Helped me find items I wanted and asked if I wanted to try any on. She went above and beyond her duties. I truly hope Taylor gets recognition for her excellent people skills that represent your store. Taylor gave me small flyer stating 1 day sale with 25% 11/01. With Christmas shopping, this was amazing. When I went to the sale, I had to get the names of all the employees: Marena (Manager), Natalie, Karen, Taylor, Eunice, Aylana, Alexis, Doug. Everyone of these people were helping customers with merchandise including myself. I had an armful of shirts and they relieved my arms, so that I could continue shopping. They were so helpful to so many. Myself, brother and his wife, friends all purchased a great amount for Christmas (each of us over $200 plus). Quality of clothes was excellent, especially for the price. Store was very organized, neat and clean. Hopefully there is another 1 day sale before the holiday. I know the store would do well . Please give recognition and praise to each of them for without employees like them - You don't look good !!! They make you shine...

I understand they need to check with their manager but maybe take my number? I love the sales but the regular prices for items with tags and brands crossed off are still high.if I'm paying 20 for a dress then I'd like the tag still in it. Would not let my friend bring in a cart even though she walks with a cane. How is she supposed to buy anything? The fake blonde haired lady was not very kind. If you're shopping make sure you don't fall in love with anything missing a price tag.

Apparently the 65 year old sales woman really has a problem with tight dresses. I came out of the…read moredressing room looking for some help with the top of my zipper and the the first thing this lady said to me was " that dress is waaaaaay to tight" this was totally un-provoked, I did not ask her how I looked or say anything to her at except " can you finish zipping me?" now, I'm in the camp of whatever size I can fit my body into and still be able to breath and move with relative ease is the correct size, and I get that that isn't for everyone, but b*tch please do not be saying this to the ladies. I am fully aware when a dress is snug on me, and I happen to like my clothes form fitting. I tried on the next size up just to humor her, but even that was too tight for her, and was too big in the waist for me. long story short, I left without the dress because she actually made me really uncomfortable, which is not how I like to feel when clothes shopping.

I've been to this U.O. a few times over the years; I still remember buying a pair of spiral-shaped studded earrings from here back in 2001 when I was in the Burlington area touring NECI before my senior year of high school. (Ahhh, memories of when I wanted to go to culinary school...now I just EAT the food. Ha!) This past weekend, I was in town for an aunt's wedding, and after breakfast, I strolled in here with my parents as we took in the wonderful cacophony along Church Street. I didn't intend to buy anything, but their second level sales section was so amazingly organized, I left with a black tunic and a grey long-sleeved jumper. Oops! (Actually, sorry, not sorry.) The staff was so wonderful and cheery, definitely a switch up from many NYC U.O. staffers. I know I have a million of these at my doorstep. (Well, perhaps six in Manhattan.) Still, whenever I come to Burlington, I'm still compelled to stop in, because why not?

Not such a big fan of their tops which I feel are less well made. I try not to shop here very often as it's not inexpensive, but depending on what you purchase, the quality can be very good. They do seem to stand behind the quality of their garments and they offer free hemming of any trousers you buy there, which is a really nice perk. It's nice how they incorporate local fitness studios into store events, etc. I often joke with friends that the dressing room lighting and mirrors here are the worst in town. Nothing like changing into athletic gear and knowing for a fact that you look way worse in the store mirrors than you do in real life. Not exactly a good move when you're trying to sell active wear. I have some friends who refuse to use the dressing rooms just because the get depressed every time they've gone in them.

Once the mattress arrived on time he was a wonderful help setting everything up for her since I had to leave earlier. My daughter tried to give him a tip, but he wouldn't accept one.
