Best Verizon store I've ever been to. Everything was very clean and squared away. Everyone was polite and professional. Tristan (manager) helped me and my brother find a decent phone and helped us with our plan. We took a couple hours to choose and phone (our plan was also a bit complicated) but Tristan was very patient and helpful. We came back the next day to finish and purchase the phone and overall it was a great experience. I recommend this store. read more

Went in to upgrade my phone and change plans. Had to wait a little bit since there were only two sales people working and one was in training. Overall a good experience, I knew what I wanted and the guys there were did a good job of helping me out. Need to hire more sales people and get them up to speed so that customers feel that they can come in and get the attention they need. read more

I was unaware that this location wasn't a real Verizon store. The person who assisted me had an attitude once she knew I didn't purchase my phone from them. She didn't really fix the problem with activation issue as I discovered after leaving the store. During the conversation while she worked on my phone it came to light they were not a Verizon store. I drove to the Verizon Corporate store where the staff was much friendly and actually resolved the issue with my phone. The Verizon Corporate store provided great service without the crappy attitude. Skip going to this store and just head straight to the corporate store in the Staples Plaza on Williston Road in South Burlington, VT. read more

Very bad customer service , incompetent staff, complete disregards to customers request.

They are not a actual Verizon store. They are a 3rd party. My experience was terrible.

I want to start my review by saying that it's incredibly frustrating to be a Verizon loyal customer for 4 years and end up being forced to bear someone else's extreme negligence?! It all happened when I stopped in person by the Verizon Colchester store to buy a $100 international monthly pass for my overseas travel this summer and when I asked the store's sales associate if it will be easy to disactivate it once back to Vermont, he assured me that anyone at the store can call their customer service department and easily cancel my international pass?! In fact, when I got back to Vermont on the August 16th, I went to the Colchester store and asked them personally to cancel my international travel pass to which I was told that it will be taken care off the same day! Last Saturday, I stopped by Verizon Colchester store to pay my bill only to be surprised with a $300 extra on my bill and when I pressed them on it, they finally found out that no one has cancelled my $100 international monthly pass when I asked them in person to do so back on the 16th of August?? And that they have been charging me a $100 extra each month for a service that I have not being using and do not actually need while living in Vermont!? And what's going to make matters worst is that it took the Verizon Colchester store sales associate two hours to finally tell me that they have just cancelled my international service and that there is nothing that he can do for the added $300 charge on my bill and that I will have to bear sole responsibility for their mess-up!? That being said, what these guys don't know at the Verizon Colchester store is that not only they have lost a loyal customer due to their flagrant negligence in handling my international pass cancellation request but also they will undoubtedly lose a whole lot more of customers when I will post my horrible experience with them in my vast social and professional media network. I just want everyone to know that bad customer service at the Verizon Colchester store can cost you $300 or more of your hard own money!? And for that I'm giving them a 1 star rating for their really bad customer service. read more

I'm often skeptical of 3rd party locations, sure to proliferate as corporate stores vanish. Chance Swafford, consultant at the Colchester VT location, was expert at addressing our complex requirements in quickly accessing and purchasing an iPhone 12 Pro for professional use. He found and secured the ONE phone in the area fitting our requirements, accomplished the complex sale remotely, set us up with case and Gorilla Glass, and made it so we could pick up the phone at a store nearby, turn it on and go! I have been to this store twice recently. Amy has been very friendly and knowledgeable regarding setting me up with a phone upgrade, accessories and then purchasing an upgrade for my daughter (which she drove to the Williston store to get the color we needed when her shipment was not yet in). She was able to navigate some complications that I was having regarding discounts and made recommendations that would save me the most money on my account. She responds very quick via text with any questions that I may have. Great new store and great customer service. read more

They effectively stole my mother's phone! We'll get to that soon. I had a horrible experience at this store. My family of 4 decided to switch from AT&T so I stopped by to get a quote. We were told that we would get $1100 credits for each of our phones to use toward iPhone 13 Pros. I was also assured by the sales associate that my corporate discount of 15% would be reflected in the monthly bill. Sounded great so we decided to do it. Unfortunately only 3 of us could make it to the store on the day of the sale. We were told that the 4th, my mother, could bring hers in the next day so that's what she did. Fast forward to the first bill. No 15% discount (because we got an unlimited plan and apparently the discount doesn't apply to that plan), $800 credits on the three phones that were traded in on the first day (instead of the $1100 the salesperson quoted) and ZERO credit for my mom's phone. Over the next few months, I called the store, Verizon, Cellular Sales corporate office, Apple, and even the Better Business Bureau to try to get the credits updated and my mom's phone located. Ultimately, the store lost her phone and refused to credit us for it and also refused to match the trade-in discount that we were promised. The whole experience was exhausting as I spent many, many hours on the phone and writing emails to try to resolve this only to be denied. My advice is to go to a Verizon corporate store and avoid this franchise completely. And please don't bother giving me a canned reply about contacting customer service. I already have, as mentioned above, and they did not help. read more

Tyler was extremely helpful!! We purchased a new phone at the Verizon store in South Burlington. The associate sent us away without activating the phone and assuring us it would be simple. We spent over a grand in the store and he dismissed us. We had trouble getting it to work and called a few times to no answer and a return text just telling us he was busy. We at this point did not have any service and needed to go up the Mountian to Stowe without GPS direction or a way to call the people we were meeting up there. We had never been and were here on vacation. Because we could not get in touch with anyone at the actual Verizon store, we tried this store. Tyler advised they are not really related stores and there would be a charge, when we explained the situation he waved the fee and fold us to head to the store and he would get it all worked out. Can't praise him enough and the rest of the staff were so great as well. They got us all working and up and running quickly and we're very patient and friendly.
