Great cell phone repair place in Camp Creek Marketplace. Brought my husband's LG phone here for a broken screen replacement. At the same time, I decided decided to replace the broken charger port on my aging Samsung Galaxy Note 3, which finally refused to charge at all. The sweet ladies who work there patiently showed me how the electrical contact prongs on the charger port were mostly broken off. No wonder it wouldn't charge! Duh. Should have come here a long time ago instead of buying umpteen charger cables, thinking the cables were faulty and not the port. Oh, well. It only took them an hour is or less to replace my port (it was in stock) and it cost like $60: money well spent and reasonable if you ask me. Now it charges fine again. What a relief! Since my phone is so old, they didn't have any appropriate new carrying cases displayed in their overflowing display cabinets. However, they generously scrounged a cute pink plastic one out of their behind the counter "archives" for me and gave it to me. Granted, they probably wouldn't have sold it as I'm probably about the only person I'm Atlanta still carrying a note 3 in late 2017, but still, they did not have to give it to me as a gift with purchase. Very nice of them. (I hate picking our new cell phones so I'm clinging to my Note 3 as long as possible.) My husband's cell phone is less common so they had to order the screen and it hasn't arrived yet. But once it does, I expect their install will be just fine like my charger port was. I would give this company a-5 if I could. My daughter paid to have her screen repaired on an iPhone 12 pro max on Saturday and the phone was not working on Tuesday because of the screen being damaged again. Mind you she put the phone in a case along with a screen protector to protect the screen from any damage per their recommendation. Their explanation was the screen was damaged again simply by touching the phone which damaged the LED. If they knew this was going to be the case, they should have never took her money for the repair. They want her to pay to have the screen repaired again knowing it's never going to work properly. The original service was well done, but please be aware of buying into their expensive warranty policy. The tricky wording on the policy makes it near impossible to actually take advantage of getting your phone repaired in the future. I found the wording on the policy to be misleading and a bit scammy. They repair phones at a much higher price than competitors and it seems worth it because of the warranty, but I was super disappointed when they use sly language to avoid fixing phones. If I could rate this store, their service, and customer service a NEGATIVE 5....I would!!! I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone! They completely RIPPED me off for nearly $300 for an iPhone screen replacement and display repair and my phone is still broken! My screen was cracked and also had display damage when I took it in to initally be fixed. . Two days after their "screen/display repair" my display had the same lines as before. Although, I purchased a warranty and clearly they did not fully repair my phone the first visit, they want to recharge me to fix the same phone and same damage! Rather they rectify the issue and/or admit fault that they didn't repair my phone completely during the first visit, they gave an excuse that the phone has new physical damage therefore, I will need to pay again. JUST RIDICULOUS!!! Absolutely ZERO physical damage to the phone... just the same display discoloration as before when I took the phone to them the first time for repair. I'm very disappointed in how they handled this situation. Take your money elsewhere! Camp Creek TPK Wireless DON'T GO THERE. Worst customer service. They claim the LCD screen I payed over $400 for was new yet it had a scatch and a few digs on the sides. The representative said it's "only a small scratch that it had nothing to do with the screen" she stated if I wasn't happy they could put the old screen that had all kinds of lines running through it which is why I had to swap it out but they would charge me $30 for a diagnostic fee. I already knew what was wrong so I asked why the fee and she claimed it was for their time. All of this was just wrong not only didn't they call when it was ready as they said they would she threatens me with changing it back. Why would I pay over $400 up front by the way, which I've never heard of. I mean they had my computer why wouldn't I pay them. It's sad how some of the businesses are being run here in GA. I went back today after thinking overnight they can't be this bad. They actually called due to my missed call as they weren't open. When I spoke to the same person Amari and asked to speak with a manager. She put me on hold for five minutes and came back with the same stuff. I asked who did she speak with and was the manager there and what that person's name was and she said they weren't there she didn't know when they would be in because their in and out. I asked what took her so long to get back and she said she had another call. I showed up a few hours later