I was originally told they would create a free sample shirt for me within two days. Instead, it took over a week. Even with the delay, the sample shirt turned out nice, so I decided to place a bulk order worth over $400. I was told I would receive my shirts within one to three business days, but I ended up waiting eighteen days while dealing with repeated mistakes and miscommunication. During this time, I made multiple trips to the store because the promised timeframe had already passed, and I assumed my order would be ready. Each time, it was not. After all the inconvenience, I expected some form of compensation, whether a refund, a discount, or at least acknowledgment of the delays and the unnecessary back and forth. Instead, I found myself having to repeatedly hound them just to get them to address the issues and attempt to make things right. One of my designs was printed on the wrong shirts, and instead of taking responsibility, they tried to place the blame on me even though my designs were clearly planned and communicated ahead of time. The kids shirt I ordered also had a logo that was not fully pressed, with the edges visibly lifting off the fabric. This entire process has been a headache. If you want your shirts done correctly and within the timeframe you are promised, I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

They have done our business's utility truck wrap, t-shirts, door magnets and perforated vinyl on a back window . But the purchase that stands out above it all is our most recent bus wrap. That is right - we purchased a school bus to wrap and -oh boy- it was a fixer upper project. We first attempted to do all of the body work ourselves. We got as far as cutting off the rub rails, removing the stop sign and over-sized front mirrors, taking out the bolts and attempting to smooth out the surface. The attempt to smooth out the surface ended up causing a not-so-smooth surface and we were in a bit of a time crunch. I took it to a body shop and felt helpless among the sales man quoting me over $2500 to make the body of the bus wrap-friendly. I called Sean at Fast Trac Designs and explained my predicament. Sean told me to stay right where I was at and he was going to come to me. Sean and Jody drove all the way out to the body shop where I had the bus for pricing. After they spoke to the rep at the body shop, they did some calculating and told me the price was way off from what they figured the cost to be and the shop probably just didn't want the job. They told me they knew just the body shop to take it too. I followed them to the body shop (Yes, they drove to another body shop during their work day so that I could conveniently follow them there) and was happily greeted by the owner of the shop. He made me feel like an old friend and quoted me 1/4 of the price that I was given by the previous body shop. I was then driven by Sean & Jody to their shop so I could wait for my husband to pick me up. Judy was very nice and showed me around the shop and kept me company until my ride arrived. The body work was finished in 2 days and Fast-Trac Designs picked up the bus for me and transported it back to their shop. They had it wrapped and ready in 3 days so I could have it in time for my weekend event. They met me on a Saturday morning when they are generally closed so that I could have it for my event. The impossible was finished in 1 week and it was all thanks to Fast Trac Designs going above and beyond to make miracles happen. I can not thank them enough. Thank you Sean, Judy, Jody, Aspen and the rest of the team behind the scenes for a wonderful experience. I submitted a request for a new project (two simple, interior privacy window vinyls) online on July 29 and didn't hear back for 4 business days, so I emailed on August 4, to which they responded "We didn't receive your request. We will call you tomorrow to discuss it." Ok, no big deal, and they did call the next day. We discussed project parameters and they said they needed exact measurements, which I provided the following day on August 6 and they said they would work up a quote and mockup by Friday August 7. The same lady who I had just given the measurements to on August 6 called on August 7 to ask for the measurements. I told her I had given them to her yesterday and she asked if I gave them to the other employee. I told her no, I gave them to *her* and then gave them to her again during that phone call. She said they'd have a quote for me sometime the following week and I reminded her that just the day before she said she could have the quote for me by Friday (now the same day we were speaking). She said they were just so busy and she didn't know if it would be possible but "if we said we'd do it today we'll try to do it today." My problem with this was not that there was a delay in receiving the quote (it's a sign -- delays happen and no one is going to die because we couldn't install a sign) but that every interaction with any of their team members clearly pointed to the disorganization, lack of communication, and flippant attitude going on within and coming from their team. Anyway, now it's September 23 and I still haven't received the quote. I went with another company.
