However, my phone had started to initialize after a fall and did not complete reloading. I arrived at the store and saw two employees helping other customers. From out of the back came Trevor to help out my wife and I. She had an issue with an app trying to gain control of her phone and mine was a brick. Trevor started working both phones at once, clearing my wife's phone in under 3 minutes. Mine took longer, but he was able to get it setup to where when I would log into my Gmail account my phones info would be reloaded and I would be back in business. Unfortunately Gmail 2 step verification ask you to check your phone to log in. Phone was still a brick, NO FAULT of Verizon or Trevor. I had to have Gmail use my backup email account which took 5 days to confirm with Gmail. Once I was able to log into Gmail I could activate my phone and recover my info. I am back in business. There's no pricing anywhere. The phone cases and what not that they have on the walls there's no prices for those. She took my phone in the back. I didn't ask her about the cost. She came back out and it was $120 for the battery. $30 for the case plus tax $162. However, since I left, I had no longer have a volume button up or down on the left side of my iPhone. The volume button is disabled or defunct it's not there anymore. I just tried to call and the number is disconnected. I already left my phone there yesterday for 40 minutes. I don't wanna leave it there any longer. So I'll wait in the store but there's no place to sit. I have been the victim of cyber stalking before and I'm very careful with my phone. I just want to add that when it was time for me to pay she entered the amount into the credit card reader and then she put it in front of me to finish as she put my phone in the case I just bought. And I thought OK - she was lovely but is this necessary? If the battery cost $20 or less and then the service to put the battery in is $100 and it took her a half hour then they're making $200 an hour. We went back two days later and she explained the rest. Celestial was very knowledgeable even knowing more than the 11 year old.
