I am SO grateful I found this little computer shop! My Samsung computer completely died and would…read morenot turn on at all. I use this computer for my work, my writing, and so many important files. Unfortunately I had never backed everything up onto a flash drive. Needless to say, I was freaking out! I found Human Computer because of all the great reviews, and now I completely understand why they have such a great reputation. John was so sweet, kind, knowledgeable, and immediately made me feel like my computer was in good hands. He was able to fix it, get me back up and running, and it only cost me around $85! He even told me that based on how well I've taken care of my computer, it could easily have another five years of life in it. I really appreciated that he wasn't trying to convince me that I needed a new computer or sell me something I didn't need. I also couldn't believe this little shop has been here in Riverside off Van Buren since 1996! There's something really special about finding a small local business that has been around that long and still treats people with genuine kindness. It's been actively in use for about 5-6+ years now working flawlessly, except for one day a few weeks back. I mistakenly took it to a computer repair in the mall which was horrendous, they had it for a week and a half and couldn't give me a proper diagnosis besides "it's the motherboard." I contacted Daniel and within a day he had my rig working, as it was a power switch problem and not a motherboard. However, the PSU's fan was bad, Daniel quoted me an extremely reasonable price and was able to fix it in another day. Two days with Daniel completely fixed my rig at a reasonable price, he was extremely helpful and friendly. I just can't believe it took him two days what the other shop couldn't and misdiagnosed in a week and a half. On top of that, Daniel was nice enough to fix the wiring and ensure all the components were properly in place, again, another issue that the other shop messed up on my rig. The guy knows his stuff!
