The staff member who assisted me was very helpful and explaining what options and pricing for all the different models of phones that are out there. I'm going to hold off and see if there's a deal coming up in the future because my trade in value of my particular phone is not that high It seems. Also found out that you get a better deal, depending on the plan you have and I have a grandfather plan in effect at the moment so I get the least amount of trade-in value I was told.

I ordered a washing machine pedestal online and had it shipped to the store in Brandon. I made the…read morehour round trip drive to pick it up. The associate loaded the pedestal into the back of my vehicle. I drove home and went to remove it from the back of my truck and noticed it had another person's name listed as the "pick up person". I then looked further and saw it was a GE and not the LG that I ordered, and the order number did not match. They gave me someone else's order. I then called their store number and was routed to customer service in India, who was absolutely pathetic in the level of service provided. They could not confirm if my order was still in the store. They could not contact the store to ask. They could not ship the product I paid for a week ago to my house and pick up the incorrect one they gave me. They just advised I had X days to return the product and they recommend I drive back to the store to see if my order was still there. PATHETIC customer service. I will not be ordering from Best Buy again.
