to Verizon and attempted to pick up an order I placed online via the app and the employee did not want to release the item to me. It was a Otterbox phone case. First she stated I was not a managing member and had to call another location to speak to the manager to add me. After successfully being added she next stated I needed to show the card used to purchase in order for the case to be released. I had used Klarna so there is no physical card used! I even show her the order confirmation and clearly showed the order was purchased with another card which I had showed them. Very unfortunate experience. Had to get another store manager from a different location to speak to them to allow them to release the cell phone case. Absolutely shit experience doing a curbside express pick up I was in the #2 spot because I got an email stating my order was ready so I'm trying to use the app to check in and it won't let me so I figured maybe a rep from inside would come out and ask if I had a pick nope not at all just stating at me from the inside of the store so after 15 minutes of the app not working and them unwilling to come out and assist with a curbside side pickup I had to go inside and get the order if that's the case I would have done it right away. Went in to reactivate my account and purchase 2 new cellular phones on my account. Giving this location a total of 3 Stars due to the fact that the employee that assisted me, set up my account with the highest cell phone coverage, plan, and insurance, without informing me. Short wait, helped immediately. Friendly service. Clean facility. Suggestion would be additional training for employees on making the sell to going over the cuatomers cell phone coverage, plan, and insurance. Today, I called to cancel a 4G home LTE line which we had for a little over a month. It was advertised to provide 25-50 Mbps but was barely giving 1-3 Mbps on average. Well, it turns out, we will still be charged $230 for cancelling, even when the service is a joke, and they made no further attempts to fix the issue after the initial contact with tech support. How is this even ethical? We do not wish to keep this useless piece of shit, and would simply like to cancel this shit service without being extorted $230. Is this not possible? The past two days we have gotten some great customer service from this location. We were trying to cancel an online phone order so we could get one that just came in stock in store. Abraham was extremely helpful, constantly checking the status of the cancellation through the day and also putting the phone we wanted on hold since supplies were limited. The next day we came into see the status on the cancellation and Beatrice helped us. She was able to find out why the cancellation was still pending, and took the time to get it rectified. I was blown away at the service. The only reason I dropped one star is two days prior during the afternoon my wife went in to get help and the associate was a little dismissive. There's something for your home, customized cases for your smartphone from Otterbox, fitness trackers from Adidas, a large area in the back with smartphones and tablets and a large space for workshops. There is a donation bin to bring in working phones for Verizon's HopeLine program. It helps people in domestic violence situations. I soon was helped by AJ who said that was her first time handling that situation. She was nothing but kind within minutes the store started getting a lot of clients so she took my info and told me she would give me a call to figure out my problem. She called left me a message about how to handle this, so I dropped by the next day (she remembered me). Within minutes she renewed my discount and I was on my way. It took me THREE phone calls to reach a human being. The first two resulted only in being sent a text so I could "chat" with an automated system. I was never given an option to talk to an actual person at all. I expect my problems to be addressed by a HUMAN BEING, not some machine. All I'm paying Verizon for is service. If they can't take a phone call from me, that's NOT SERVICE. Verizon obviously spends a lot of money on flashy ads but very little on service. I was promised free phone upgrades charged seven hundred dollars on the day of the purchase and billed for two years. I needed to swap phones since my old phone died. I called customer service because my new phone had no SIM card, they told me to take it into a store and they would provide me with a free SIM and swap my service to the new phone. Went down there, everything went smoothly with the young lady that helped me. However, she didn't test the phone, just told me I was good to go so I left. Got down the street and discovered the phone was not working. Went back, the woman that helped me was now busy so one of the other associates helped me. I explained to him what happened, he goes into the back then comes out and says it isn't working because I was going from a 3g to 4g phone, I was not. He then went into the back again and comes back with some nonsense about me now being on a new plan so I have to pay my April bill 10 days before it it due or my service will not work!!! I was frustrated, didn't feel like arguing so I left. Called customer service, explained what just happened, they apologized, gladly restored my service and actually gave me a free month. So finally I did, he boasted that it had a warranty and I would be able to return it if it didn't work. So a few months later my charger stopped charging and I called to see what my options were. Nellis Blvd, Las Vegas,NV 89110 on labor day and Alex Espinosa "helped me" he told me labor day was a perfect day to come in becuase they have the best sales going on for Labor Day. 2 diffrent employees said they always have sales but they didnt have a spicifice Labor day sales. Come to find out that was the first of so many lies that this man told us. He was a smooth talker and told us everything we wanted to hear, we paid the deposit and got our phones, we asked him everything we needed to know and confirmed prices with him over and over. We spent time getting all of our questions answered. He told us to come back the next day so he can finish up adding a feature. The next day we go back and he is not there and his coworker was happy to help us even tho Alex said he was the only one that was able to do it and he was doing us a "big favor". Before we leave we ask again how much a month we were going to pay becuase Alex didnt make the final quote clear after I got a cheaper phone. His coworker said $50 over then what Alex had quoted us before I got the cheaper phone. Then we call customer service and they said it was going to be $150 over the price the coworker said. Needless to say we returned the phones paid the restocking fee and cancelled our service with Verizon. The morning manager said we must have missunderstood and that Alex must have been joking about somthings and we should not have taken him so literal. He also said take it or leave it. So we left it.
