Upon bringing it in, Roger charged me 160$ for a "motherboard level repair". I accepted it hoping that it would cover the entire job or at least most of it after repairs. Now about 3 days ago I had not heard anything from them yet so I call and they can't even recall that I brought it in to begin with. After I gave Roger all of my info that tied me to the laptop, he says he will call me back and never does. The next day I show up and he tells me it is completely taken apart and he is trying to determine what part it needs to be repaired and how much more it will cost for me. He promised to give me all the info I need by the next day. The day after that I call and he texts me back rather than answering the phone. After telling him who I am he no longer responds to my message. Today I picked up my laptop extremely unsatisfied with my experience here. To pay 160 dollars up front for my laptop to sit around and be forgotten is unacceptable. The customer service and lack thereof on Roger's part is also unacceptable. I will never bring another electronic here again and I would highly recommend that nobody else does either. I'm also fairly certain they never touched my laptop to begin with. None of the screws have any signs of being touched and the information he gave me seemed like he was making it up.

I had sent him an email the week before to check on the status of our repair, so I just replied to that email letting him know we'd come pick it up after his vacation. A week later, my husband went to go pick up our carpet cleaner and I texted Ted to let him know that he'd be coming and to confirm his address. Ted replied letting me know what hours he'd be open that day so my husband headed over. Once my husband got there, he called me confused because Ted said that it wasn't ready and the "order wasn't even in" ... Then he proceeded to gaslight my husband saying he never left a voicemail and doesn't leave voicemails for his clients. It was such a strange thing to lie about when he couldn't have just said that he made a mistake and left a voicemail for the wrong person. I even said that he mentioned his vacation and he still doubled down on saying it wasn't him. Finally, two weeks later he let us know the carpet cleaner was ready and we could pick it up. It was such a strange interaction and the lack of honesty was disappointing. Not to mention that his shop was out of our way, so having to visit twice was inconvenient.
