My dad and I dropped our turn table off to him EIGHT MONTHS ago and only got it back today in the SAME CONDITION we dropped it in. We called continuously every couple weeks for updates only for Raul to keep saying "call me back next week" or "I'm still figuring it out". The man certainly takes on more than he can bear. We finally had enough and went today to pick it up. Raul didn't even give as much as a simple apology when we came by to grab it, he had no empathy at all. He was patient, a good listener and quite knowledgeable in terms of what I was looking for. He showed me exactly where to look and answered my many questions. In fact, although the store did not have in stock what I had come in for, Joseph was quick to help me find an even better product at a lesser price. And it wasn't just Joseph who provided excellent customer care. There were also other employees whom I was asked questions of that made me question why the Yelp Review star ratings were so poor. Well, my experience was such that I felt it appropriate to commend the excellent customer service. Because of Joseph, I was in and out of the store without wasting time and with a great product.

Then I showed up with a JVC cassette deck. Circa 1975. Previously I brought it to the JVC factory in Orange Country. They told me to throw it away and buy a new recording device. No one repairs cassette machines and even if they did the parts were not available, they said. I dug out my Dual turntable. I took it to Alltronix. Harvey was able to fix all three vintage machines. And at a labor cost of about $80 each. And the parts that the factory said didn't exist were very cheap. I can't say enough about this find. A garage shop in the boondocks in the Inland Empire. Last week they made a story of product that is coming to stores. So I went in and asked availability. They said they didn't have any but informed me to return Tuesday. I waited until Monday when I went in again. They said they had no clue why the other member told me that because it is false. Was told they didn't have anything. Then later before I left I spoke with a manager that told me they had them but were not going to be putting them out yet due to upper management being off. The next day (Tuesday when they were supposed to be put out, they were not and were told again by a different employee they didn't have any and they didn't think any were coming into the store. I called in the afternoon to check availability, and was told they will be putting them out this Friday. I returned that Tuesday night before closing and asked again, I was told that they are not going to be here till next week. Today (Wednesday)I call again and sure enough they put them out today and they sold out. WHAT A JOKE.
