I had my T-shirts made with DTF printing, and the experience was excellent! The store is beautiful, clean, and well organized. What I really liked is that they don't overwhelm you with hundreds of options. Instead, they listen to what you need and guide you toward the best option for you. Adriana helped me, and she was very friendly, patient, and professional. The service was fast, and the design turned out exactly the way I requested. She took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions with great attention to detail. They also have modern products and the latest trends, which is a big plus. I highly recommend them if you're looking for quality, great customer service, and personalized advice read more

Their incompetence is astounding. I've truly never seen anything like it. 5 months I've been waiting on the business cards I ordered. See attached. read more

It has been such a pleasure working with Jovi Printing.Their prices are very reasonable and competitive. Their turn around time is so fast and they always quickly respond to all of my emails and answer all of my phone calls. Even though their office is located in Texas, it still does NOT stop them from outstanding customer service. They provided fantastic customer service and we received exactly what we requested. I would recommend this company to anyone for printing services! read more

Very very rude staff. They say one price and jack it up however they want. They said they increased their pricing. I asked to see their rate sheet. Prices have not been raised and they claim they haven't updated the sheet. Ghetto sloppy and unprofessional. They do not care about customer service at all. I would give zero stars if I could. AVOID AT ALL COST. and they also make you sign a waiver that they are not responsible for damaging your items. What a joke. Even had a friend call and they gave her a different rate. What a joke. The manager is a jerk too Jorge. You have to prove you raised your prices. And it should be before you quote it. Provide proof of your increase! I've already found a MUCH BETTER MORE PROFESSIONAL company that I will gladly recommend. Please visit Big Frog. Their quality, pricing and professionalism is far worth the hassle of the back alley flea market style shirt company. See you in court Jorge!! read more

Unfortunately Jovi has lost a customer....after a few years of my school organization ordering from them. The owner was very RUDE, when questioned about sizes & pricing, he indicated he had already answered that question and was not going to continue to repeat himself nor continue to send quotes. I thought customer service was about the customer? As long as we were paying and the amount we were paying, we should be allowed to ask any questions that we have and get them answered without someone being rude and belligerent. The owner took it upon himself to cancel our order and stated "you can go somewhere else". Again, poor customer service! I guess there's a limit to the number of questions you can ask!! Guess we'll just remove them off our vendors list! Reading your comment just validated my post! Thank you! read more

Just started doing business with Jovi Printing last year and I must say that they have came through for use. We switched our uniform company and Jovi was able to match our shirts and our Logo. They were also able to do a great job on our Van wrap! Thank you Marisa read more

They were very friendly and the cost for yard signs was the best I could find in town. I called numerous places and then realized to just look up on Yelp and they popped up and I called and quoted me best price yet. I took my design in and they nailed it perfectly. I am very happy and will be going back for anymore of my printing needs. read more

I have used Jovi twice. Printing was great and ontime. They misprinted a jersey but credited me the amount.

I've been working with Jovi Printing for over 5 years. I have found this company to be top notch and a vital part of my business. Being in business is hard and to be successful you need good vendors that are trust worthy, reliable and truly care about you and your business. I have without a doubt found that with Jovi Printing. I have NEVER for one minute not felt like a valued customer to them. I have to say that while Jovi is very busy, they have always given me first class courteous and honest service. If they ever make a mistake on something they quickly bring it to my attention and resolve it. I highly value their honesty, fairness and willingness to go the extra mile. I highly recommend this awesome company for all your printing needs. read more

Horrible Customer service, the sales representatives are rude. There prices are way too much for the quality of product you are receiving.

Valerie was great help to me. I needed a few bridesmaids shirts and tote bags made for my wedding and she was so helpful in helping me pick out colors for the font and style of the font. The price is worth it for the amazing work her and her team has done. The shirts came out perfect and so did the bags. My mouth dropped when I saw them. Even my girls loved both the shirts and bags. Thank you so much. I would surely recommend them and I will be going back myself. read more

I have been doing business with Jovi Printing for about two years now. I have sent referral to the company and returned for many different printing needs. However, my last inquiry, I asked for a discount for a table cloth to be printed so that we can participate in this nonprofit event for a local junior high school. I was sent a paragraph stated with slimy emotion and unreasonable, unnecessary explanation as to why they cannot provide the discount. Being in business, my team and I are just accustomed to negotiating for every purchase we intend to make. I was just expecting a frank yes or no with a simple explanation. Regardless of a yes or a no I was still going to proceed with my purchase, but I didn't because of the manner in which they choose to defaulted to. I am disappointing to lose a relationship with this company over a discount. I would suggest you take your business else where unless you are a big high school trying to order shirts for all the seniors then, perhaps they will consider keeping a relationship with you. Last note, everything here is more expensive than other places. The only good thing is that this place is located by Kathy freeway and Beltway 8 so it is convenient. read more
