I looked at the options and picked an Iphone 13 Pro with 256GB storage. Price was $568 with the business price and 2 year commitment discount. After a week I checked on the status. Turns out the order was in a frozen state. An AT&T rep had to cancel the order and re-order it. Phone showed up a week later. Good timing as my Fuji XT-2 just broke. I like how the Iphone 13 Pro has 3 lenses. I use the telephoto and light wide angle lenses often. The very wide angle lenses I don't like as I don't like the distorted view. The resolution and colors are very good. The macro function is very good. Combined with the amazing minimum focusing distance you can get very close and take photos of small things. Overall I prefer the image quality and the ability to modify raw images the Fuji produces but the Iphone fits in my pocket. In comparison to my old Iphone 11 the 13 is faster and has a brighter and clearer screen. Battery life is better. The 256GB of storage will come in handy if I decide to use my phone exclusively as my camera. Right now there is 198GB free. Carplay works great in my HR-V. I'm glad I upgraded as the battery in my Iphone 11 was not holding a charge very well.

He wasn't the most welcoming pleasant person but he did put my order in for the new Samsung fold phone. I wanted the large with the most memory available. He told me that it should be here by Thursday and to wait for someone to call when it's here. I kept checking the Verizon site and it showed the order but no updates on arrival. Over a week later, no one had called so we decided to drive back to see if it's arrived. When I tried calling their number, either it kept ringing or the call went to the main Verizon line. Walked in 9 days later, I was greeted by Andres. He was very welcoming, pleasant, informative, professional and very helpful. He was able to locate my new phone in the back. He patiently assisted me in transferring the information from my old phone to the new one. I am so thankful for Andres as he totally changed my mind about canceling my Verizon account. I came in upset and left satisfied because of how professional he is. If every person was as polite and professional as Andres, there would be more happy customers.

I gave two phones for trade in and then he gave me an invoice for 580$ I checked that he charged me for each set up go service smart phone 39.99$- 39.99$ two times and charged me 24.99$ for showing me the gadget how it works for car and all accessories. Later I checked that he activated another line for the gadget for 20$ monthly and the first bill was 200$ I said you ripped me off. i said, i want to cancel and return my lines to T-Mobile and got senior plan for 2 lines flat 65.10$. ,One of the managers name was Chris said you can't get back your trading phones we sent to warehouse, then I went to T-Mobile transfered my lines to T-Mobile,then back to Verizon store and tried to return two phones, they said we can't accept phones, only returned 40.40$ back from 580$ of my money I paid. so I called Verizon and they sent me address to send back phones to Verizon company, finally I lost almost 1000$ because I lost two trading phones and 540$ money I paid . I never suggest to anyone to go shopping at this store because they are very crook and greedy.

Just saying.) and hard selling of other products (i.e. wireless Bluetooth headphones. They were light and sleek, but I had no use for them because I already had the Beats brand), you can get some quality products at a good deal. I bought a black, faux leather wristlet wallet for my iPhone 6 and a good sheet protector for about $100. The screen protector was ultra-thin and did not hinder my phone's touch-sensitivity, was highly protective from scratches and shattering (he demonstrated by banging something really hard against his own iPhone) and it came with a life-time warranty supposedly. I thought the wristlet wallet would be cheaply made, until I took it out of its packaging for further examination. It had slots for my ID, a few credit cards, and cash. The right side consisted of a magnetic case that I could easily attach to the wallet or detach, if I wanted to carry my iPhone by itself. Nitzan showed it's functionality by using the wallet to stand the phone on its side and then removed my iPhone, explaining that I can stick the case to any magnetic surface. I tried the latter, when I reached home, by sticking it to my refrigerator. Hey, it worked! I plan on doing that in the future to play music in the kitchen, while I'm cooking.

A friend of mine bought the skin here on 1/4/12 at UTC and it looks like any other screen protector, except this one was $20 with bubbles on the rim. Also, READ THE INSTRUCTIONS, RETURN POLICY, WARRANTY, carefully if you intend to purchase the skin. You can't put your phone in your pocket once applied for 24hrs, It's lifetime warranty but you must pay "installation fee" etc. If you want quality screen protectors, just stick with the one from the Apple store (power HD). Now, for the Ghost Armor service itself, deserves negative stars If I could. There were 2 douchebag employees (1/4/12 roughly 1pm) that trashed my iPhone because I own a "zagg" screen protector and a speck case. They flat out called me stupid because I was "unknowledgable" about iPhone's and Screen protectors. They also made false illogical claims stating that their Ghost Armor skin will protect my phone better than my speck case because the skin has "shock absorbant" materials in them - which is total BS. If you drop a phone, a case will protect it more than a "skin". Period. They will also tell you lines like "you protect your $500 phone with that junk?" if that's the case, do not trust these uneducated fools to put on a screen protector on your $500 phone. Better off having one of the apple guys do it because if they screw your phone up there, you can get a new one. These guys are worse than pushy car salemen that piss you off if you don't agree that their skin is the best skin EVERRR. Overall, Ghost armor screen protector is just like any other screen protector, Ghost armor service sucks - avoid at all costs.

Actually, Shawn S., the manager had the shift when I was there, and he really was helpful throughout the process of applying the screen protectors to my iPhone 4S. While he tried to up sell me on the carbon backing, I demurred; I didn't get a white iPhone just to have it covered up. Still, I was surprised at the quality of the service I got compared to the other two Yelp reviewers. Not only did Shawn redo the process when I showed him the front screen was off center, he threw in a free microfiber bag for me to put my phone in while the screen protectors finish adhering. (I took the time to read the instructions at the kiosk while my phone was being worked on.) And, he threw in a 10% discount card for a future purchase. Overall, I'm happy with the job that was done to my phone.

I…read morewas appalled and extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism exhibited by the staff at this kiosk. The staff member we dealt with specifically (on 8/20-PM) was named Kingsley, the District Sales Manager (DSM). We asked for information and he pulled out his iPhone to (what we thought) search for specifics on international calling plans. To our dismay, we soon discovered that he was playing a video game, right in front of us! He said, "Oh no! I just got spanked! Wait a minute, let me try one more time." He toyed with his iPhone, and said, "Yah! 6,000 points!". He looked up at us and said, "International Calling Plans, right?" Once again, my friend asked for the cost. Instead of providing that information, the DSM kept saying, "I don't recommend it. I don't recommend it." After a couple of minutes of searching (I think) on his iPhone, he finally said, "It will be 99 cents per minute--but I don't recommend it." I asked him if this information was printed or available on a website, and if so, what was the web address? He pointed towards the Apple Store and said, "you can go in there to check the internet." (I asked for the web address; I didn't ask to surf the internet). The DSM asked me what phone provider I was with, so I let him know that I was with Verizon and was quite pleased with their service. He looked at my friend and said, "Why don't you go with Verizon so YOU can be quite pleased with their service, too?" My friend politely said, "I was interested in the iPhone." The DSM laughed and said "Yeah, okay." While he was "helping" us, he continually interrupted another employee who was trying to help another customer. He wasn't very professional with how he was helping the other employee, nor was he courteous in the way he dealt with us. The DSM was immature, cocky, condescending, and disrespectful towards two potential customers who were seeking information on services that this business provides. He should be trained on the basics of how to treat customers. If this employee provides piss poor customer service like this to potential customers, I can only imagine how they treat their current customers. My recommendation: run past this kiosk (don't stop) and take your business elsewhere. Otherwise, my guess is that you'll be sorry you didn't go with a different service provider.
