One of the very few businesses that I have ever found that has exactly what I'm looking for, good,…read morequality, well built wood furniture that has flair, durabilty and style. I've have looked at SO MANY STORES in the last 2 weeks. Many of them are just knick knack stores. I sold and got rid of 99% of any knick knacks I have ever owned. This store hits the nail on all fronts 1) Price 2) Friendliness 3) Availability. They get new furniture for consignment every week. Look at the dates. Keep track. I LOVE THIS STORE. You are the best Wood World !

Sellers beware: i called wood world at the recommendation of someone as opposed to FB marketplace…read more I paid $100 for them to pick up 7 items worth approx $1000, with an expecting of a little less than $500 back to me. sounded like a good deal right? The owner called and told me they didn't sell most of it so i could come pick it up myself (i'm disabled and own a honda which i discussed with him when he came to my house) or they could throw it away. he wouldn't tell me the amount i was getting but that he'd drop the check in the mail "right now". almost a month later a check for $60 arrived. i lost $40 instead of making $400 to $500. i understand times are tough but this feels like theft. i have no idea if my furniture was sold and the cash pocketed. $1000 of furniture! and i have no idea why it took 3 weeks to send me a check for $60. sadly there is nothing i can do about this but warn others: something smells fishy here and i feel taken advantage of. painful life lesson: just sell stuff yourself, period.

It isn't this specific stores fault this is Office Depot as a whole. I ordered a $300 white board…read moreand was told it was going to be delivered Friday. I received all the tracking information even that they "attempted to deliver" which they didn't. Turns out, it was never even on the truck and was supposedly "lost." So I called the customer service line and got very little help, but she did tell me it would be delivered Monday and refunded me for the "$40" shipping. Monday comes and still no tracking information, so I call. The First Lady tells me that maybe it will be delivered today and I should have tracking information even though I didn't get it, like it was my fault. Waited till the afternoon still never got it, so I called again. And this time I was told that they weren't sure if it was even going to be delivered or if they had even ordered the item. So I asked to speak to a supervisor because I felt like they were almost just lying. And all of their supervisors were "busy" after sitting on hold for 20 minutes waiting for one. They didn't want to connect me with one in the first place because they knew it was being handled poorly. After every call I was offered a review section at the end and I didn't get it for this one I wonder why? Long story short I ended up just telling them I wanted a refund. They clearly don't care at all about their customers and that's unfortunate. I will never order from this company again and I hope this can save someone else the time, money, and hassle.

Staples is an.. experience. It's a good option if you want convenient and cheaper print materials…read more They can do a bunch of different stuff. However, you pay for quality, so because it's cheaper it can be noticeably lower quality than going through a professional print or graphic company. I've come here for a couple print projects and the workers are usually always nice and helpful. But they aren't as detailed oriented as they should be- I asked the girl to print 2 sets of 9 postcards double-sided. She printed me 9 thinking each side counted as one- like how do you not know that when you working in printing? Then later on I realize one of the cards wasn't even there so I had to make another trip just to get that one- should've double checked right when I got them so let this be your confirmation to do the same. As far as office supplies go, they certainly do have a wide set of options. Albeit, some of it isn't priced super reasonably. I am not going to pay $50 for a calendar journal when I can get it at least half that price most other places. I'll also say at this specific location the other workers can be really uncomfortable. I mainly go there for print things so I don't interact too much with them, but have overheard and walked through conversations they have with other customers and they can just be really rude and unapproachable. They don't want to be there and make it known. You can also do Amazon returns here and international shipping, which I did not know but is very helpful.

So, when is the price, not the price?? Answer??? When you are at Staples. I needed to purchase…read morean ink cartridge for an Epson printer. To make sure it was in stock, I looked at the Staples website. And, it's there...with a price of 36.99. However, in the store, it's tagged at 44.99. CLerk tells me that if I can show him the web site, he'll adjust it, however, can't get the site to come up on my phone, and there was a line in back of me. I thought this was illegal...and at the very least unethical...technically, the internet is advertising...nothing on the web page for the items at Staples tell you that the price is online only. So, if the website (an advertising billboard) says the price is 'X' then the company should be selling it for 'X' NOT 'X+Profit'. I called and chatted online with the company (two different people), and they did nothing.

In most cases this is a really good store. They usually have everything you need, prices are good,…read morepeople are knowledgeable, etc. Everything you want and need from an office supply store. Lately, it's be a little messy. They are either restocking shelves or cleaning stuff up. I'm not really sure. They just have a few of these carts with boxes and garbage in several places throughout the store (see pictures). Now, I'm not that snooty that I am unable to walk into a store without complaining over a few cardboard boxes laying around. Except that they are usually in the way, so in order to get by with a shopping cart or pick up something in that general area, you have to move it out of the way. That doesn't make for the best experience. That's really the only thing I have on this location.

I went in to ship something. I needed a box. The guy behind the counter pointed to the small…read moreshipping supplies area next to where you drop the packages off. Ok I'll go look. They didn't have what I needed. I left to go on the hunt. The kid was so rude I thought of heading down to the FedEx store on BBD near 75 but then thought of the time it would take and I figured I'm just dropping it off I can handle his attitude for a short interaction and went back in to drop my package off. I'm standing at the counter for a few minutes as he's literally meandering around behind the counter just touching the machines and OMG did he just twirl around? He knew I was there. I have no idea why tf he's being like this, all I did was ask him a question the last time I was in. Finally after he's touched all the machines he looks up and addresses me. At this point I don't even trust him with my package. All I could muster was a FU and OMG! And I walked out. Like seriously - what was that about? Typically I'm gonna give retail employees all the grace in the world - but this guy? Not a chance. I don't go there often so me saying I'll never shop there again means nothing. But really? They don't offer anything we can't get elsewhere.
