The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful, even knowledgeable. The manager is down to earth and enthusiastic to help. I'm not commenting on the company policies (which is a whole 'nother debate) but rather the store experience and I think this is one of the better ones out there. Many other branches have employees that regard you as a criminal or someone that's out to get them. For example.. I'll never put another foot in the Williston branch ever again. One time I went there and the manager sold me a pair of used joystick grips and when I politely went back inside to ask for a refund/replacement, he told me it was my fault for buying it :) Oh boy, good times... I can say that'd never happen at this South Burlington branch so I will always be bringing my business to this one. Keep it up!
