The display phones are fixed to the display. Couldn't get a sense for the size difference between Air and current phone, so I checked out the cases......the case size is the best comparison anyway, given I'll put the Air in a case. Same rep, still seated on the same stool she was on when I entered store, yells across store "sir, don't touch the cases.....they're there for display only"........I explained my objective - I was comparing phone sizes. Her response: "You'll need to go the Apple Store". I walked out of store. She never moved from her stool and went back to focusing on her own phone in her hand.

They could not guarantee that I would get it in less than a week before my travel time however, I got a call a day after dropping it off that it was ready for pick up and it was a motherboard issue. I was very pleased for the prompt turnaround, and it was extremely cost-effective, and as promised, the diagnostic fee was included in the total cost. Quincy helped me out and he was really great and patient and even waited for me to leave the office so that I could pick it up on the way home from work. I will be back with my other laptops to get diagnosed and repaired!

I was enrolled in FirstNet after being told in-store that I qualified based on my profession. Months later, I was told I did not qualify and needed to re-verify. While on the phone attempting to resolve that issue and switch to a standard plan, I was involved in a car accident. I informed the representative that I needed to call 911 and was told my service was being switched and that I could make the call. After calling 911, my phone service was completely disconnected. I could not call my family. I could not access GPS. Police were unable to reach me when they attempted to call back. I was left waiting for hours because AT&T had shut off the service I pay for--during an active emergency. Separate from that incident, my internet account was set up incorrectly with a mistyped email address, creating a second account without my knowledge. This led to a service shutoff for "nonpayment" even though I had paid and had credits on my account. I was charged a $40 restoration fee and have yet to receive that back. Despite multiple assurances that my accounts were merged, I continue to experience confusion within AT&T's system. The issue here is not inconvenience. It is reliability and safety. A mobile carrier should not disconnect a customer mid-resolution, especially during a 911 situation. If you choose AT&T, verify your account setup carefully, confirm plan eligibility in writing, and monitor your billing closely. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend AT&T.

The store was relatively quiet, and all staff were helping other customers, but one called out a greeting to me and my husband and let us know someone would be right with us. The store is neat and clean, and fairly well laid out so it was easy to find the car chargers. While my husband wanted the standard black charger, I thought it would be fun to match my rose gold iPhone, and they had a close proximity, so we now own a pink car adapter. Fun! Checking out was less fun, it ended up taking longer to purchase my item than it did to select it, about fifteen minutes, and it took three staff members to assist in the checkout process.
