I only paid $25ish for the car mount because of a discount. Obviously, the repackaging fee was more than I paid to start, but the employees found a way to basically let me exchange it for another product. I ended up buying another pop socket (which worked out because I gave the first one I bought to my stepdad). I was so happy I didn't get stuck with the car mount of have to pay more out of pocket to return it. He didn't have to do that for me, but he did, so I'm grateful. Because of that, they get to keep their five star rating. Sidebar: this location is considered a "cellular sales" store, not a full Verizon Wireless. It turns out that it took them longer to repair and was replaced with some cheap Chinese knockoff screen. After I receive my iPad back from them supposedly repaired they game me my iPad back in the box that the cheap Chinese part came in. After taking may iPad back home I was able to use it for three days until the screen went black and quit. I had to go back to the store because they would not answer my call. They looked at my iPad and accused me of breaking it tell me it was my fault there product failed and that I would have to buy another screen, After spending over an hour trying to get them to understand the issue and replace the screen with a genuine Apple part I am waiting for a resolution and have opened up a dispute with my ban, i was also able to contact my bank who was able to recotd the conversation.
