Yesterday I came onto this store needing to take care of somethings with an At&t account. It's a…read morenice spacious store and I love their hours. They are open until 9pm. Upon 1st waking in there were 2 service reps helping other customers. It would have been nice if upon waking in they acknowledged the customers and said that they would be with us in a min. Instead they just looked and turned to finish with the customers they were currently with. The security guard kindly walked over and told me I could look around, someone would be with me in a moment. Totally not his job but I appreciated it. Once I sat down with someone, the service was great. The reps were knowledgable and informative. The manager Isedro was also very nice. I would come back.

Absolute night and day difference. This location is THE T-Mobile store to go to in Houston. The employees were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They walked me through the process of setting up a replacement phone for an insured one that had been stolen. They were incredibly patient, very knowledgeable, and made me aware of current promotions without being overly pushy or trying to do a hard sell. Excellent experience overall. I left with a good, functional phone and knowledge of new products that I may want to purchase in the future.

Last week, I spoke with Waysam and he tried to sell me on a $55 per month deal. At the time, I told him that Xfinity had the same price, but for 1000 Mbps and decided against it. After I'd been thinking and doing some decision making, I decided to make another visit into Verizon to sign up for internet. I read numerous reviews online about Verizon internet service being the best paired with their exceptional customer service. Today, I went into the store and merely greeted by two men. They were busy studying something on the computer. I was told that internet service would be $70 a month without a phone plan and autopay. I told them I use Mint Mobile since it gives me the options to pay yearly not monthly, their service is solid, and more affordable than Verizon. Before I left, I asked the guys if they'd recommend Xfinity. One of them said they are decent. Our interaction sealed my decision to check out Xfinity for internet service. I'd admit I'm a bit afraid since AT&T and Spectrum both sucked before for me. This Authorized store has okay customer service. One person will tell you one thing and another it's something else.

As part of our endless quest to change phones away from Verizon, this is one of the places we stopped at, and they treated us very nicely. They mostly speak Spanish but can do English too. Barbi talked to them at length and I think he was hitting on her (but in a nice way, and Barbi started it). Anyway, one of the friendlier phone sellers we've been to, and she even ended up purchasing a charging accessory.

They were forthcoming and helpful but certainly weren't willing to do anything to look at chganging anything for me in terms of my weird and error-prone plan, probably because they're not supposed to. I've come across more useful stores and cheaper ones, but it's all so expensive and they're all similar... and they're in the same plaza as T Mobile, and I like them better than T-Mobile by the way.

He was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He did not try to pressure me into getting anything else that I did not need, and effectively explained all charges involved.
