First I brought Alltronix a 1970's Marantz stereo receiver that a repair shop in Redondo Beach told me they could not fix after they charged me $40 to look it over. Then I showed up with a JVC cassette deck. Circa 1975. Previously I brought it to the JVC factory in Orange Country. They told me to throw it away and buy a new recording device. No one repairs cassette machines and even if they did the parts were not available, they said. I dug out my Dual turntable. I took it to Alltronix. Harvey was able to fix all three vintage machines. And at a labor cost of about $80 each. And the parts that the factory said didn't exist were very cheap. I can't say enough about this find. A garage shop in the boondocks in the Inland Empire. I don't even want to give Alltronix 1 star....if I could give them a -10 I would. This is the most unprofessional service company that I have EVER dealt with. Do yourself a huge favor and go with any one else! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Our 67" Samsung TV went out. It took them almost 2 months to NOT fix it. First it was not what they thought it was, then the part they ordered took a week and then it was defective, then they ordered a part off of Ebay that was used and they were not going to tell us that they were using a used part, well, it didn't work either. 3rd part they "ordered" didn't work either. They don't call you and let you know what is going on, if you want to know you have to call them. Then when they are faulty at ordering parts or getting defective parts they say that they thought that you wouldn't want the TV fixed as it was going to cost more. But, they never called us to let us know the cost, never called and ordered the part and never called to tell us the new amount they thought it would be. We finally gave up and did buy a new TV. The lady that speaks to you on the phone could not be more clueless about what is going on. The repair guy only works every other day, so don't expect anything to be done quickly. He was nice, if I was him I would work for a more reliable company. DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY!!!!! read more