because I never got a return call and spoke to Alex who was worse than Amari. He basically said take it or leave it that Amari gave me a chose yesterday. I chose to leave it and he refused to put my screen back on after he said he would give me a refund. When it came down to the refund he said he was charging a diagnostic fee. They put the scratched and nicked part on and then charged me because I didn't want to pay $400 for it. Those that have given more than 1 star which was too much didn't have any problems which is good, but don't have a problem they'll treat you like they're doing you a favor and your not spending your money there. They didn't even offer to give me a percentage off which I may have taken had they offered. They must really need money bad since they are taking it without cause. I didn't have my glasses so I didn't realize I was being charged a diagnostic fee when I told them what I needed. I had gone to the Newnan store the day before, but none of those stores will be my business nor anyone I know. DON'T DO IT. DON'T DO IT. Find a reputable company that will back up their product and have good customer service. Would not recommend using this company. Took my phone to get my screen repair under warranty. They would not fix my screen because the Amount of time I waited to bring my phone in. First off they Determined that based off of what my screen protector looked like. Also that I was never stated at any point in time. When I chose to purchase the warrantee it was only stated that if my screen cracks they would replace it if I still have the screen protector on. This company is extremely unprofessional. I will no longer be recommending anyone use this location. They are scamming people based off of this timing loophole. I wish I could give them no stars based off the Integrity and Professionalism. Well to be honest the cashier help me and he told me I was going to be waiting a hour or two for my phone replacement, I went because I cracked bout the back and the front screen for my phone. I didn't know how much it was going to be but I was okay with the charge. After buying the stuff needed, I wait at least 45 to 50 minutes waiting up there for my phone repair. Run away from that place! I took my iPhone to TPK Wireless for a battery replacement with a 6 months warranty. Less than two months later the cell phone froze up and I wasn't even able to turn it off (a sign that something was wrong with the battery). I brought the iPhone back to TPK and was told that everything was fine. They just showed me how to turn it off if this happened again. A week later the phone battery completely died and would not take any charge at all. I took it back to TPK but they refused to honor the 6 months warranty. So I took my iPhone 6s to have the screen repaired. Everything else was working on my phone except I couldn't answer any call due to my screen being cracked. I took my iPhone to them for my screen repair. The next day I go to pick up my phone and I didn't notice until Saturday 1/30/2021 that was unable to hear anything when making outgoing cells and unable to hear when someone calls unless it's on speaker. I took my phone back up there in hopes of them fixing the issue and it didn't go so well. I have an upgrade to a new iPhone. I should have used that money to get the new iPhone 12 Instead of having them fix my screen. After this encounter, I will no longer use them as a repair place for any of my devices. I believe they're just a bunch of inexperienced tech heads that have no clue on what they're doing. They may only know the basics. I'm very disappointed and should have spent my money elsewhere. If you want your technology devices repaired I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. Great service! Repairs here are fast and affordable. These guys are knowledgeable and very thorough. They also offer great warranties on some of their repairs and consult on the needs of your device as to not upsell you on your repair. Definitely recommend this place as your go to, and they have a secondary location in Fayetteville as well. The staff are definitely the best. I went to this store about 4-5 times. The vibes in the store is automatically uncomforting. No one here has a good level of customer service. I stood waiting to be greeted for about 6 minutes. For what I believe was the manager at the store seemed as if she had an attitude with me. She talked way too fast, I could hardly hear anything she said. While waiting for my phone to be repaired, I hear the employees gossiping about how the previous customers were being "weird" and "uneasy." One star because my computer is fixed. Today, the rep at the front desk stated that the LCD screen was damaged due to a hard impact - i.e. dropping the computer or hitting it hard with something but neither of those things happened. No impact was done to this computer. I was using it one day and the next the LCD was inoperable. I researched the brand name and it has happened to other consumers as well. She was adamant about it being damaged and wrote it on the report. It doesn't matter what you think happened, I