Target which is pretty close to Georgia tech college .. when setting up dorm , we were kissing a few items and this target was close by to buy stuff . Very good location . Parking is crazy though .. getting in and out is a mess . There are parking inside I guesss but outside parking is tough to get . So many college students buy stuff here and they ran out of stock. Most of the aisle was empty. As always target is a bit expensive than Walmart/ikea etc .. Starbucks inside helps .. good store but can be better . 3 stars .. read more

I was very happy with my new toaster oven and the delivery people who set it up for me. That is until a second delivery person showed up with the same toaster oven. Since I did not purchase it, I refuse delivery and called target. I was told there was nothing they could do to help until the item was returned. When I checked with my bank I had been charged full price for the second oven. Two days later I received an email saying the item was still out for delivery. When I called Target I found the complaint number I was given was made up and did not lead to a file. Again I was told to wait ten days and if the duplicate toaster oven made it back to Target I would receive a refund. When I said this was not acceptable the same thing was repeated. So here is my advice. Don't trust Target's sales. I was charged full price for the second fryer. Don't pay cash. Don't order anything heavy that it will be a problem to return. The ninety day return policy is deliberately misleading That is only if the item is still in the box. Actually if you are thinking of ordering from Target, don't! read more

Another reason for me not to want to deal with Target although I never understood the hype. When it was cool to shop there I wasn't a fan. I always thought the clothes were cheap, overpriced and poorly made. My mini me used to like whatever garbage they had and so in cleaning out a purse today I find myself with a merchandise return gift card. Great! I have some errands to run so I'll stop by and get.... By far my favorite Target location in the metro area. I go out if my way to go to this particular Target since moving to Smyrna/Mableton area. It's not convenient but it's far better than my closest option with more staff, better stock and the newer/current items. If I need something from Target this is probably where I'm going. Also I think it's important to note that I have never wondered had a bad interaction with any of the staff at this location. Everyone is friendly, and helpful and often time I find myself in a conversation with whomever I am speaking with outside of mg original question. I have an unnatural obsession with Target, it's true. best place to buy kids' clothes; cheapest spot for everyday toiletries; and I end up spending about $100 more than I planned. this Atlantic Station location is convenient, but getting in and out of the parking lot here is a soul-crushing exercise. I much prefer the South Buckhead spot, but in a pinch, this one will do. last time I went the cashier was really nice and honored a coupon that I wasn't sure they would take. my son loves going for Target runs and, when we're short on time, this place is an acceptable option. read more

The question asked is what could improve? I don't know where to begin I have not been in that store since before covid so that is 4 years ago. However this store was one of my favorite stores I like this store or I like targets because it was one of the cleanest stores it had the friendliest staffs and it was easy to shop. Today was totally unacceptable for Target. I'm not one to usually take pictures in post but I was so irritated by what I saw the casual stance of some of the employees most were sitting talking with their co-workers amist all of this chaos so I'm just going to post some pictures and let the pictures speak for themselves. Target has completely FAILED as a retailer. I ordered a TV, and it was marked "Out for Delivery" at 12:40 PM. It is now hours later, well after 4:00 PM, and NOTHING has arrived. No updates. No communication. No accountability. This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. I have wasted my entire day waiting for this package, only to be met with silence and pathetic excuses from their so-called "customer service." Their representatives have NO answers, NO solutions, and apparently NO idea where my package even is. How can a company this big be THIS incompetent? To make matters worse, they've offered NOTHING to make this right--no compensation, no proper updates, just "wait until the end of the day." Are you kidding me?! Some locations are just Targets-this location is a certified Tar-jey!" Super nice- from the covered parking deck, to the Joanna Gaines (Hearth & Hands) home decor section, to the full make-up section that resembles a department store. The grocery side of this store offers alcoholic beverages and a nice wine selection as well. There is a fresh grocery section where you can buy fresh produce if you need to do some shopping. My favorite part of this location is the home decor! This Target was stocked with lots of goodies if you need to pick up any home related items. Shopping here makes me want to redecorate my entire home! I loved the bright displays throughout and all the diverse companies represented like the Tabitha Brown display noted at front of the store. All Targets aren't created equal. So if you're feeling fancy, definitely check this Target out! read more

I usually love shopping at Target especially since they started having Starbucks inside and since they created their app to check for extra deals. However whomever is shopping for target has forgotten about petite people especially women. I rarely ever see my size in clothes or shoes. Also for bathroom and bedding they need some help because they only have about 5 different variations of colors, Umm where are the masculine or bold colors, especially rich reds and blacks. No response from customer service department corporate office. cashier and "department manager" refused to call a store manager. I spoke to you should make of the department manager before I decided to make the purchase she told me the price adjustment that would be made at the cash register. She never offered any assistance with the heavy 40 pound umbrella stand. When I got to the cash register I was charged for retail $80. The items were supposed to be 70% off. Target expects customers to understand the difference between yellow clearance stickers white clearance stickers and unmarked boxes. All the boxes look identical to me. Whenever I'm in the Atlantic Station area, I'm always wanting to visit this Target. It's a general staple and always has the best items within its store. It's even better that a Starbucks are in this store. I came in here looking for my honey pot wipes and definitely was able to find other things as well. For about seven bucks I got the new Dove soft body scrub. I couldn't pass up on this offer and found some immunity shots that is always essential for this time of the year. Because of the day I went it was crowded to the rim and people were in every aisle. I was able to stay excuse while I venture into other areas of the store. Customer service was great as well I was able to get in purchase my things and leave. The setup can be confusing regarding finding your favorite items. As we all know Target doesn't put signs in each aisle you simply go down each aisle to find what you're looking for. If you're ever in need of gum or a quick snack or maybe Bloom supplements, Target always has it! read more

