When they replace the back plate, they messed the flashlight of the phone, so for second time I left my phone in the store to fix the issue they create. First red flag, the edge of the phone on the back part was with scratches and marks all over I imagine when they they replace the back the first time, the manager or person in charge of the store told me that he will fix that this time. So they proceed and open the phone and did the repair for the flashlight. After a couple of they the phone was "ready" and apparently everything was working properly until I try to pay with apple pay or use the wallet ( the sensor for that wasn't working), then went to a concert try to use the phone as a ticket no working, went to the store for the third time, he told no worries sorry for that and bla bla bla. They "fixed" and when they gave the phone back the sensor was not working. Fourth time to the store to fixed that but this time was worse. The person that was working in there was fired and they told they will take care of the problem. Today when I try to pick my phone after being in the store for 5 days. He told me the technician told him that was a problem with the mother board and if I want to fixed will be $150 for a issue they create. Basically I spent $160 to replace the back Cristal of my phone and I need with a phone with scratched, a messed up mother board and scratches all over the edge. STAY AWAY OF THIS SCAMMERS

I am very grateful for the time that Nichole urgently took to respond to my review (within an hour…read morein the middle of the workday) instead of repairing customers' technology. I hope this demonstrates to all potential customers the precedent the Fix Zone instills in its service. It is important to acknowledge that Nichole did not discredit the improper language nor the attitude that her customer received, alluding to its validity. Nevertheless, my experience does not need additional external validation, as my family can attest to our in-person treatment, and friends who joined me during our calls can support my claims about receiving a defensive attitude. If Nichole would like, the people I mentioned can absolutely write additional reviews about this experience and expose what truthfully goes on at the "Fix" Zone. Furthermore, the only thing contested in this reply was the service and communication with and by Nichole. If Nichole would like, she is more than welcome to provide any truthful documentation or videos of our interactions, as Yelp encourages attachments. Unfortunately, this will not be the case. We both understand that my family and I were never granted permission to touch the phone once it was in the Fix Zone's possession, and especially not to "[leave] with the phone". Moreover, there was very little and manipulated communication on deadlines, procedures, and costs throughout the process, unlike what Nichole states. In fact, the only haste that we received (other than the response to this review) was for us to sign the check.
