The morning the tech was scheduled to come to our home I received a text saying the windows was from 8 am to 5 pm (or maybe it was 4 pm.) Later that morning they closed the window from 12:40 pm to 4:40 pm. The tech was late. When I called to find out where the tech was the person who answered the phone had no information and was unable to help, but she was more than willing to try to upsell me. Then she transferred me to someone that sells home security, and naturally they couldn't help. Instead, they tried to sell me home security. The tech showed up, late. He was unable to set us up for service because our neighborhood isn't set up for Fiberlink. He said he would let them know so they wouldn't bill me. They billed me for $55.32. When I called nobody was willing or able to help, just upsell. I called the phone number that was on my bank account for Century Link. I got a bot that was unable to help, had no record of me and never spoke with a live person. If I could give them a minus 1 I would.

They also take forever to get someone on the phone most times. The shortest time on hold I've had with them was 5 minutes, most times it's more than 20 minutes.
