If I could rate this store, their service, and customer service a NEGATIVE 5....I would!!! I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone! They completely RIPPED me off for nearly $300 for an iPhone screen replacement and display repair and my phone is still broken! My screen was cracked and also had display damage when I took it in to initally be fixed. . Two days after their "screen/display repair" my display had the same lines as before. Although, I purchased a warranty and clearly they did not fully repair my phone the first visit, they want to recharge me to fix the same phone and same damage! Rather they rectify the issue and/or admit fault that they didn't repair my phone completely during the first visit, they gave an excuse that the phone has new physical damage therefore, I will need to pay again. JUST RIDICULOUS!!! Absolutely ZERO physical damage to the phone... just the same display discoloration as before when I took the phone to them the first time for repair. I'm very disappointed in how they handled this situation. Take your money elsewhere! This is the first review I've ever taken the time to write on any company that I've ever received poor service from and wish I would have read the other poor reviews prior to just giving them my money. Therefore, I hope this review is helpful in saving the next person some time and money.

Camp Creek TPK Wireless DON'T GO THERE. Worst customer service. They claim the LCD screen I payed over $400 for was new yet it had a scatch and a few digs on the sides. The representative said it's "only a small scratch that it had nothing to do with the screen" she stated if I wasn't happy they could put the old screen that had all kinds of lines running through it which is why I had to swap it out but they would charge me $30 for a diagnostic fee. I already knew what was wrong so I asked why the fee and she claimed it was for their time. All of this was just wrong not only didn't they call when it was ready as they said they would she threatens me with changing it back. Why would I pay over $400 up front by the way, which I've never heard of. I mean they had my computer why wouldn't I pay them. It's sad how some of the businesses are being run here in GA. I went back today after thinking overnight they can't be this bad. They actually called due to my missed call as they weren't open. When I spoke to the same person Amari and asked to speak with a manager. She put me on hold for five minutes and came back with the same stuff. I asked who did she speak with and was the manager there and what that person's name was and she said they weren't there she didn't know when they would be in because their in and out. I asked what took her so long to get back and she said she had another call. I showed up a few hours later because I never got a return call and spoke to Alex who was worse than Amari. He basically said take it or leave it that Amari gave me a chose yesterday. I chose to leave it and he refused to put my screen back on after he said he would give me a refund. When it came down to the refund he said he was charging a diagnostic fee. They put the scratched and nicked part on and then charged me because I didn't want to pay $400 for it. Those that have given more than 1 star which was too much didn't have any problems which is good, but don't have a problem they'll treat you like they're doing you a favor and your not spending your money there. They didn't even offer to give me a percentage off which I may have taken had they offered. They must really need money bad since they are taking it without cause. I didn't have my glasses so I didn't realize I was being charged a diagnostic fee when I told them what I needed. I had gone to the Newnan store the day before, but none of those stores will be my business nor anyone I know. DON'T DO IT. DON'T DO IT. Find a reputable company that will back up their product and have good customer service. I'm going to check and see if they are with the Better Business Bureau because it seems a lot of companies in GA aren't.

Ok so tpk has changed since my last visit they don't have the same people and the quality of their service has changed since they moved. My screen is plastic and not glass and it randomly opens apps and mutes itself all the time. I will not be back to this location because the last time I was there i saw the tech unnecessarily act unprofessional with another customer and even followed him outside plus they didn't fix the problem i was having with the screen repair they did, my phone is still acting like it's possessed. read more

I recently got my Apple Watch screen repaired here. At first the service was great. They repaired the screen in 30 minutes (pricey $160+ with tax, but I wanted to replace the screen rather than purchase a new watch, and the parts were in stock). I purchased the additional screen protector ($25). I was told that this screen protector helped protect if something hit it it wouldn't crack and if it did they would provide $100 credit towards the repair. Less than a week after the repair I notice a black spot on the screen. I take my watch back in and I'm told it is from pressure being applied to the face of my watch. It's a watch...who applies pressure to the face of a watch. I'm further told this is not covered by the warranty. But because I have the screen protector I will get $100 credit towards the repair! So now they want me to pay an additional $160 (minus the credit) to repair the screen! This is ridiculous! Where would your arm be that it would have that kind of pressure applied to it! Much like one of the other reviewers, there was no understanding for anyone. The spot on my screen was larger than what it was when I originally took it in and the young lady said she took pictures of my screen (she never showed those pictures) and the manager was not any help either. Definitely would not recommend this business to anyone! read more

I attempted to get my cell repaired at TPK however the sign said the business opened at 10am. The employee saw me looking through the window and she didn't unlock the door at 10:20am. I guess since this is a ma pa shop, they open whenever they want! I had to drive 30 minutes north to get cell repaired. TPK Store times suck! read more

Awful service...do not patronize TPK Wireless! I took my phone in because callers could not hear me unless the phone was on speaker. THEY diagnosed it as needing the lower microphone replaced. When the rep tested the phone after the "repair", this issue was not fixed. Luckily, I did not pay upfront. However, they demanded a $20 "diagnostic" fee that was never mentioned verbally or on any paperwork that I signed. When I refused, TPK called the cops and accused me of not paying for their services. When the cop arrived, I told him that I was not paying for service that were not rendered and a "fee" that was never stated or in paperwork signed. Don't risk this company demanding {extorting} a "diagnostic" fee that was never disclosed when they can't do a repair they diagnosed...and then calling the cops and lying about theft of services. Find a company that a) know what they are doing and b) RESPECT US as customer to problem solve any issue that may arise when they CANNOT fix an issue. read more

I was skeptical going to TPK Wireless at first, thinking they could not fix my phone. But I was desperate and caught in a rock in a hard place. Needless to say, I took my phone to TPK to have the screen fixed. My goal was not to be out of several hundreds of dollars on a new phone, when my current phone was really what I wanted and working well before the screen broke. TPK Wireless employee, Amari was very sweet, knowledgeable, up-front and honest about their service and what they could guarantee. When I came to pick my phone up, it was working and I was so excited. I told Amari and the technicians how much money they save me and how appreciative I was of their service. Amari even change my sims card, so I would not have to go back to the carrier to have that done. One stop shop! I love them and I am so glad that I went there. They are phenomenal. I'm so glad my niece Mary Jones told me to take my phone to TPK Wireless. read more

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding a recent repair service. I brought my senior aunt's REZ phone in for a charging port replacement yesterday, for which I was charged $107.00. While the charging issue was resolved, the phone's screen is now blank, and the device is completely inoperable. Upon contacting the phone's manufacturer, I was informed that the SIM card was missing. When I returned to your shop, I was told that the SIM card had not been removed, despite witnessing an employee opening the SIM card slot during the intake process. As a result, my aunt is now without a phone for an entire week while we await a new SIM card from REZ phone company. This situation is highly inconvenient and frustrating. read more

The guy running the shop seems super knowledgable about all the phones. He was able to fix a few phones that other shops said they don't work on. Also, for one phone, he said it could be expensive depending on what was damaged on the inside; wouldn't know until he opened it up. I figured he would quote me the higher price, but he called me and said everything was good and quoted me the cheaper price. Solid place, I always swing by this place for phone repairs. read more

Once they are unable to fix your phone they claim it has water damage and then refuse to refund your money! I took my phone back to them 4x's in one week...worthless!!! I had my LG tablet V496 which had a cracked screen .Am a truck driver and my ELD logs were in the tablet i looked and called everywhere for the repair no one had the screen but alasss TPK Wireless they had it n they fixed it with less than 30mins same day.
