Worst customer service from the manager, associates. No greetings, no please or thank you. I'm trying to spend almost a thousand dollars on a phone and the rude, condescending attitude was unbelievable. I called ahead to avoid any issues with my online order after being told in the store the day before that the website is wrong. It takes a day to get my phone, not 2 hours. I called ahead the next day and talked to the nice Justin on speaker phone with my whole family listening to be sure I could get my phone, the manager pretty much called me a liar for the information relayed. Even if it was a misunderstanding, she could have been nice instead of rude. If I decide to stay with Verizon it's another hour round trip to this store for me to deal with awful service. This lady Mel sold me an iPad on sale for 356 with tax 400. Then when my bill comes it comes out too 600 dollars like what the hell all she wanted to do was sell me an iPad and at the wrong price too. I am writing this review and giving it 5 stars only for one person. NATASHA SIRMALIS. She is one of the most considerate sweet knowledgeable salesperson I have ever encounter in Verizon. Especially in Hemet. Usually in Hemet, they don't know what they are doing, they are rude and don't have the time to spend helping you.. especially if you are not buying anything at that time. Not taking into consideratiion you just spent 1000.00 the week before. Natasha will not only keep me coming back, but keep me buying as long as I can buy from her. She went way above what her duties were to help me, I'm sure missing sales in helping me, and not once made me feel bad or stupid. These guys are a bunch of clowns. I bought a bluetooth headset there. I returned it to this store because it wasn't comfortable. I let one of the eager young reps talk me into exchanging the headset for a more expensive one and he excitedly assured me that I could return it if it wasn't comfortable. Turns out that headset wasn't comfortable, either. So I came into the store to return the second headset and get my money back. The intake gal at the door said I couldn't return the second headset because I had already returned one. I told her the rep specifically said I could return it, knowing that I had already returned one, and she told me I would have to talk with that rep directly, but he wasn't working then so I would have to come back when he was there. I said that wasn't going to work and asked to speak with the manager, who had helped the rep to exchange my headset when I was in the store before. The manager OK'd the return. When I got my bill I noted that I owed some oddball amount that was more than the second headset, so the manager hadn't processed the return correctly. I called Verizon customer service and eventually that charge was taken off. The people I dealt with at this store were both shady and incompetent. read more

My girlfriend and I went into the store because she was having issues with her Galaxy S6. Instead of actually trying to figure out an issue all Art the salesperson was doing was telling her to get an iPhone and she will never have a problem with it. I Googled to see if Verizon employees got a boost on commission for selling iPhones. It was at a point that was just over bearing. When it comes time for my upgrade I will for sure go somewhere else. Wish I could give ZERO stars!!! Do not deal with Jen!!! Came in and was very specific about wanting and iPhone 8 not the plus. She gave us the prices and trade in then goes back and grabs the 8 plus and proceeds to complete the transaction with the incorrect phone. When she pulls the phone out at the end it was the wrong one and proceeds to tell us we have to now pay a $35 restocking fee to return the wrong phone she just gave us. We talk to the manager where Jen proceeds to call my wife and I liars!!! Finally the manager says she will credit our account the $35 restocking fee so we can get the correct phone we wanted. Worst service I've ever received from ANY retail store. No one was in the front to greet me or check me in. I walk up to the mgr Mike to check me in and he's on his phone literally stood in front of him for like 2 mins before he acknowledged me. I should've walked out right then and there and gone somewhere where they would've happily helped me. Then the employees started to judge me cause I didn't want to go with the plan that "would save me money" like what do you care? It's my money. The ONLY reason this horrible store got a One Star is because Zero isn't allowed. This particular store has terrible people working there, they give NO service, they are rude and non-caring. I went to the store to try and get a phone activated and the lady (I wish I got her name because I would call her out, she didn't have a name tag visible, so she got lucky) told me to do it myself. The manager there is the worst manager I have ever encountered in my life. This place is the worst business I have ever been to and I am changing service as soon as I can. They ruined my weekend. I had the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life there on Friday. My phone just stopped working thursday and they were supposed to overnight it I was told twice it would be there friday , which I was concerned about because I was going out of town to 2 events over the weekend. I arrived more than 24 hours later Fiday and told by the rude manager that it would not be there until Monday. She was rude , condescending and offered no solution. I am also 5 months pregnant and was there with a 5 year old after having no phone for 24 hours. She offered no help and said there was no one else I could talk to for help. Corporate gave me a shitty flip phone over the weekend, in which I could not take any pics or look up directions while I as traveling..Hate this company now. I went into this Verizon store on Thurs to inquire about the new Verizon plan. I had questions that could not be answered online. I always do my research ahead of time and know exactly what I want when I walk into the store but sometimes they're just questions that a person has to answer. I had nothing but attentive courteous service from three Associates, Don, Charles and Cindy. They gave me various options but did not try to force any products or services on me that I did not want. read more

Once they see you are not there to buy anything and that you need help with your Verizon phone they act as of they are too busy to help. Also once they see your gonna buy a phone they are very willing to help and then they try to throw in that bundle crap that is way over price and you decline the whole friendly vibe changes and can't wait to get you out of the store and they don't inform you verbally of their return policy or restocking fee. read more

