Final Edit 12/23/16 As you can see my review went from 1 star to 5 stars. David P, Brandi T, and…read moreBryan P are exceptional! They took this frustrating problem, and found a resolution between themselves and Sony. As of tonight, my brother is watching a new tv, which was set up this morning. I'm so very impressed that this was resolved so quickly, after all this time. THANK YOU! What you've done is so appreciated, and you've gone above and beyond. If there were more than 5 stars, you three would get every single one of them. You were most definitely my brothers favorite Santa this year. Edit 12/22/16 - WOW! I am so impressed at the owner, David and Brandi. There seems to be some serious progress on this and I am so thankful. When it is all done and dusted, I will reflect that in this review. Never thought after all the run around, that there would be such an amazing response. THANK YOU! Stand by for more..... If I could give 0 stars, I would! I am so disgusted with this place and I will never purchase another television from here or allow any of my friends, colleagues,or family to go here. I went there with my brother and the salesman, two of them, have lied, made false promises and inevitably let us down. I think out of all of these things, the lies are the worst. Ron and some guy with his name tattooed down his forearm, are the two we've dealt with. The one with tattoos has bold faced lied about a conversation, and its wrong. They've already lost a couple of sales from my circle, and I will do my best to make sure they lose even more from my husbands very large company, my son's engineering firm and everyone I come in contact with. Go to COSTCO, Sam's Club of even Best Buy, they've never let me down and actually stand behind their products AND warranties. In a world that has choices, customer service SHOULD be considered, and this place doesn't even bother trying annnnndddd going on and on about how "good" you are, doesn't help the fact that you let the ball drop and your salesman lied. Wrong Wrong Wrong! Not even giving back the money for a 5 year warranty....shady deals. Money isn't always the bottom line....they could have even met half way.

From our very first appointment, Daniel was incredibly patient and never made me feel rushed. What was originally supposed to be about a 90-minute meeting ended up taking closer to two and a half hours because I had a lot of questions and a lot of options to work through. He took his time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I actually understood what I was choosing before moving on. A lot of the technology and low-voltage options were completely over my head, but Daniel has a great way of breaking things down into normal, understandable language. He made excellent recommendations without ever making me feel pressured, and I always felt like he was helping me make the best decisions for my home rather than just trying to sell me more. He has also been extremely responsive throughout the entire process. I have his cell number, and whenever I have texted him with a question, he has gotten back to me very quickly. That level of communication is rare these days and has been greatly appreciated. The installation team was also fantastic. Everyone who came to the house was friendly, professional, hardworking, and respectful. They made me feel comfortable having them in my home, got the work completed, and took the time to explain things along the way. Overall, my experience with SST has been excellent. There were a lot of moving pieces with a new home, and Daniel made the entire process much easier. I would absolutely recommend Smart Systems Technologies, and if you have the opportunity to work with Daniel Mendivil, you will be in very good hands. Five stars all the way!