This is my preferred Target location. The Midtown location is conveniently located and a quick drive from downtown. I like that I can go online to check on the status of an item being in stock before visiting and they tell you the exact aisle or I can pay in advance and pick it up at customer service (or curbside). You can park in the open lot or covered garage. I typically am in and out and use the self-checkout. This is one of few stores that still greet you upon entrance with a sanitized shopping cart. I'm so glad to see this because we should continue these safety precautions well beyond the COVID-19 pandemic. read more

Most disgusting store I ever seen there was a literal fire in the back near the fitting rooms and smelled horrible. along with the clothes being an absolute mess I informed the manager Greg that their were ants in the dressing room and he just laughed at me and ignored never assisting me I use to love coming here but it's really gone down in management. It seems so understaffed with no good service available. Please if you value your american dollars that you clock in everyday to make don't and I mean DON'T go to this location and please let Greg know how unprofessional and unproductive he is. I had a slip and fall inside of their parking lot and missed three weeks of work, as well as physical therapy for my knee. They refused my claim as to say I should have noticed the oil on the ground. Who are they to tell me that I don't have problems with my site, or that as any other person in their phone. So I assume they rather me walk in the middle of the street vs walking on the edge of the cars that are parked in the garage. I will be pursuing legal action. It's super busy and kind of awkward for parking, but their selection of clothes is one of the biggest around - and they have a huge selection of sale stuff, too. My particular mission last time was casual tees and there was an abundance of women's and men's, from tanks to long sleeves. Crazy stupid discounts. This is the most messiest Target I have ever seen!! The location is in a great neighborhood but man what a shame for a Target. You have to go up the escalator to enter this Target. This place looks like it was ransacked by looters. There were clothes and shoes thrown everywhere on the floor. Some racks had crap just thrown on them disorganized. The intimates drawers were all empty yet somehow the area was still a disaster with no product. There were makeshift dressing rooms filled with tons of clothes that were just thrown around. There were no employees manning the make shift fitting rooms. There were no mirrors inside the fitting rooms. Not one employee cared to ask if we needed help. I saw a bunch of them congregating on the floor just hanging out gossiping. This Target truly fails! read more

This target has gone so far downhill. It used to be great. Now it seems no one is working. The place is barely stocked, clothes are all over the floor. Its all self check out. I understand things have been tough since covid, but somehow home goods, tjmaxx, Walgreens, Publix etc doesn't seem to have this problem. This Target was conveniently located in Midtown near the hotel I was staying in. Parking was easy and I found the area, accessories, I needed, but I couldn't find the specific item. I stopped an employee and she pointed me to exactly what I was looking for--a fashionable waist bag (also known as a fanny pack). Pricing was on par with the my Target in my hometown. I've been here quite a few times and enough to judge it fairly. Overall, it's a Target, so that's great, but this location never seems to have what I need in stock. It's also the most crowded because of its location on 18th street in Atlantic Station. The parking lot can also be extremely packed. Nice store but the issue I have is with the employee who stands at the self checkout treating customers like kids. She's an older black woman who thinks she's helping but is annoying. Shop literally anywhere else except this Target. Whether it's a different Target or a complete different store, I'm warning you to go anywhere else. I have never once seen the shelves fully stocked, so you will always have to go to another store to get everything you need. Their produce and meat section is a joke, I've seen meat on the shelves that is two weeks past its expiration date and turning green. Same with the produce, you'll be lucky to find something that isn't partially rotten. This Target also has many design flaws. Most of the aisles are too narrow to fit two people down them. They recently redid the women's beauty section and it is nearly impossible to navigate since they've completely removed all the aisles in this section and replaced them with random tables and shelves. The only benefit I can imagine this Target has is that it's convenient, but there is a Publix directly across the street and a Walmart 5 minutes away. read more

