The person agreed my phones were paid off but I was past due on my IPad. Past Due? I don't have an account and never received a bill. He said I didn't get a bill as I am paperless and could not get email because I don't have an account. They have been charging me for my IPad because I didn't get service from AT&T . It's an old one I rarely use at home with my AT&T internet. The guy I talked said would cancel service as if today and turn me over to a collection agency if I didn't pay today. I called corporate office and got a young girl that said my phones were not paid off. the money I paid was for use of that IPad. And that owed more on the iPad. She gave me all kinds of figures that could use to get what she got.. I wanted a bill. She said I could only see a bill at the store. I'm not Ubering to get a bill when I have email and a mail box. IF YOU WANT THE RUNAROUND AND RUDE PEOPLE THAT DON't KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING go to T-MOBILE. EVEN IF I FIND MY CREDIT RECEIPT THEY WILL NOT CREDIT MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT A REFERENCE NUMBER.

Once I did receive service, they were nice and helpful. Not sure what happened to my AirPods but they did a thorough check and unfortunately they were shipped off. I was still under the warranty-Thank God!!! I was notified via text of every step in the process and received the pods straight to my house in like a day or so. Very happy with the quick turnaround, still unsure what was wrong. Overall, the wait with an appointment time was my only complaint.

I thankfully was placed in the correct line but then it went downhill. Us in the preorder lines were standing around as all the service people were getting assistance on making appointments. No one came up to check up on us for about 20 minutes intill the guy in front of me spoke up and asked what was going on. It turns out there were some people in the preorder line that didn't preorder and needed assistance in finding the phone they want for their needs which held us up. Granted after I got to my service tech and he checked my trade in, I was able to sit somewhere as they started the transfer process. The whole experience took long over an hour and there was many upset people in line behind me saying that they needed to get back to work and chose this time because they thought this was a in and out appointment. While the store was staffed fully, they needed extra hands to jump in for the preorders.

    Ezee caused me to go from 4 high speed independent hard wired zones clocking 700M speeds to 1…read moreclocking just over 1G. My wife's work from home area is now dead. My living room is dead too. The only hard wired zone is my office. This is such shoddy workmanship. And to get this I had to coach the tech to make his connections through the junction box and not outside. He was going to drill holes in my wall when the house is already prewired for internet. It would have taken the tech an extra 5 minutes to do the job right. Dont believe the hype. Ezee is depending on outsourced techs who have 0 incentive to do an excellent job. All they jave to show is that the wifi signal gets to their provided router. When I called for help they gave me the old "well technically the other extenders and splitters are your equipment" Beware. Not worth the trouble.
