I had a watch that needed a battery replaced and a necklace repair. The sales associate Carol couldn't have been any nicer or more gracious, and she comped me the battery! My engagement ring (family heirloom) broke in three different place, so at first I took it to a…read morejeweler in Stowe who quoted me over 1k to rebuild the shank, and refused to fuse it back together. I took it to Eaton's, and they gave me the option to rebuild the shank for around $600, or have it welded together for $300 (along with securing the prongs and resizing, all in platinum). We chose to have it welded (would like to keep it as original as possible), and it came back looking as good as new! Will absolutely be returning for all our future jewelry needs!
