And since I didn't want to waste time wandering astray through the many aisles, I asked one of the employees named Joseph who immediately stopped what he was doing and helped me out. He was patient, a good listener and quite knowledgeable in terms of what I was looking for. He showed me exactly where to look and answered my many questions. In fact, although the store did not have in stock what I had come in for, Joseph was quick to help me find an even better product at a lesser price. And it wasn't just Joseph who provided excellent customer care. There were also other employees whom I was asked questions of that made me question why the Yelp Review star ratings were so poor. Well, my experience was such that I felt it appropriate to commend the excellent customer service. Because of Joseph, I was in and out of the store without wasting time and with a great product.

We called continuously every couple weeks for updates only for Raul to keep saying "call me back next week" or "I'm still figuring it out". The man certainly takes on more than he can bear. We finally had enough and went today to pick it up. Raul didn't even give as much as a simple apology when we came by to grab it, he had no empathy at all. Will be taking our turntable to a place in Escondido that is certain they can resolve our issue.

Needohs are very popular right now, and the Target app showed that this location had plenty in stock. I first came in around 9 AM, about an hour after opening, and asked an employee about them. She told me they were still unloading the truck. I came back around noon, and the same employee told me the toy department employee still needed to unload the boxes. I came back again around 4 PM and spoke with a different employee, who told me that yes, they were in stock, but they were still on pallets in the back of the store. He explained that because they are in such "high demand," they don't specifically look for them. He said to come back tomorrow. Honestly, that makes very little sense. If an item is in extremely high demand, wouldn't you want to get it onto the sales floor so customers can actually purchase it and the store can make more sales? I understand that trucks need to be unloaded and employees have a lot to do, but having an item listed as "in stock" on the Target app when it has apparently been sitting on pallets in the back all day is really frustrating for customers who are making multiple trips to the store specifically looking for it. Management should really address this and make sure high-demand items that are showing as in stock are actually being stocked on the sales floor. Or the target app needs to list them as unavailable.
