Aubrie helped me in a very friendly, timely manner and answered my questions about some other products and apps while I was there. I found her to be extremely helpful and left me with a much better opinion about this Verizon location, as my experiences in the past have been less than such. Worst customer service. The greeter apparently doesn't know any other word besides "okay". Walked in because of an issue with my wife's new iPhone 8 plus, after explaining it the guy just gave us a blank stare and said "okay". We said well, we need to get it working, he replies "okay" and continues staring. We said can you help us? He walked away without saying another word and came back with someone else. That person then was reluctant to help and when my wife called him out on the bad customer service he creeped back over. We wound up leaving in frustration after they swapped out the phone. I just want to add to my previous review about this store. My phone never worked. I got with Verizon on several phone calls so they could assist me. All I got were dead ends of reps hanging up on me and denying the responsibility of such action. My phone is useless I can't ever use it again. Once they placed my phone on the lost or stolen list no other company will take it. Verizon fucked me over and refused to provide me with a new phone to replace their damage to me and my phone. Keagan is a con artist. Go to any other store but this one or pay! 1. Paid over $60.00 a month more than what he said it would be and they never could never get the cost down. Only option was to switch phone companies. 2. He sold me a terrible phone - o many problems, including deleted photos and texts from device AND cloud. Phone got discontinued a few months after I got it. 3. Was told I would get $100 off an iPad with a 2-year agreement. He forgot to mention this is ONLY if you pay of the iPad immediately. 4. I was told that I must have not remembered right. I never got the discount on the iPad and they said there is absolutely nothing they can do about it. I switched to Sprint - less that $100/month, unlimited data and it's awesome. Never looking back. read more

On Friday, Sept. 5, I went to Go Wireless on N. Townsend in Montrose. CO. I was helped by Ryan Albertson, the mgr. My I phone battery was not holding the charge. Since it could not be replaced, I was advised to get a Samsung and was told that I had 14 days to return it if I didn't like it. I was not told that I had to pay fees for restocking if I returned it. I did not sign anything. Ryan told me to I could run errands while he was setting up the phone. I did. When I returned to pick up the Samsung he was busy with a customer. A young woman gave me the phone with a bag and papers in it. I then went to sit at a car dealership while I had my car serviced. I started playing with the Samsung and didn't like it. I returned to the store within two hours of picking up the phone. Ryan was gone. A young woman told me that she could not help me..."Only managers can accept returns," she said. I left the phone package in the store and returned on Saturday, Sept. 6. A young man charged me $83.36 for restocking charges which had never been mentioned to me nor read by me. I was flabbergasted. Because I was leaving town and was very busy, I didn't pursue this at the time. This store is about 25 miles from my home. I assumed Go Verizon was Verizon. When I went to a Verizon store in Cherry Creek, Denver, hoping they could help me, I was told they could not because Go Verizon is not a true Verizon store. It is similar to a franchise. Called to cancel my service after contract ended. Requested a final bill to pay & paid. Was never billed by mail or online. Checked credit, Verizon said i never paid final bill....8 hours, 2 collection agency's & no one could verify i had missed a bill, just bs charges. You lost a customer & his family for life. This place has the worst customer service EVER! The young woman who takes the reservation is completely snotty and stupid. Then when i reacted to her behavior she must have passed it along to the sales person who really made it difficult for me to get my iPhone. He acted nice but then said they didn't have my phone. I thought everything was still okay but his parting words were ," I'm sure you will be back here anyway". I thought it was odd even though he was outwardly nice. I called the store directly after i got home and it turns out they did have the phone. I was scammed by this store, they lied to me then they wouldn't help me get my money back. Don't shop here or any verizon store. I have all the paperwork to prove that verizon is a horrible company and they hire people who scam customers. They will tell you how much a phone is but what they are really doing is making up charges to get more money from customers. How can a company so big on customer satisfaction have such terrible customer service. I was a potential customer and they did not even cared. I walked into Verizon Wireless hoping to receive information on their phone carrier services. I was greeted and was assured that an employee with the correct knowledge will help me. The employee that greeted me told two employees that I was waiting for their help. I stood around looking at phones and waited. Those two employees stood at the desk talking to each other and laughing. Another customer walked in and they helped them right away. I stood around staring at them longer hoping to get their attention that I haven't been helped. Finally I got impatient and told the the employee that greeted me that I have not been helped. He went to the two employees and told them that I was still waiting. One of the employees told him "Hold on, we're not done here." Several minutes later one of the employees finally decided to help me. His name is Toran. He just gave me a piece of paper with all the service plans and told me to read it and talk to him when I decided whether to be a customer or not. Then as the other customer was leaving Toran told the other employee "Yeah, that guy comes in all the time, I hate that guy." I gave him back the paper and said "It's not appropriate to speak about your customers," as I proceeded to leave. He yelled back at me, "Thank you!" No apology, no regard for anything that he was doing. I can confidently say that I will not be returning to this location or any Verizon Wireless locations at all. read more