This Target is convenient if you are in the midtown or Atlantic Station area of Atlanta. Of course they carry the regular merchandise that every Target carries, but this location is a little different to actually get to. The parking garage is on the back end of Atlantic Station, away from I-75. Once you park, you'll have to get on an escalator to get into the location. I'm sure they have an elevator, but I didn't notice it. The staff was interesting...I'll leave it at that. Everyone was nice and greeted us and I found the location to be neat and in good condition. 8-26-18 Sunday Target in Atlantic Station Let me just start by saying, we regularly come to this Target on a weekly basis, and spend anywhere from $250-$400. Today started as any other trip, picking up more than we came in for, spending way too much. This trip was myself, my 16 month old daughter, and my two teenage step daughters. Our cashier was incredible and sweet as we usually have. There was a woman who came behind us, who didn't use a separation bar. So the cashier added the woman's 3 packs of Lacroix onto the end of our transaction, without thinking (common mistake, no biggie right?). Original check out ended as, $356.30 @ 2:46pm. Cashier informed us to just go to Customer Service and they will refund no problem. Of course already an inconvenience, but fine, we will go and fix the $9 mistake quick. First customer service rep, "let me get someone to help" 5 minutes goes by, all reps helping the line of people behind us. "Excuse me, can you please just ask the cashier or something? We don't have Lacroix in our cart or anything." -me "Oh loss prevention has to check" No problem, you will see in the video. We will wait another 5 minutes, right? 2nd customer rep comes up and asks if she can help, tell her the events, we just want to get the $9 refunded since we don't drink Lacroix and obviously was a mistake from the nice cashier. Told to wait longer and to move to the side. We aren't moving, it should be a quick fix. Just look at the video, or ask cashier. Another 5 minutes goes by. My baby is getting restless (go figure). Finally the Loss Prevention guy, Sean, comes out, and is extremely rude. He explains that he will NOT refund us, and that we are LYING. All of us are baffled. Why would we try to "steal" $9 worth of water, when we paid $350 for the total trip?! I ask for a manger. We go back and forth, snarky of course, with his rude accusations. He continues to stand his ground and accuse us of trying to steal the sparking water, still being very rude and telling us how he "watched the video", and how there was "no one behind us". Making comments like, "unless there's someone that looks exactly like you, who put it on the belt" oh no, the disrespect continues.. "It was in the middle of the transaction". Only it was at the end, and we're talking about Lacroix water. Tiani (one of the teens) comes forward and explains, in full detail once again, minute by minute, what happened. Sean is still being rude and telling us that we are lying. Asked for manager again. Manager. Manager, manager. Sean continues to talk over me. Eventually he said he would go back and re-watch the video.. even though he continues to refuse to apologize for being an ass in front of my kids, as well as continuing to claim that he saw me put the water on the belt. Eventually, way too late, the supervisor on duty, Alejandro comes in. Says he's the store manager, and he watch the video with Sean. While they go back to the back to watch the video, Tiani goes to get the cashier who made the simple mistake. Cashier comes over, smiling and happy to help.. around the same time Sean comes out, Sean tells her to go back to her register "it doesn't matter what she says". Alejandro walks with the cashier, and she tells him what happened, a simple mistake. After more back and forth, and eventually Sean stating, "there was a misunderstanding", not apologizing or seeming the least bit sorry. He stated that "he is doing his job". Might i add, he's clearly not. It came out, that he DIDN'T EVEN WATCH THE FULL VIDEO. Eventually we were refunded, $9.44 @ 3:14pm, leaving pissed- and NEVER returning to this Target. I hope it was worth being rude to 4 young women, and missing out on your $1,200 minimum a month that we regularly spend here. Not pleased with the way you treat your regulars, this is unacceptable, and completely disrespectful. I hope to see this store close due to today's events and will not support the morale of your "higher ups". read more

I never thought that I would find myself writing a review for Target but I have to say I really like this location. I came here from the Edgewood location in search of a grill that I was told would be there. The grill wasn't there but I did receive the best customer service from the young man working in seasonal. I thought about buying a different grill and he was kind enough to go take a photo of the box for me so I could see if it might fit in my car. This location also makes my top Target list because they sell wine. (In the bottle not to go). Hmmm... I wonder if I poured some myself if that would be acceptable. Hmm.. note to self to research later. On another note, I also noticed that they had TONS of outdoor planters, pots, gardening tools, etc that were not available at the Edgewood Target. This is my neighborhood Target, and as all things in my neighborhood, it wins a lot of bonus points for being walkable. From my door to Target's door, it's a 7 minute mosey. There just aren't a lot of Targets like that to begin with. This is a medium to large size Target store. I have spent hours at a time perusing the women's clothing section; where they are usually stocked in most sizes and items are usually organized with other clothing of the same style. Beside the clothing section, I'm able to find pretty much anything I need at Target. They have many choices for similar items and almost always have the exact thing I need. This Target also has a grocery section. The prices are definitely a premium (typically ~20-30 cents higher than Publix) but it's great in a pinch where you just need a quick dinner, a fruit for the next day, or some sour cream for a recipe, and your remember while you are there. They also sell a pretty good selection of cold beer. The one thing that drives me bonkers about this store is Christmas. Every year I find myself in the Christmas section organizing ribbon and stockings because it is like Santa's sack exploded in these aisles. If you are looking for something specific be prepared to dig like you're at a thrift store. A few years ago I spent about 45 minutes trying to find the last matching mongrammed stocking with a 'P' (to no avail, by the way). They could probably hire a full-time organizer, a job I'd be willing to take, just to keep folks sane around this time of year. The only other negative I can come up with is that their cart escalator is out on what seems like a regular basis. When it's working, it's an awesome benefit and kiddos love it. When it's broken, it's a serious PITA. But Target. I love you. Keep doing what you're doing. read more
