Even though the signage says VERIZON, this is just an "authorized dealer," and they are absolutely no help when it comes to "verizon issues." Just drive the extra miles to an actual corporate store. This store ran out of sims and advised me to go to a target or a "corporate store." Everyone was super friendly . we talked about music and list of things while I was being helped . Not only was every associate professional there was patience . Wish I could give this place negative stars for unethical business practices. Today I literally had one of the worst customer service experiences at one of your stores located at 3530 camp creep pkwy, Eastpoint, GA 30344. I am residing in Phoenix, AZ but am here on business and wanted to change phone providers immediately. The customer service rep name was Brianna. I enter the store and at first it started well. I explained what I was looking for and I even lead with "I'm leaving T-mobile because of being cheated and conned in the signing up phase and that I don't want to be hustled." She explains she understood and we began to talk about prices and plans. I told her I wanted 2 phones that i would pay outright because I didn't want to be locked into a contract unless they had a better option for plans and financing phones with me putting money down. She said each phone (iphone 13 128gb) would be $250 each for taxes. I looked at her funny and played along. She then kept saying a screen protector charger and case would be included (i kept asking is this for free or a promotion) she finally kept saying its part of the bundle. I asked her to break down what fees would be owed today. she included the $500-500 in taxes plus $25 set up fee per phone plus $50 insurance for both phones. I said I never wanted insurance and why would I have to pay to have my phone set up when it is the job of the rep to help me. She started to get flustered. Then I went to go pick 3 accessories (which i used to sell phones and employees make money off commission, yet she kept saying its part of the bundle). I pulled out my calculator and did the numbers and for an iphone13 128gb it is 799.99 so taxes is roughly $70 per phone which is 140 in total, so how did she come t0 250 because she was including the accessories. I then said i dont want to be hustled nor do i need any accessories and she said we dont sell phones naked. I must buy a case or i have to buy the phone online and its a 2-3 hour wait. I asked her to show me where I cant purchase a phone without a case and she said it's not written down but its their policy. she said i either buy a case or buy the phone online and wait. I put my credit card back in my wallet., handed her the stuff and said that is ok and she told me the green button to exit is on the left push it to leave and that was it. You sent Never have i had such a horrible and demeaning experience shopping. I was hoping to change service providers thinking verizon had great service and great customer service and was even going to purchase internet for my home. You sent This is shameful and this store should be looked into for unethical sales practices and this employee needs to be reprimanded. I really don't know how i feel about verizon now. Its not like i was asking for freebies or discounts and I am an Amazon employee and former law enforcement. I am disgusted at this experience, humiliated, and baffled how no one else has complained and how this type of sales and service is normalized. I visited this location today (less than an hour ago) and watched as 4 (four) guys stood around talking. No one ever asked if i needed assistance. I was told to sign in and someone would be with me. I didn't see anybody helping anybody. This was a total waste of my time, so I am now traveling to another branch. read more

I visited what I thought was the Verizon store in mid-January to get a new phone since my iPhone broke. I arrived at the East Point store on Camp Creek Drive and dealt with Wendy and my experience was pleasant at first. The next day I spoke to Verizon customer service who credited me 1/2 towards the device upgrade fee since I was told it would've been $20 had I gone online. Wendy also added $17 worth of protection on my plan that I didn't ask for, so I had the corporate VERIZON store in Decatur remove it. I also seen that the Samsung A51 phone was $399.99 with Verizon and it was sold to me for $420 and I had to finance $50 of it instead of paying for it outright. When I called the Victra store, I was told by a sales associate that $399.99 was the online only price, but it was $420 in the store. I called Verizon and was told it was $399.99 online AND in store. I called Victra back, spoke to the manager and told him I wanted it at the same price, or I was returning the phone. He was a bit rude as he told me he's never had a customer complain about such a thing and asked was I coming to the store. I then proceeded to ask him "are you saying you want me to return the phone" and he said "if that's what you want to do go ahead." I then asked was he not willing to honor the Verizon price and he says, yes and that I'd need to come in the store. Had he been professional he would have said, I tell you what, come into the store and I'll make sure a credit is handled for you I went back to the store and they had me sit there and wait about 20 minutes to deal with Wendy. She asked for access to my account and I told her my next bill was $123.00 and she said it would go down to $103 after she submitted my credit. Well, My February bill was still $123 and when I called and spoke to Anitra today at Verizon, she says she didn't show where the credit was put in. She was able to get me another discount on my service and told me that authorized retailers are able to change pricing and promotions. I would have rather been told that than lied to by the associate who was just telling me something to get me off the phone about "online pricing." The unprofessionalism of the store manager and again being lied to by Wendy about the credit that was NEVER issued and being lied to about online versus in store pricing. Needless to say, I will NEVER return to this store EVER! I also submitted a complaint through Verizon and will be posting my review on Google, Yelp, BBB and any other platform I can. PLEASE GO TO A CORPORATE STORE IF YOU CAN...PLEASE. There's one in McDonough and one in North Decatur. Also, I know I'll get the generic reply about being "sorry for hearing about my experience and to email wecare@victra.com," which I've already done as well. We'll see if I get a reply and how how much they really care. read more

Poor customer service. I ordered an IPad. When I called I was told it was in. When I checked back before pickup was told it wasn't in. Can't get anyone to call me back or give me updated info. Had to go out of my neighborhood to make purchase. Unfortunate. read more

I placed an order at 12:50p on Thursday May 6 for new phone and selected the same day pick up option. The instructions said that I would receive a text message when my phone was ready for pick up. It is now Monday and after 2 trips to the store and 4 calls to customer service it comes out that the phone I ordered was given to someone else and instead of letting me know up front i was only told that the order was still being processed and to check back later. Now the store won't cancel my order so the corporate office can send me a phone through their order system. The corporate customer service stated that the response they received from the store was equally unhelpful and downright rude and unprofessional because he was hung up on as well. I ordered same day delivery and it's now 5 days later and I still don't have a phone and have not received any helpful assistance from the store. read more
