The owner and another male employee keep soliciting Asian women for "massages." One Asian woman complained and she got banned. They also threaten to ban you if you tell them that hugging and groping makes you uncomfortable. They seem to have stopped that after other women complained to the owner's wife, but they still try to solicit you and verbally harass you. If you're a woman, DO NOT GO HERE ALONE! It is not safe. The employees also beg for tips too, and always ask for more. I wasn't aware that tipping culture reached recycling. It's insane since they're all mean and yell at customers and I'm pretty sure they're being sneaky since they won't let you see the total before they cash out. I've seen other people complain of being shorted that way too.

On every site I can find, their hours say they are open Monday - Friday, 9a-5p (with shorter hours on weekends.) There was no line when I went on a random week day, so I was helped very quickly. The only thing that I would make a comment on was that there was parking in the front of the building, but you would need to walk to the warehouse entrance on the right side to off-load and separate recyclables. I wish that there was a car off-loading zone, so you don't need to push a large plastic bin to your car and back for the weighing. Their rates for recycling was fair and up to county standard. I definitely would return again for my recycling needs!

The owner and the employees are extremely helpful and polite...they're just good people. I've been recycling with them for the last few years, and recently, I contacted them to see if they would let me bring a bunch of kindergarteners for a tour to learn about recycling. Not only did they say yes, but they stayed after closing and allowed us to tour their facility after hours! The showed us their entire operation and even showed us how they crush and bale the aluminum cans so they can be transported for the next step in the recycling process. I can't brag them up enough.
