    I went in to pickup an iPad I ordered and Eli and Kaylen were rude on the phone and in person. They told me my iPad was ready and to come down to the store then when I got there they told me to come back the next morning. As I was walking out they had me come back in and gave me my iPad. They weren't friendly and seemed like they did not want to be there. They didn't help me set up my iPad so I ended up coming back in the morning anyways. I told them they were rude to me and one laughed and the other said they weren't rude. I told him I was going to a different location to get help and he laughed as I walked out the door. The other location I went to in clairemont solved my problem in less than 5mins and were very nice. I will never use this location for anything again.

Peter was great getting me set up, it was super easy and he got me everything I needed. Carlo was also extremely helpful when I was having issues with my old phone. The manager, whose name I sadly wish I remembered was able to help get me a fantastic deal with my trade in. Will be coming to this Verizon from now on.

I asked three times for help and was told the "person in the back" needed to help me. This person never showed. There were three staff in the store while I was there. One was with two women and another sitting at a table chatting on the phone and the third standing at the front not helping anyone or acknowledging costumers. This person told me they had to be at the front of the store to greet costumers. I waited fifteen minutes- no other costumers walked in and I asked for help again from the "greeter". This person did not want to give me their name because they said I would "bad-mouth" them. After a while, they told me their name was Alex. I cannot believe how poor the costumer service was, seems like Verizon does not care about customer retention.

    My family moved into our house almost 3.5 years ago. It's one thing to get mailers (that go…read morestraight to the recycling bin) every couple of months. It's another thing to walk into my house while my wife and I are working with contractors, interrupt, then - when discovered - resist leaving until I have to walk you to the curb and ensure you walk away. It's another thing to stand for 5 minutes knocking on a door with a NO SOLICITING sign on it before finally leaving...but waiting out on the sidewalk for several minutes afterwards. Yet it's another thing to keep coming every few of months - cosplaying as technicians (the sneakers are the giveaway) and entering our now-fenced off courtyard - for a clownishly aggressive sales pitch, then resist leaving the courtyard after hearing "no thanks, please leave now" from the property owners. But what happened last Thursday was another thing entirely: to hang out in a private driveway, stand outside a parked car, waiting for the owner and his child to exit the vehicle for several minutes, refusing to leave when asked (then told) to do so, and then mean-mugging your prospective customer through the windshield glass of his car for a couple more minutes before finally walking off....but not without further staring down your prospective customer...it's the establishment of an unthinkable new low. Listen Spectrum: I was never a fan. However, any chance of getting our business has been completely obliterated by your door-to-door sales team in Metro San Diego. The aggressive, persistent presence: annoying. The bro-speak sales pitch: slimy. The cosplaying as techs: creepy. The ignoring of direction to exit private property: criminal. The attempt to physically intimidate people while trespassing: hostile and criminal. I don't like this trajectory. You've been reported to the FTC. You've been reported to Spectrum Corporate. Next time it's San Diego Police Department.

    I have mixed feelings every 2 years when my contract is up. I am excited to get a new Iphone. I…read morehate going through the process of ordering a new phone through AT&T. I looked at the options and picked an Iphone 13 Pro with 256GB storage. Price was $568 with the business price and 2 year commitment discount. After a week I checked on the status. Turns out the order was in a frozen state. An AT&T rep had to cancel the order and re-order it. Phone showed up a week later. Good timing as my Fuji XT-2 just broke. I like how the Iphone 13 Pro has 3 lenses. I use the telephoto and light wide angle lenses often. The very wide angle lenses I don't like as I don't like the distorted view. The resolution and colors are very good. The macro function is very good. Combined with the amazing minimum focusing distance you can get very close and take photos of small things. Overall I prefer the image quality and the ability to modify raw images the Fuji produces but the Iphone fits in my pocket. In comparison to my old Iphone 11 the 13 is faster and has a brighter and clearer screen. Battery life is better. The 256GB of storage will come in handy if I decide to use my phone exclusively as my camera. Right now there is 198GB free. Carplay works great in my HR-V. I'm glad I upgraded as the battery in my Iphone 11 was not holding a charge very well.
