I honestly have never seen any security guard act that way towards me. He asked me what do I want. I said I have service with t-mobile. Then he asked me to show some ID. I never had to show ID goin in there before and I been goin there for a long time. I showed my ID then I started pressin him, asking him questions about being racist. He didn't want to answer any of my questions. So then this bald white guy wearing glasses walked to me and said, how may I help you? I told him that his security was treating me very poorly in a racist manner. He totally dismissed it and asked the same question again. After that I didn't want to give them my business. So I immediately left and went to AT&T and switched over to them. Please avoid this T-Mobile location.

Thankfully, I could afford to get another phone through a family member. They ordered one for me and I just stumbled upon this store because it was nearby. There were no issues with the new Samsung Galaxy, at the time of opening the box/casing. It was new, and it served me mostly well until I decided to move away from San Diego. Thank God there was a way to communicate through this very challenging time period. I was cop-ing, sketch-ing, and test-ing my way through landscapes and lifescapes and cityscapes, for the sake of my mental health.
