I've asked her about advertised deal, but in the store I found even better phone for great price of "free". I was looking to switch company anyway so it worked for me. My friend has plan for $30/mo. All I had to do is ask. I left store very happy with brand name new phone, paid $30 for month of service. That's it! Looking for good deal? Come here! Owner have this business for 33 years already. Inside pretty dingy, a/c wasn't on, only sales person- young woman was already talking with customers on another language. She said" I'll be with you soon". 15 minutes after, i decided to do my grocery shopping and come back. In about 20 minutes i was back. Sales person asked me what i need, i told her exactly what i saw advertised. She said that they must start me up with $60/mo service, add activation fee, etc... So my charge would be $119 today. Nothing like that was in advertisement so they lost me as a customer, i would suggest not to go there. I' ve got exactly what i want in another store, about 20 minutes drive from this dungeon.

I am a college student that…read morehad hired Suddath to move my things out of my dorm in July given that I could not return to campus to pack away my own things. In my original contract given they had charged me $120 to move my things back to campus and had promised that my stuff would arrive before I arrived on campus. Fast forward to a week before moving onto campus I was charged an additional $50 to move my things onto campus AND my stuff did not arrive until A WEEK after I had arrived on campus. Because of this, I was sleeping in a friend's sleeping bag for a week wearing the same four outfits I had packed in my bag on my trip back to school. Later I find out that multiple other students on campus were not charged AT ALL to have their things moved back to campus and they received their things the day they arrived to campus. Once receiving my items I was also upset by the fact that they had broken many of my storage containers, scratched my fridge, and had gone through undergarments that I had packed and tied shut before leaving campus for spring break. To top this off they packed SOMEONE ELSE'S PILLOWS in my boxes and after 2 emails, no one has told me what to do with them. I lived in a single last year so I have NO IDEA who's pillows these belong to. Also, communication was TERRIBLE. As noted above it took me multiple emails to get ahold of them about my damages and what to do with the pillows. They sent me a link to go through for damages and have still not addressed me on what to do with these pillows. Leading up to move-in, I had sent countless emails and called multiple times before someone could give me any information on my belongings. Which only resulted in them saying I owed them more money that was not stated on my original proposal. When speaking on the phone with my customer service attendant they were friendly and nice-- however, there are many things that need to be worked on before I would recommend ANYONE to this company. I can also say that many of my friends had the same problems with this company, if not worse (ie. stuff came back moldy, things were stolen, etc).

I have to say, as far as moving goes, the three of you made it a good experience. Your all patient, kind and understanding of the stress involved in moving. I couldn't of asked for a better experience going through a move from a house to an apartment! Thanks for your help! Outstanding job. In this day and age, it's hard to find people that understand their job/role and do it well. The three of you have accomplished that!
