Luckily a friend mentioned this place and so I thought.... why not?! It's close, no long lines and they were open late so I didn't have to track across town in traffic. It's a small locally owned business connected to a gas station. I almost missed it. It's kind of hidden amongst window posters of phones and cell service things. Mr. Vo the shop keeper was super friendly, knowledgeable and fast! Plus the price was even more fantastic- I have taken iPad, iPhone and an iPod - my kiddos are clumsy.... he usually takes a few hours and once just 30 min! They also sell phones, cases and other accessories at a good price and they have cell service there too. Great guy - would definitely go back!

There were 2 customers in front of me and she was very helpful and patient with each one. One gentleman was a bit confused on the plans but somehow she knew exactly what to say. Both customers left with a smile one of them with a new phone. It was my turn and she answered all my questions prior to opening an account. I needed a particular phone and she had it in stock. The activation went very smooth. She was very kind, helpful and polite which you don't see it that much anymore. Customers would come in and she would welcome them and asked for patience while she finished with the client. I recommend this location especially if she's there. Thank you Paola!
