I had a few radiators to recycle and I called to check the current price per pound for a "clean" vs "dirty" radiator. As a female, I like to do my homework before I go places like this so I know that I am not being taken advantage of. The website states "call for pricing" so I assumed it would be ok to call for pricing. I politely asked the lady and she responded very rudely "I don't know!!" and I was put on a brief hold. I was eventually given an answer, but perhaps she might try responding to people with "let me check" next time. Otherwise I had a great experience. For CRV related recycling, they have a fair amount of cans on dollies which made transporting them to the scales a breeze. This is helpful because it is a small walk from the parking lot to the scale area. The two gentlemen that helped me were great. A little work on phone skills and I would give them the full 5 stars.

Jolly's Recycling is the best!…read more This is a small (family-owned) business and I highly reccomend for all of your recycling needs. The owner and the employees are extremely helpful and polite...they're just good people. I've been recycling with them for the last few years, and recently, I contacted them to see if they would let me bring a bunch of kindergarteners for a tour to learn about recycling. Not only did they say yes, but they stayed after closing and allowed us to tour their facility after hours! The showed us their entire operation and even showed us how they crush and bale the aluminum cans so they can be transported for the next step in the recycling process. I can't brag them up enough. Thank you to everyone at Jolly's Recycling!

Extremely aggressive employees that don't want you to see how much your recycling weighs,…read moreshamelessly beg for tips, and sexually harass women. The owner and another male employee keep soliciting Asian women for "massages." One Asian woman complained and she got banned. They also threaten to ban you if you tell them that hugging and groping makes you uncomfortable. They seem to have stopped that after other women complained to the owner's wife, but they still try to solicit you and verbally harass you. If you're a woman, DO NOT GO HERE ALONE! It is not safe. The employees also beg for tips too, and always ask for more. I wasn't aware that tipping culture reached recycling. It's insane since they're all mean and yell at customers and I'm pretty sure they're being sneaky since they won't let you see the total before they cash out. I've seen other people complain of being shorted that way too.

Based on standard volume, the payout should have been over $20, but the employee only gave us $12. When we explicitly asked for a receipt to check the weight breakdown, the worker rudely refused and stated they do not give receipts to anyone. It is incredibly suspicious to hide the scales from view and refuse to provide mandatory transactions receipts. This lack of transparency completely shortchanges consumers and directly violates state recycling regulations. Highly unprofessional facility.
