The two Verizon employees at this location, charged and added to my account 2 I watches, iPad Pro, and ordered two more watches and added them to my account. They used a buddy at their Verizon wireless store inside humble to make the purchases. So Verizon has a ring of dishonest employees. Filing charges with police department first thing in the morning. Then went for help and explanation and the manager told me there was nothing that this store can do. Fraud department told me this store did not handle this issue appropriately. read more

A customer should not have to wait 30+ minutes in line to trade-in a phone. This is a quick service.

No issue with the line of sale, but when I went to return the internet plan and gateway they turnt me away to keep their sale on the books.

If you ever go to this location, you're going to be met with the most vile and horrible costumer reps you'll ever meet in your life. They're absolutely shady and miserable. They will sign you up for charges and argue with you over the phone about it, and when you try to explain to them they will cut you off and make you feel like you made the biggest mistake of your life by even signing up with them. My mom and sister came into this location while I was out of town to upgrade my moms phone. The first time they went in the service was good and the man who helped was very helpful with solving issues and walked the through steps while I was not with them. The next day my sister went in and it was a 360 in service. The guy who helped her was a complete jerk to her and to me over the phone. He spoke to me with an attitude and then gave the phone back to my sister without giving me any answers or a solution to figure out how she was going to leave the store with the phone that she had just paid for online. We ended up canceling the order and ordered the phone for pick up at a different location. I am only giving two stars because of the help they received the first time. My wife and I went here to create our own plan together which was a line transfer from Verizon and another from at&t. We left the store with new phones + plan within ~75 minutes which was nice. There were just a few things that we felt could have been handled much better. They didn't mention a few key steps in the proper order or we could have been done much sooner and not need a follow up trip. If we knew there was an hour delay to turn off Find My iPhone we could have done this right when we got there and not need to go back to finalize our trade ins. When we went by the day before to schedule an appt, there was no mention of the process required to transfer the Verizon line which held us up for a bit and could have easily been done in advance. They also did not mention or explain the Multi Device protection plan at all even though it is $20/mo/line and apparently covers free screen protector installation (why not do that immediately?). There was also no mention that the at&t transfer line would not have service until the new phone was fully activated. Maybe we just missed this info since it is a lot of things happening at once. All in all, everything is working correctly and at a fair enough price but it could have easily been a way more streamlined experience. read more

#verizondont 2. Updated customer service nightmare from 7/31/18. I pray that if you walk into the store you don't get Carlos as your CSR like I did Tuesday night. He will refuse to help you with anything! He may have been trained to operate the computer to add a line only. So beware but let's give him the benefit of the doubt. Don't worry. Carlos hasn't missed a meal. He is not going hungry. But it CLEAR at this location customer service is down very far on the priority list. Just bad customer service. Don't call Verizon 611. They could care less about what Carlos is doing. #Verizondont....... Please reconsider this location. They are great when you are buying a phone or setting up new service. When you have an issue with a phone or need any technical help with a complex smart phone, these folks are no help at all. They would rather sell you a new phone or add a line to resolve your issue. They have NO technical knowledge AT ALL. One would wonder if the phones are disposable.... This is why Amazon is making retail throw away too. I have a business account 6 lines with them at this location and showed up at 7:30 pm on 9/14/19 my family was with me and my wife needed to use the restroom while we waited so I approached the service member on the front with the signing table and ask her if she could use it and simply was denied " I can't let you go back there " Talk about customer service in another words just hold it until we get to you so we left. I will consider talking to ATT from now on. I understand it was 7:30 pm but one of your customers asked to use the restroom, it will be courtesy to let her use it. read more

This is humorous... a phone service with the WORST PHONE SYSTEM for customer service, and on top of that, the worst service when you actually get someone on the line. Even when you call the phone number posted for that particular store you get the main customer service number after being on hold for 30 minutes. I have been told that I need to call EVERYDAY around 3pm to see if they have any more Note 7s to replace my faulty one. No waiting lists, not courtesy call to let me know when they get some, nothing!! Horrible. If you dont have Verizon and you are shopping around mark Verizon off your list. I am honestly not surprised that this location has two stars. This location is very friendly and helpful when it comes to buying new phones or adding lines but when it comes to trying to resolve a problem that they messed up on they are absolutely horrible. To begin with the gentlemen that helped was trying to do as much as he was able to understand to help when he realized that something wasn't matching he went to his manager I'm guessing that's who she is and she was the worst employee I have ever met. To begin with she was rude and dsirespectiful all around. She never actually seemed to care. she was too busy looking around the store and hearing into other conversations except the one that she was in. She blamed us for the mishap right away even though it was not us who did anything. She was even rude to the other employee that was helping. Her attitude was on a whole different level when no one was giving her attitude. We are for sure never returning to this location. The first time we went to the location I had heard a customer complain about the same lady that I am talking about. She wasn't helping us at the time so it didn't seem to bother me until now after she "helped" us. Verizon needs to do a better job with hiring employees. I didn't get her name because she was not wearing a name tag like the rest of the employees. I would've definitely mentioned her name on here so y'all won't be helped by her. I hate both Verizon, as a company, and this store, in particular, for two different reasons. I hate Verizon as a company because it overcharges at any opportunity. Take, for instance, it's insurance policy: if you buy an iPhone through Verizon, which I did a few days ago, a thorough review of available insurance policies will convince you that their policy is by far the most expensive in terms of premiums and deductibles. With a deductible for $169.00 for any claim (along with the exorbitant $11/month fee), you're better off taking a broken iPhone to the Apple Store which will give you a replacement iPhone 5 for $229 OUT OF WARRANTY (now that is customer service!). Next, I hate this Verizon store, in particular, because of it's appalling customer service. After my purchase, I found out my credit card company would extend my 1yr warranty from Apple to 2 years just by putting the purchase on the card. Unfortunately, I'd charged the phone to my debit card, so I went back to the store to switch around the charges ON THE SAME DAY I BOUGHT THE PHONE. They told me it was impossible and that a $35 restocking fee would be charged (this, by the way, was stated while the sales rep was playing on her iPhone, not even looking at me). I decided the ignorance of this place was beyond remedy so I called Verizon's 1800 number and was told a waiver would be provided should the store make that charge. This should not be a solution came upon by the customer: instead, the sales rep should have made that call and facilitated the waiver. The solution to this second issue is easy: go to a different store. The solution to the first issue (with the company, itself) is more difficult, since all of the cell phone companies are despicable. read more

I came in to change my SIM card because it was no longer working. As soon as I came in, I had Eric greet me and offer to help. Every business should be like this! Eric was training someone who was just as helpful. I was out of the store in less than 10 minutes. My SIM card was free and I left satisfied because of how great their employees are. The representatives at this store have no idea about their products and the only thing they know how to do is falsely accuse their customers of bringing in a Verizon phone that was supplied by the company but stating that it they can not activate it because its got water damage when its brand new.
