He was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He did not try to pressure me into getting anything else that I did not need, and effectively explained all charges involved. They've been friendly and they have all the accessories you'd expect, and it helped us with our phone bill a couple of times because we do still have Verizon. So I appreciate them a lot. They are not very efficient and really just want you to buy and get out of the store. The Manager's are always trying to manipulate the unknowledgable into buying some product that is different from what you really want because they don't have what you want in stock. I have 9 to 10 business lines and needed to upgrade three phones. Showed up at Verizon at 5:45pm and I was the only customer. Asked for help with upgrades and was told that I needed to make an appointment. One greeter, three other employees and an officer were present. I left after letting them know that there is an AT&T. I returned about a minute later and asked for a Manager's name and/or a business card. After I questioned them about names, wheels started to turn. We can help you sir. No, I'm good; however, you can help my daughter because her phone was inoperable. So they did help my daughter. I left because I was livid. Staff was not friendly and seemed like they were unhappy where they worked. Measures are used at this store to prevent spread of covid 19 and that's okay. However the way in which customers were being addressed was unprofessional. Representatives were rather aggressive and were talking down to an elderly woman out of frustration that she wasn't grasping the concept of what they were explaining to her about her phone. At the same time my rep was telling me that I'd be better off going to another store or that if I wanted to return my item to go do it on my own at the post office. This Verizon is terrible the staff gives you false information and make up accounts with your name if you don't keep an eye on them I went in to get me and my wife phones on the same plan and the fat guy that helped me I'll find his name later and post it but anyways that fat guy opened up two separate lines instead of doing it all in one bill so that way he is opening more accounts and making more money I was so upset and no one did nothing to fix it so now we payed all these fees and they finally let me join the accounts this place is trash I will be posting his name tho I hope this don't happen to anyone else read more

One Sunday, I was out in Katy visiting family when I decided to stop by this VW store just to see what deals they had because I was TIRED of T-Mobile's lackluster and unreliable service. Like any cell phone store, you get the typical greeting and promise that someone will be right with you, which may happen, but nine times out of ten, it occurs at their convenience after they've made their sale with another customer. Not so during my August visit with Jeff E as my Sales Representative. When I entered, he came over and greeted me, asking me for my purpose for visiting the store. When I told him I was just browsing, he respected that, but stated that soon as he was finished with his other customer, he would check on me to see if I had any questions. I appreciated that. I didn't feel pressured to buy, but was extended the opportunity to receive assistance if desired. In fact, when Jeff came back to check on me and I had questions about switching my service, he gave me his attention and answered my questions and inquiries without hesitation all while working with a purchasing customer. I found him quite personable and professional, making sure I had all the information I needed to make a decisive decision. In fact, I didn't even make a purchase on my first visit. I made it clear that I wanted to only gather information on my visit that day and Jeff understood that. He even gave me his card for me to contact him directly if I had anymore questions after I left the store. I found that to be very thoughtful and respectful of my time and money, which is why I made a special trip back to Katy that same week to make the switch. I found the service and process of the switch very quick and most importantly, true to Jeff's word as I received my rebates and a much lower bill with great service because of his expertise and professionalism. Maybe a new situation but I'm done with this store. They need to make sure their employees are completely trained. Giving out bad information and not honoring what they said. Don't trust this store when they tell you about a better insurance than assurian. It's called esecuritel and it's bs! Iv been to several reputable stores that had no clue what I was talking about. They claim the insurance is better and it is in one way, you get the phone in store same day. To bad it's a refurbished piece of junk that you pay the same for on assurian insurance for a brand new phone! Usually when I go into this store I am greeted by very nice people that are always willing to help! NOT THE MOST RECENT TIME! So I'm there with my husband and this older darker complexion lady comes to "help" us. My husband and I are upgrading our phones and I begin to ask her questions like "which phones have the best quality camera?" "whats the difference between this and this?" "Why is the price different if they're pretty much the same phone?" Of course these are questions I could have gone to google for before going, but I figured talking to a person that actually specializes in the phones at their job. Wrong. Her answers were very vague. When I asked about camera quality her response was "They're all pretty good" or "There's really no difference". Umm..okay... Then when I asked why there is a price difference if (by her answer) that the phones are basically the same, her response was "that's just what they priced them at". After her catty "I dont feel like dealing with you" answers, I decided to just do a little research on the phones while I was in store. If I go back to that store and she comes to help me, I will blatantly ask for someone else. Even if I have to wait a million years. read more

Disappointing, irritating , lack of customer service and a manager that refuses to take care of the customer. I switched over 7 lines from Sprint to Verizon, purchased five apple I phone 4's, one I phone 4s, and a blackberry. I Spent almost $1,000 on phones alone and signed up for a plan that will cost me $6,000 a year just for wireless service. I ended up needing to change the blackberry with another I phone after only a couple hours, I did not even take the phone out of the box, but the manager Mr. Clauzell said he would not wave the $35 restocking fee to change the phones!!!!!! I am still shocked after spending soooo much money and calling the 800 number to complain, they told me the manager has the power to release it they do not. I returned the phone, paid the $35 and will never spend a single penny at this store ever again due to MR. CLAUZELL's lack of service. I went to Sams Club near Memorial city mall and purchased another line and another phone with no problem AND THEY HAVE THE SAME PHONES BUT LESS EXPENSIVE THEN THE VERIZON STORE....
