I'm giving 5 stars SPECIFICALLY for this Verizon location for Mo and his staff of experts. This location needs to be and if not a training location for Verizon store locations under Mo's supervision as a store Manager. Strings of frustrating events happened and prompted me to visit a store in person because again speaking to representatives over the phone was NOT solving my issues. This is how I met Mo. I explained my FRUSTRATING experience and Mo, immediately used his POWER to solve my aggravating situation, I WASNT USING THEIR SERVICE but still being billed. Mo immediately got on the phone and went into action, while he didn't need any help I was still being in my masculine energy voicing my aggression. He gently and professionally told me he had everything under control and for me to relax. Within minutes a situation that had me pissed off had me smiling out the door. Until... A few weeks later, I started receiving emails for failure to pay the bill and for not returning the equipment. On several occasions I attempted to contact a representative and each of those times NO ONE could find my account in the system under none of my identifying information. I would ask to speak to a supervisor, either I was disconnected on, put on terminal hold or had to repeat my situation only than would they transfer me to a supervisor AND AGAIN repeat my situation with no success in finding my account either. After the $30 bill turned into over $150 bill WITHOUT disconnection and a bald spot of loss hair, I went back to see my friend Mo. Oh, I forgot to mention by now I could no longer reach a representative because their phone system WOULD NOT allow me to speak to ANYONE without paying the bill FIRST. Blessed as I am, Mo was at the store on my first attempt AND he was training a young gentleman that assisted me in my VERY FRUSTRATING situation. My Angel Mo remembered my situation, the system identified my return of the equipment (+ I had my copy of the return) It took about 30 minutes to once and for all settle my dispute and it's been about 2 weeks for the system to catch up and stop sending me bills. 5 star review for Mo and his Team but a HAIL NO FOR EVER DOING BUSINESS with Verizon! Having loved Verizon for years for its reliable connectivity data and phone service plus very professional agents over the phone too, but not enjoyed the attitude and lack of service at this location. I am sorry to say getting this review if you're not a corporate office! But I will take this down if someone can help me reach someone at the corporate level to help me! Have never had Verizon in my life and you guys show on my credit report that I bought like 20 phones. This is now been on my credit for over 10 years and the debt keeps getting sold to whoever and I have had enough. I have filed police reports I've done everything I possibly can, but I will continue, destroying every Verizon store with absolutely horrible reviews due to everything that you have put me through. I have sent you police reports I have requested verification of debt. I have forwarded through the credit unions and nothing works. You guys and by that I mean the corporate level are the absolute worst. You have made my life living hell with this stupid Verizon scam. Somebody went in and bought. God knows how many phones and you guys wanna put it on my credit report when I've never had Verizon in my life. When I asked for the document that shows me signing any kind of agreement buying these phones told me that only the account holder can get those documents. I have disputed this with the bureau and sent you guys demand letters and you decline providing me the documents because you claim that you can't prove that this is my account. However, you have it on my credit report stating that according to you, it is my account, and this has been going on for years. I now have the time to go on the offensive and if I need to get an attorney, I will, but I will sue for damages to my credit report, time I've spent dealing with this, as well as the simple fact that you guys have been colluding to not take this off my credit report when it is 100% fraudulent. I don't know if this is just how you guys operate Verizon is the absolute worst cell phone company that is ever existed and I will discourage anyone to purchase anything from Verizon ever. I hope somebody gets to me and maybe can help me get this figured out or I will go and write every single Verizon store zeros the power of AI to completely annihilate your presence in Houston and hopefully people read this because they have absolutely taken advantage of me and have ruined my credit with this fraudulent claim that I bought 10+ phones from you. Switched family plan to Verizon. No wait. Instantly helped. The transition to Verizon went smooth. There were a couple hiccups with setting up the app though-I think part of their system was down. The salesman tried very hard to fix it in the store and even called their corporate line for help. We weren't able to get it going in the store. They told me it may fix itself that afternoon and it did. The next day I received a follow up text from the salesman to make sure it was all working. 15 yrs at ATT and many problems - never once did I receive a follow up text from them.