specifically told you that there was no physical impact done to my computer. Undoubtedly, when I picked it up, she was reviewing the 6 month warranty and stated, "I wouldn't be covered due to mine was damaged." I said, as I stated several times before, there was no damage done to this laptop so stop saying that it was. She immediately became rude and stated, "you are not covered because your computer was damaged and then went on to take the next person in line." Finally, just because it "appeared" to be damaged as result of fixing other computers that may have had the same symptoms; if I tell you that no damage occurred then your job is not to dispute what I am telling you to be true then make a decision based on nothing. Your job is to ask relevant questions and gather any information regarding my issue. The rep at the front counter did not do that. It was solely based on her opinion not facts. OVER PRICED, CHEAP ACREEM REPLACEMENTS, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Spent $197 to get my screen on my phone fixed and purchased a case from them. A day later the screen had discoloration and was malfunctioning. When I attempted to take the case off (which at initial purchase they insisted on putting the case on, because it was a difficult Case to get on) I struggled with it so much the screen cracked one single crack. I contacted them and went to show them the discoloration and the crack with the case still on because it still wouldn't come off. They said the 90day warranty was void due to crack EVEN THOUGH the attempted removal of case is what caused it. Instead they offered me a 10% off for them to replace the screen again. THEY REFUSED to acknowledge the discoloration of screen on the complete opposite side of the hair pen crack. There are plenty of neighbors iPhone repairs locally that or less expensive and better quality screens. read more

Only good at fixing cracked screens. If you have any other problems with your phone, I suggest you take it to Apple. The cost is much cheaper. I went in to get a small fix on my phone and they assured me that they could fix the problem. When I came to get my phone nothing had changed except they used GLUE to hold my screen in place. They said they were not required to disclose to me what they used. For all I know it could've been super glue and they refused to refund me or even give me store credit. I got nothing in return for my money at this store. Just got off the phone with the guy who fixes the phones, and he didn't even want to have a conversation with me. I asked him what could he do to fix the problem. His response was I'm not going to fix it anymore because of my review. The phone which he did NOT fix in the first place and applied GLUE to put my screen down. He also told me that he was not obligated to inform me of the means he used to fix the phone. I knew it was glue because the side was sticky and you can clearly see glue coming out the side. The last thing he said was take me to small COURT. This wireless company requires you to give a $20 deposit to assess the damage on your phone. After the assessment the $20 deposit is deducted from the job, however if you decide not to have your phone repaired you lose your deposit. The rates are astronomical and services are taxed. Was headed to Menchie's when I saw this store. Walked in and was helped right away. About $100 plus tax to fix my iphone screen that was cracked. They fixed it in 10 minutes. That was fantastic. Don't take your phone to this business I took my galaxy s6 edge plus to their camp creek location today for a water repair so they took it to the back and they said they'll call me in 20 min to tell me if I need to buy a $200 screen so I leave and less then 5 min later they call me to come get it when k get their you can see water in the phone so I asked kevin the technician did you take it apart which I know they didn't because it doesn't take 3 min to take the whole phone apart and clean all the water out of it he said yes he took it apart and cleaned it then put another screen on it to test it and it wouldn't work I just don't believe how u can do a full diagnostic in 3 min then to be rude and raising ur voice when I ask you about it read more

The owner and his wife do not respect their customers. The price that was quoted over the phone was $30 higher when I got to the business. When I questioned the price I was talked down to and was told to leave if I didn't want to pay the price. When I expressed my dissatisfaction on how I was being treated they said they would call the police. I told them that I wanted the phone fixed--I was leaving town early the next morning and really had no other known options. They REFUSED to fix my phone and said they had every right to refuse to serve me, and told me to leave or they would call the police. I told them to call and I would wait for the police to come. When the police came I told him what the issue was he told me I would have to leave, but did say that this place has problems all the time, I told him I was going to give them a bad review and he said that's what more people should do.