Horrible customer service!!!! I've been with verizon for 20 years and never experienced such terrible service as I did today. The rep Christina was incompetent and unable to explain correctly the new upgrade we were deciding on. She was just pressuring us in buying accessories we did not need. I asked to speak with a manager. The Manager Deanna was even worse. She came out with her arms crossed and a bad attitude. She even stated very rudely that the rep had explained it wrong to me but right to her. I would not take her abuse and gave her a few choice of words that described her customer service. Although the employees have always been helpful I can't believe the bill I got for making a call to Canada that I thought was covered as a result of all the 'North America' 'Canada and Mexico' ads I have been hearing for over a decade. They skinned me alive with a .50 cent per minute charge which close to doubled my months charges. That rate is 10x higher than using a card I could have purchased at any junk store. Imagine that...Verizon won't compete with a cheap junk store but will charge loyal clientelle 10x the competition....Verizon couldn't be more low class or loan-shark like if they tried...sickening!!!...nope...I will not renew ! read more

I went into the Go Verizon store in San Jacinto to pay my bill, the customer service representative who helped me was extremely helpful. After I paid my bill, I asked about up grades and he answered all my questions and gave great suggestions on plans and new phones. I walked out of there with 5 new phones and a great plan. I have been with Verizon for 15 years and have never gotten the quality of service Rene gave my whole family. The service he provided us was so out standing we followed him when he transferred to Hemet. We would follow him to any store he goes to. Thanks you Rene, you are the best. read more

No need to go into all of the details, however, my advice if you go into the Hemet store is to avoid the rep Natasha. She is very sweet, kind, and accommodating! That is until you get your bill! She is confused about the difference between a cheaper bill and a more expensive bill. So when she tells you your bill will be going down, make sure you interpret that as it increasing. Oh and...make sure that any "scratch" paperwork in her handwriting has a date, her name, and a specific detail beside each number she writes down. Otherwise, when it is brought to her attention she tells the customer that they must have lost one of the pages...questioning the customer's integrity. If it seems too good to be true, then it probably is. Shame on Verizon for allowing sales reps like this to represent the face of their company. She did get back to us because she said she really wanted to make things right (which to me indicates she knows she made a mistake). She said she would talk to her manager and get back to us on Thursday...that was 4 days ago and we still have heard nothing back from her. read more

I went in to get my dad an upgrade. I did some research online on Verizon so we went in and knew what we wanted. As we pick out what we wanted the salesman ask if we wanted to trade in the phone and we would get 250$ in store credit. So I rephrase and said you mean will get up to 250$ and he said ya you'll get 250$ and I said with a crack phone and then he said ya you'll get up to 250$. Which I knew we wouldn't get 250 for the phone. Their just told to say that so some people think their getting the full amount. Second thing I didn't like is that online said you get a free memory card with any update. The salesman didn't mention it when we were cashing out so I had to bring it up and he said he had to go check then came back and said yes. I just feel like their trying to get your money with out giving you the promotions if you don't mention it read more

While at home with hubby, I received a text from Verizon saying that I've changed my email address, me knowing I've not been on my phone at all, I ask hubby if he's changed his email? He said no! I then call help desk to see what going on, rep ask if we had been in store today? I informed he we had not left the house today, so I was transferred to fraud dept. fraud dept said a rep name Humphrey is on your acct as we speak, at this ti,e hubby and I jump in car to the store, ask for manager and got asst. Diana, I asked if such name worked here. She said yes, I then ask if she can explain why he is on our acct making changes? Why he changed our personal home email not our iCloud which would make sense to change, but not without us being in store to show ID to make such a change! Diana goes to talk to him, he claimed someone call and said they were Me and veified my social ( my social not on acct) and ask if he could change my husbands personal email, not mine! And Verizon rep Humphrey made this change with someone over the phone! Not store policy at all to do such a thing! Diana apologize for his mistake while taking up for him. We did file formal complaint' the corporate was very helpful and as well don't understand why this happened. I do not feel comfortable at all with our acct remaining at this location with what has happen and the managers apologize while still tell me how good of a worker he is and how long he's been with the company! I spoke with Manager David this morning and he also apologized for Humphrey while still telling how good Humphrey is and has been with company a long time! My thought is if someone has been with the company so long, how could he break such a rule and put my family in jeopardy! I had to find out from corporate office that he attempted to change our billing address but was unsuccessful! While Diana was taking up for him and trying to show me other things on the acct she skipped the part of everything he tried to do! I have no more trust in Verizon Hemet store! My 18 year old son wanting to establish his credit went to see if he was eligible for his own phone account and separate his number from my plan. He was eligible but then the clerk lied to him telling him he had to start a whole brand new number and he couldn't keep his old one forcing him into getting a new phone. When I called customer service to have his old number removed from my account they informed me that he could have just signed an assumption of liability and kept his old number and then I was told that if I wanted to remove his old number from my account I would have to pay a 300 dollar penalty. When i went back to the store to resolve the issue the clerk who assisted him told him it was his fault, that he had asked for a new number. The manager was informed that we would be cancelling the new account and would be setting up my son in an account with his old number. The manager made the same clerk who lied to my son handle it and he was not pleased about losing a commission. read more

Horrible Customer Service. From Managers to Sales Associates. The only one that is worth anything in there is Eve! Manager Isabel will not do anything for you!! Art will give you sarcastic remarks even though you simply ask him to call somebody that you have number for.. They will make you seem like your jerk even if you spent 5 hours on the phone with customer service so that they find a way around it so the store has to honor the online in-store pickup price and they say it's resolved. Just for you to go back to this store and they say it's not resolved and you give Art the number to call and they are like Oh to the person I didn't see that to the person they called. this Verizon store on Florida just doesn't take care of you if you need help, only if your buying new, then the honey runs.. I came in with a problem and the only answer john had for me was that I had to many messages and needed to delete them... I told him that the other Verizon store in the Walmart center fixed it before.. he told me to take it over there and tell them to show us all how they did it... I went to the other Verizon store and they fixed it in less then a minute... I would never go back to the store on Florida.. go to the one in the Walmart center nicest guys and they take care of people 100% better... read more
