Tim was so wonderfully patient with me as I asked about various pieces and jewelry processes, and had lots of knowledge about everything I asked about. If you want a piece of jewelry, come here if you want it done right. I will be returning. This was everything one could ask for in a jewelry shop experience, I can't wait to see what they make next!

I've purchased some stunning pieces here, and all at a fair value. And have also come in to socialize, with no intent to purchase, and have been welcomed to just spend time there. It's lovely, and their new renovations are fantastic. To the commenter who said the staff judged them based on looks -- the first time we stopped in, we were coming from our camp. We both had on fairly grubby clothes and no jewelry at all, and were still treated kindly. I'm sorry that your experience was different.

Buying rings can be an overwhelming experience but Mike and the staff were super helpful on site and thoroughly went over questions such as what we wanted; what was important to us; likes/dislikes; etc - and used that info to narrow the focus and show us options that would potentially work. Both the bride and groom are super happy with the results and Lippa's wedding bands will be with us the rest of our lives. We highly recommend Lippa's.

Honestly I rarely use these, so trying to be kind, I told him, "NBD, I use my phone for that" .... But, then it stopped ticking 2 days later. When I returned to the store, I requested he place a new battery in & asked that he show me the package (so I could check the expiration date). He walked out from the back with just the expired battery he removed from my watch to show me. So, I said, "No, I want to see the package of the NEW battery you're putting in, so I know it's NOT EXPIRED." He returned with his supply (i.e., 2 batteries: both expired 2020). I asked him for my $15 back, and he REFUSED because he said I did not have my receipt. Then, to make matters worse! ... on my Google 1-STAR Review of LIPPA's he lied, saying he "could not find my name anywhere in his computer system" ~ trying to make it appear as if I had the wrong Jewelry Store (funny... He never did ask for my name today; he simply stated without my yellow receipt, he would not REFUND ME $15 for dishonestly placing an EXPIRED 2020 WATCH BATTERY in my wrist watch) A THIEF is a THIEF (thieves always lie; they have, or they get caught) and a LIE is a LIE: a Tiger doesn't change their stripes, no matter how big, or small their kill is. LIPPA's does NOT DESERVE Anyone's BUSINESS, or TRUST. ~ I suppose if I walked in with an expensive suit & tie to buy an engagement ring, he would have had the decency to behave himself better & not steal from someone 65 y.o. on a fixed income. Shame on this man & his mother who raised him.

We worked with Raintree for all the jewelry for our wedding. They custom designed and made my engagement ring and our wedding bands with exquisite precision. I also brought in family heirloom pearls to be redesigned into a custom made necklace, earrings and bracelet - which all turned out just as beautiful as I had imagined. The shop is rustic yet having modern and clean lines. All of their in store products are beautiful and unique. Raintree is conveniently located on the main street in Vergennes next to some other shops and delicious eateries. Love. Love. Love.

I wanted to make sure what I wore was appropriate for the multiple events I would be attending. The owner Samir was very helpful in explaining the different outfits and helping me chose a sari, top and bangles. He suggested I come back the next day so their tailor could help me learn to wear the sari and stitch pleats in it so it would be easy for me to wear. I didn't even know they had a tailor--impressive! She can alter outfits for you and also make the tops to wear under a sari. When I came back the next day, the tailor was sick, but he still pinned it together for me and explained where to sew and hem the outfit. I could have left it with them, but my flight was the next day so I sewed it at home using his suggestions. I came back for a third time to buy a shawl for a bright yellow evening gown for a different event because he had the best selection in the mall of brightly colored wraps and accessories. Very kind and friendly, too! Samir--thank you so much for providing me with beautiful clothes and educating me about the styles of clothing.

I appreciate everything at this store and couldn't stop browsing each item. I stopped in with my boyfriend while strolling around Church Street and I'm so glad we did. Trinket has jewlery, cards, home decor items, lots of gift ideas, and really something for everyone. I ended up only buying a couple cards for souvenirs and those curly telephone cord hair ties, but I could've spent way more money on so many fun things!
