After spending most of the morning on the phone with Verizon and trying (unsuccessfully) to explain my problem to them, I decided it might be better to speak with someone face to face. I had ordered a very expensive phone through the app and I paid for next-day shipping, but I unfortunately didn't realize that they required a signature. My son was in the hospital and I had no idea if or when an adult might be at home to receive the phone. I hoped that empathy or compassion would be displayed, but at no time did any representative of Verizon appear to care. I suggested perhaps the store could provide me with the phone and cancel my online order. No. I suggested UPS could drop the phone at an access point near my house. No. Verizon would literally not budge or think creatively to help me in any way. Their only suggestion was to wait a week until it was returned to the Verizon warehouse and then go buy it at a store. Very upsetting and frustrating. This wasted nearly my entire day. read more

Sat here for 45 min waiting while the girl working here chatted with another couple about her husband and giving blood without acknowledgment. Here is my recommendation after spending hours on the phone with Verizon to fix their absurd billing errors.....if you go into ANY Verizon Store.....record your conversation. Every word. They will lie about what's included and what will be waived. Anything to make the sale. When we went back to this location to discuss....the response was....."you'll need to call the Corporate office (to fix what I lied to you about). Worse than a used car dealership. Google "why do Verizon Reps keep hanging up on me" AND GOOGLE " why won't Verizon reps let me speak with a supervisor". You'll be shocked to find out that this is how Verizon trains their telephone reps. read more

Garrett is a terrible store manager at the Verizon store on Milwaukee Street in Boise, Idaho. He is pompous and speaks from an unfounded place with respect to his knowledge of the products that Verizon sells. He is clearly biased against selling Apple products. During my visit to this store, he made his unsolicited opinion known, and proceeded to argue with me about the incorrect statements he was making about Apple products and service. What I don't understand is why the store owner and/or Verizon would allow this employee to continue working in this capacity when he is costing the store thousands of dollars in sales and revenue. I know that Garrett lost the sale of two Apple products as a result of his decision to express his views regarding these products. In the end, I left this store and made my purchase elsewhere. read more

I wanted to add my sister to our family's wireless plan. She's had all kinds of trouble with her previous phones, and was apprehensive about getting someone who wouldn't help her, who would blow her off or talk all sorts of tech lingo she doesn't need to understand. Instead, she had the incredible good fortune to meet Casey. I had to speak with Casey, to assure Verizon that this was a legitimate linkage to our family account. He couldn't have been more genuinely thoughtful, more helpful, more supportive. He is exactly the kind of person every one of us wishes we might find when we go into a Verizon, Best Buy, TMobile, etc......and whom we so rarely find. Casey deserves a Gold Star for patience, thoroughness, tech smarts (without the need to show them off), and all-around great sensitive wisdom. After years of having hit-or-miss (mostly miss) service at tech stores, Casey is just a Rock'em Sock'em Robot of a great employee. read more

This is an authorized dealer of Verizon and Apple, etc. not a corporate store. DON'T visit this store unless you wanna be ripped off. I got a new Samsung S21 that did not come with the charging block. This store wanted $40 for the charging block and $30 to transfer my data over to my new phone. After paying so much for my phone I'm looking to spend almost another $100 to get it set up so it can work! NO WAY. I bought a super-fast charger from Amazon with a 10' cord in a 2-pack for less than $11. The charger works great and you get two cords and the 2 blocks. It charges so fast with no problems at all. I then used Samsung Smart Switch app to transfer everything over to new phone seamlessly in less than 5 minutes. And you can always call Verizon and they can help walk you through it if you need it (for free). These guys are crazy and they're rude as well. read more

I've been getting my phones at this store for years. The customer service has dropped dramatically. It was an 8 hour ordeal to get the phone in March. I went in today to get my screen protector replaced and now it costs money or I have to wait for my replacement through the mail. Bought a new phone and dropped it 6 days later. The screen protector they put on and the otter box they put on failed. The screen broke because the screen protector they put on failed and popped off as soon as it hit and the screen broke. They said too bad we don't cover the phone because the screen protector isn't ours. 12 years doing business with them. read more

Phone screen was broken and one month away from the two year mark on our account. They easily made it so I could upgrade with a small payment and set us up so quickly. Mind you the associate was working alone on a Sunday morning when there were supposed to be two other associates annnnnd it was getting pretty busy. I tragically lost my cell phone right in the middle of searching for a job. While I missed my apps and contacts, they were sort of "extras." Having a working phone right now is very necessary, if I plan to eat again. I went to the GoWireless on Glenwood, and the gentlemen there - especially Daniel - were so helpful. I made the mistake of buying a new phone at the Verizon corporate store, and they set up some strange accounts and weren't able to help me set up my new phone. I was left in the dust. I went back to GoWireless on Glenwood, completely flummoxed, and Daniel helped do all the set up and delete the extra accounts. Don't go anywhere else, folks. These guys are the greatest. read more

Having the same name as one of my sons, Bryce treated us like family. He provided us with excellent and outstanding service. I was in there for possibly an hour, but time flew by so quickly with him it felt much shorter! He was comfortable handling the issues at hand and remained patient and friendly through the entire visit. I recently purchased a iPhone 6s Plus 64gb from Tyler Bennett at the glenwood store! Instead of trying to talk me out of that phone because they didn't have one in store, he simply ordered it for me. If you want to get superb customer service go to this store & ask for Teresa Vanderbilt Veen. This woman went out of her way to help my friends father get a phone. We had to drive an hour to get to the store which was closed for training. Teresa was walking out while we were trying to figure out which location to go to & said that she would help us if we were willing to follow her to her store 30 minutes away. She was knowledgable on every product they had & did it with a smile. I've never experienced such amazing customer service. I went in to the store was greeted by a nice young man by the name of Sean. He was lively, comical and also KNEW his products. He took the time to explain to me features about phones and what I could use them for. After getting the phone from Sean an IPhone 6 I am able to run my business better! He also recommended a water proof case since I am a avid outdoors man. Terrible experience. Don't waste your time. They are only going to lie to you about what they are offering with their so called "promotional deals". When I complained they were not concerned about what happened in the slightest. I am a service business owner and I am familiar with the "tell them anything to make a sale" culture. We have done business with My Bullfrog for years and never had a single problem. Unfortunately they were bought out by a greedy giant that doesn't care about having repeat customers. Go to the Verizon stores that are owned by Verizon. There is one in the Mall and one in Nampa. They both have excellent customer service and they made right what Go wireless screwed up. read more

Please save yourself the trouble and DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE. They are not a corporate Verizon store and have absolutely no customer service. I have never had such a bad experience anywhere. They ordered me a phone when I was in Boise and promised to ship it to me in Los Angeles. And then just let the phone sit there for a week, freezing up my account so I couldn't order one online or through a real verizon store. Any attempts to get through via phone call to them were unsuccessful as the number listed is an answering service that itself can't get through to the actual store. They kept saying that someone will call me back and no one ever has. I called them Wednesday through Sunday and they were always too busy to take a paying customers call. The people at the corporate verizon couldn't do anything to help me as any changes made at a bullfrog verizon store cannot be amended by them. Absolute worst display of customer service ever. Brian is completely useless. I would love to complain to a manager however since they never answer the phone or call back, I am forced to leave a public review. read more