I went in last week to switch from Sprint to Verizon. The representative told me that if I traded in my iPhone 6 I would receive $47 bill credit and a $100 gift card from Visa. I traded in my phone and waited for the instructions I was told would be mailed to me to apply for the gift card. None came so I called customer service. They told me there was no promo like that and put me in touch with my original sales rep. She told me that she was mistaken, there was no promo that would give me a $100 rebate and that there was "nothing she could do, do how would I like to move forward?" She said the only option was give me $4 off my bill for the next two years. She wasn't taking ownership of the mistake, was not remorseful and did not try to provide the incentive she originally offered. I was told that if I gave them my phone, they would give me $150 cash. They only gave me $50. Just because it's a big company doesn't mean it's not still stealing. read more

Very disappointing experience. I recently went to this store to upgrade my iPhone and was told the wait would be 5 minutes and provided my phone number. I proceed to wait 30 minutes (note: other customers who walked in after me got service before me). I again provided my phone number and was told that my account was associated with a business and they could not help me as I was not listed as an authorized user. I offered to call the listed authorized users to validate my access and they said I had to submit paperwork and wait until Monday. Complete waste of time! read more

I was dreading going in to upgrade my phone given how long and painful of a process it's been in the past, but felt the need to write a review because I had such a positive experience. I had about a 10-minute wait time, but after that Griffin helped me backup my phone, walk me through new data plans and get me all set up with my new phone. I live 4 miles from downtown Denver and if I'm very lucky I get 2 bars. whenever I let Verizon know how bad the service is at my home, nothing happens. they don't even say their sorry. If you have anything you want done at the Verizon store in Cherry Creek see Tiffany Crawley, she is the best. We were ready to leave Verizon, very happily, because of the "service" we had received from someone who was too "good looking" for his/our own good. What he told us could not be done, Tiffany offered us right off the bat-we were shocked. She gave us the quote, and plenty of good advice, no prompts. Worst customer service I have ever received. Our sales associate repeatedly lied to us, about our plan not changing, in order to get our business. They wouldn't refund us on the spot, and said we needed to wait for checks in the mail, which is dated and inconvenient for the customer. Our representative who blatantly lied to us, was named Cary, and I do not recommend working with him. After years of being loyal to Verizon, they do nothing to better a situation. read more

It pains me to even give this store one star. Horrific customer service, borderline criminal. Sales associate Sandy (I believe that is his name) was extremely deceptive during my Oct 1 2013 purchase of a new phone. He misleadingly 'fluffed' the purchase of a $.99 phone with over $130 worth of 'stuff' he said was necessary and part of the price of the new phone, leading me to think the phone was $130 when in fact it was $.99 due to my eligibility for an upgrade and the phone I chose. One item I paid for (some weird blue tooth rechargeable speaker gadget that I never would have agreed to purchase) was not even included in my bag. In addition, no printed receipt was provided, nor was one emailed to me. I finally came upon the receipt several weeks later online while paying my Verizon bill. And then I saw the breakdown of the charges of all these mysterious, unnecessary items. I went to the store to find out what these items were, and after some confusion was given the missing item, but was told I was not allowed to return it since it was 2 weeks after the purchase date. I was never even given the item that I was charged for--how could I return something on time that I didn't have in my possession? If you must go to that store, which I highly recommend not doing, ALWAYS ask for a printed receipt and be extremely suspicious of what prices they quote you. Thankfully, I went to the Verizon store on Evans and Colorado and they were quite helpful--that store is managed by actual professionals who are NOT in business to scam customers.
