When they replace the back plate, they messed the flashlight of the phone, so for second time I left my phone in the store to fix the issue they create. First red flag, the edge of the phone on the back part was with scratches and marks all over I imagine when they they replace the back the first time, the manager or person in charge of the store told me that he will fix that this time. So they proceed and open the phone and did the repair for the flashlight. After a couple of they the phone was "ready" and apparently everything was working properly until I try to pay with apple pay or use the wallet ( the sensor for that wasn't working), then went to a concert try to use the phone as a ticket no working, went to the store for the third time, he told no worries sorry for that and bla bla bla. They "fixed" and when they gave the phone back the sensor was not working. Fourth time to the store to fixed that but this time was worse. The person that was working in there was fired and they told they will take care of the problem. Today when I try to pick my phone after being in the store for 5 days. He told me the technician told him that was a problem with the mother board and if I want to fixed will be $150 for a issue they create. Basically I spent $160 to replace the back Cristal of my phone and I need with a phone with scratched, a messed up mother board and scratches all over the edge. STAY AWAY OF THIS SCAMMERS

I tech from the back came up and told us it would damage the case to open the drive and even to solder one thing will cost $100. So we should just throw them away. My sons face was so sad. I told them I'd pay them to just look. He said the diagnostic was free. Even better. In a few hours they called and said they could fix the 2 drives for $40. A week later they called and the drives were ready. The cases had zero damage. I was later told that technician was no longer with the company. So, I would use them again.

I…read morefound my phone submerged in water, and surprisingly my Samsung A52 wasn't toast, but it was definitely on the fritz. I put it in rice for 24 hrs but it just wasn't performing right. The screen was also cracked from a previous incident, I should mention. After going to AT&T store, they suggested I keep it in rice, then try to just file a claim with the phone insurance and pay the deductible. Long story short, I found uBreakiFix on the Samsung website, and booked an appointment right away. Within minutes, Joe was able to diagnose the problem and said to come back in 2 hours. He said it wasn't really water damage causing the issue-- I just needed screen repair. They probably did other things to fix it as well, but all I know is, they SAVED me and the phone was good as new in that 2 hours. I am so grateful for their friendly, fast service. I highly recommend this place. Thanks uBreakiFix!!!

* I would like a refund, not a repair. I came here on June…read more1, 2026, because my Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G had a single line on the screen. They told me I needed a full screen replacement and charged me $102.84. They did not fix a minor screen line; they completely destroyed a functional device, and I am requesting a full refund for severe property damage. I am not interested in bringing the phone back for another repair, as the damage is irreversible. Because I kept my phone in its protective case, it wasn't obvious right away that the technician botched the job. They skipped using the mandatory internal adhesive and handed the phone back physically unsealed and split open. The last attached photo shows the device sitting inside my black protective phone case, which I am forced to keep it in just to hold the broken pieces together. Without the case (in 6th photo), you can clearly see the massive physical gap where the shop failed to seal the back cover. Because the back cover was left wide open, the internal battery, wireless charging coil, and hardware were left completely exposed to the open air, moisture, and dust. As a direct result, the phone immediately began severely overheating, draining battery rapidly, failing to charge, and it has now completely died. To make matters worse, when I went to trade it in, T-Mobile completely rejected it. The technician stripped out the Liquid Damage Indicator (LDI) strip from inside the device during the repair, which permanently flags the phone as a tampered, unauthorized device. They completely bricked my phone and ruined its trade-in value, all while trying to bribe me with a "free" screen protector for a good review before I could notice the damage. Avoid this place at all costs--they use cheap shortcuts and destroy your electronics.
