WOW. I've been in some shady freaking places…read more But this place? They treat fraud as if it were an Olympic sport and they the gold record holder. Sam was the Indian "gentleman" who "assisted me. Today I went to this Verizon store to switch to phone lines from AT&T to them and get a couple of new iPhones. Which I strongly recommend to everyone else out there not to do. I mean I hear Verizon is great, but ya surely don't wanna go with these ass clowns. The guy told me up front "the only thing you'll have to pay today is the sales tax for the phones." Then again, when he was asking for my card, he told me "the only thing I'm going to charge you for today is the sales tax." Then he made a Big Show of putting everything in these nice bags for me to take with me. So, on the drive home it hits me: the number is off. On the sales tax, the number is off. Sam was very clear that he was only charging me the sales tax on to iPhone 17 pro maxes which were $1210 each. At 8.25% but it should be a couple hundred dollars. But he just charged my card for $286. I guess he thought since I'm white and my wife is Spanish that we couldn't do math. So when I get home, I pull out the itemized print out receipt that this fool actually gave me a print out of and let me walk out with (after I had paid, which is how you can tell a Real professional thief versus a petty amateur. These f-ers do this every day) showing that he had just charged me $40 per phone for "Pro Setup." There's a couple of kickers that make this fraud even more extreme. For one thing, dude Actually charged me TAX on the $80 he was stealing from me! That's how it got to $286.26; Tax on $2420 should have been $199.65. It's also ironic that he was charging me the made-up $80 for "pro set up." This crook just activated the phones with our numbers and said, "Here you are sir and ma'am. I still have not been able to fully get either one fully set up. Check out the bottom of the first charge. It goes: Subtotal: $80 Tx State tax 2%. $50 Tx State Tax 6.25%. $156.26 Financed: $2,420 ----------------------------- Total: $286.26 Hmmmmmm..... something seems weird about that configuration. I didn't finance anything that's weird. Why does it show financed 2420? I mean, that's the exact amount that I was financing. But it doesn't belong there. Is it intentionally confusing on purpose ya think? Like, most of that shit doesn't even need to be on there. I was wondering how some kid worked in a cell phone store drove a Tesla model X. And finally, at the bottom of that first page it says "Today You Saved $60.00" Really? Did I? So, yeah, nobody should probably shop here. This place has the receipt set up the way they do so that they can put whatever numbers they want in there, charge you whatever they want to charge you, and pay taxes on whatever they want to pay taxes on. I'd Heat for the Texas comptroller's office to get wind of this. Karen is really uptight about this sort of thing...

This is a horrible store to go to. Starting from most of the Staff members that works there, they…read moreoffer horrible customer service and will ignore and give you the run around. It all started when I came in to get 1 simple Internet Air for my Business and carlos and huey tricked me into switching all my services to them when I was a loyal T-Mobile customer for over 20 years. Once they saw that I switched, it was the start of my problems and since they already got their commissions, they treated me like I didn't exist. My bill is almost 3 times higher than what they promised me it would be. When it comes to telling lies and manipulating people to their advantage, these guys are excellent in these field. They will lie to you in your face repeatedly, give you the run around, send you in circles on a wild goose chase, will not help you and will prolong your situation all while smiling in your face pretending that they're helping you. It gets even worse, when you go in the store, they will ignore you and act like they didn't recognize you just so you would leave. The Store Manager irwin also wont respond or assist you as I had made over 30 visits to the store and my issues are still not resolved. Please do not let them trick you into their con ways, ask to see the agreement in black and white before you sign so later, you can hold them to it because they are good at selling you bogus and not delivering it. They also cant get anything pulled up and will tell you to come back as we cant help you. With T-Mobile, I've never had these issues. In my 20+ years with T-Mobile, I only went in the T-Mobile store maybe about 4 times VS with them, in a matter of 2 months, I've made over 30 visits to the store alone and have wasted countless hours dealing with them in person and over the phone. At the end of the day, please either go to a different store or better yet, with a different provider as these guys are just there to make sales and with that, their commission and that's all that matters to them. Once you sign, you don't exist. At the end, I wish no one has to experience what I went through. Thank you.

Heads up. Be aware-…read more I took my phone here for speaker repairs that accidentally dropped a little bit of water a year ago and finally decided to take it here and there were delays along with non authorized fees. I was asked to leave it as they need additional time for repairs. Upon returning the next day, to pick up my phone the screen along with screen protector was broken. The shop didn't cover the cost nor repair it and added the fee for a replacement screen. As I'm using it that night, it felt very hot (overheating) specially as it was charging. When I touched the screen there's a shadow/ghost then an unresponsive screen appeared. I returned the next day and the they preform a hard reset. I mentioned to check the battery since it's overheating and his response was " after so many updates the battery swells" My IPhone didn't have this issue when I originally dropped it off but after the "so-called" repair to my speaker issue along with breaking my screen, additional issues arise. I don't recommend this established because my speaker still isn't fixed, and was charged additional for "screen" repairs that the tech caused along with damages to the batteries. Never had issues with my phone now it freezes and I have to do a hard reset every time it freezes for taking my phone here. iPhone 12 Pro Max.This place is highway robbery.

Back glass was $150 to replace and battery was $100. My appointment was at 12:30pm on a Saturday and I picked up my phone about 4 hours later. Back glass looks nice. Guy working on it was friendly. Battery honestly doesn't seem that much better, but you can tell it was replaced because IOS complained about it after turning on my phone. Their prices are about average. Online reservation and service selection was super easy. And folks working there were nice. Highly recommend.
