    If I could rate this store, their service, and customer service a NEGATIVE 5....I would!!! I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone! They completely RIPPED me off for nearly $300 for an iPhone screen replacement and display repair and my phone is still broken! My screen was cracked and also had display damage when I took it in to initally be fixed. . Two days after their "screen/display repair" my display had the same lines as before. Although, I purchased a warranty and clearly they did not fully repair my phone the first visit, they want to recharge me to fix the same phone and same damage! Rather they rectify the issue and/or admit fault that they didn't repair my phone completely during the first visit, they gave an excuse that the phone has new physical damage therefore, I will need to pay again. JUST RIDICULOUS!!! Absolutely ZERO physical damage to the phone... just the same display discoloration as before when I took the phone to them the first time for repair. I'm very disappointed in how they handled this situation. Take your money elsewhere! This is the first review I've ever taken the time to write on any company that I've ever received poor service from and wish I would have read the other poor reviews prior to just giving them my money. Therefore, I hope this review is helpful in saving the next person some time and money.

    Camp Creek TPK Wireless DON'T GO THERE. Worst customer service. They claim the LCD screen I payed over $400 for was new yet it had a scatch and a few digs on the sides. The representative said it's "only a small scratch that it had nothing to do with the screen" she stated if I wasn't happy they could put the old screen that had all kinds of lines running through it which is why I had to swap it out but they would charge me $30 for a diagnostic fee. I already knew what was wrong so I asked why the fee and she claimed it was for their time. All of this was just wrong not only didn't they call when it was ready as they said they would she threatens me with changing it back. Why would I pay over $400 up front by the way, which I've never heard of. I mean they had my computer why wouldn't I pay them. It's sad how some of the businesses are being run here in GA. I went back today after thinking overnight they can't be this bad. They actually called due to my missed call as they weren't open. When I spoke to the same person Amari and asked to speak with a manager. She put me on hold for five minutes and came back with the same stuff. I asked who did she speak with and was the manager there and what that person's name was and she said they weren't there she didn't know when they would be in because their in and out. I asked what took her so long to get back and she said she had another call. I showed up a few hours later because I never got a return call and spoke to Alex who was worse than Amari. He basically said take it or leave it that Amari gave me a chose yesterday. I chose to leave it and he refused to put my screen back on after he said he would give me a refund. When it came down to the refund he said he was charging a diagnostic fee. They put the scratched and nicked part on and then charged me because I didn't want to pay $400 for it. Those that have given more than 1 star which was too much didn't have any problems which is good, but don't have a problem they'll treat you like they're doing you a favor and your not spending your money there. They didn't even offer to give me a percentage off which I may have taken had they offered. They must really need money bad since they are taking it without cause. I didn't have my glasses so I didn't realize I was being charged a diagnostic fee when I told them what I needed. I had gone to the Newnan store the day before, but none of those stores will be my business nor anyone I know. DON'T DO IT. DON'T DO IT. Find a reputable company that will back up their product and have good customer service. I'm going to check and see if they are with the Better Business Bureau because it seems a lot of companies in GA aren't.
