While the staff at this store is great and I have never had an issue, the appearance of the store has change dramatically. While going into a business nearby yesterday, some of the windows were so dirty that you can't even see inside of the store. It's a shame that such a big corporation doesn't care about the appearance of the store. read more

So this is the way it works now. 1) You wait outside by the door. 2) An employee comes to the door opens and states that one person can come in. One person to one technician. The only problem with that was that I was with my elderly mom, it's hot outside and there was no where for her to sit. We both had mask, I stated if they could please let her sit inside where she can be socially distant. I went through all the possible scenarios with the tech. Opted to purchase a new phone. 3) Because of social distancing they do not open the box, they do not help program the phones, nothing! The tech stated we can sit on the side if we wanted and work on our phones. An entire new world and way of conducting business. Just glad that this store is still open. read more

A withdrawal of $469.00 was taken from my account after being told it was a free upgrade from the Amherst store after being smart and leaving them they withdrew the money out of my account with no explanation as to why and that is half of my monthly disability check ! Love everything about this friendly family style restaurant. Worst service ever...Mari didn't tell my sister that she did something wrong with the new phone purchase (said, "Oh.." and went to the back and didn't say ANYTHING) rang out the wrong case, and up-sold her on a phone that she DIDNT want. How the hell are you gonna compare an XS and XS Max to an active duty military, KNOWING the cheaper alternative is the 11. The worst service ever. This is the worst store to ever buy an iPhone from. I went to Cathy Mudge with my iPhone X that I had bought at the Apple store. I wanted to look at the RX iPhone. She talked me into buying it and checked the records over so she said... She took my iPhone X and after I repeatedly asked her to check the records and make sure my phone was paid off she said yes you are up for an upgrade and yours is paid off. They said OK I'll pay for and sign up for the iPhone RX as long as you sign on the receipt that mine is paid off since I didn't have any paperwork with me and my bookkeeper takes care of that I have the receipt with her signature saying she checked all the records. Now I'm getting two bills one from Verizon and one from Citizens Loan! And she refuses to do anything about her mistake! Multiple calls to Verizon, Apple store and Citizen One has still not resolved this problem that Cathy Mudge created. She was not trained well enough or this is out right Fraud!! read more

This store gives the word slow a new meaning. i went in with a simple return,and it was supposed to be resolved and noted in my account. Next month's bill shows up with an early disconnection fee on the device which was sent by mistake to start with. When I called the 800 number the reps were very understanding but wanted me to go back to the store to straighten out the matter. I refused to waste any more time one this matter and left it in their hands. This store is incompetent. read more

My 80 year old dad wanted to up grade from a flip phone to the iPhone SE. We made two phone calls to the Verizon call center , made all the arrangements to purchase the phone, price, Apple Care, Upgrade fee, and tax. First phone call was dropped due to Verizon transferring us to another person. Needless to say we had to due the whole phone tree all over again. The second call we were able to finalize the purchase . He got there his phone packed up and ready for pick up. But instead off activating his phone at the store , they sent him home with a faded photo copy of instructions to call these 800 numbers. Well I called them, all voice recordings all offices are closed , but offered a Pay for Tech Help service. The fee was $20 bucks. Out of frustration we decided to return the phone for a full refund on 09/22/2020. Less than 24 hours after purchase. I am calling the Verizon store now and if my dads phone is not activated by 11am today, he will return it. And he has been a Verizon customer for over 15 years. Well l left Verizon for ATT about 16 years ago for poor customer service. When I upgraded from a flip phone to an iPhone, my phone had service before leaving the store. Heads up don't buy Apple products from Verizon , go to the Apple store, with your Verizon PIN number and they can get you switched over in about 20 minutes . Well that's a very insincere reply. I would probably believe you were sincere if your west river store would answer the phone and not allowed my call to go to a voicemail tree which never gets picked up thanks but no thanks we are working to change from Verizon to AT&T. This Corporate Store is leading the way for Verizon to surpass T-Mobile in both Bait and Switch Advertising and POOR Customer Service. New advertising says buy a Samsung S7 get one, well when I put down the cash to buy one they said I didn't qualify, buy one get one free is really a simple concept, and since we are current customers and have been for 4 years their should be no issue. But Verizon is more interested in false advertising and ripping people off. read more
