    Jose helped me today. He was really nice and tried to see if there was a flip phone available for…read moremy grandma. Unfortunately they didn't have one at this location. Jose was nice and changed out my screen protector for me. This would have been a 5 star visit if Jose could have called the other location down the road to verify if they had one available. I took a gamble driving down to another location down the road for them to possibly not have it. Overall it was a good visit but that extra mile would have given them a flawless review.

    I wrote a review recently for another T-Mobile employee (whose name I will leave out out of…read morerespect) and that person turned out to not be the golden child I painted them to be. Do I think they're a good employee? Absolutely. In that review I talked about a guy at AT&T named, Todd. Now, that part of the review is basically why I've kept the review up. Todd is a poison and everyone needs to know that. The T-Mobile employee, I feel like they were great when they were working with us. Once we were done, so were they. I don't want that person to turn into a Todd because this T-mobile employee has potential to go very far as long as they stay humble and devoted to each and every customer.... The way this employee at this location is. Her name is Shelby. She helped us in a way the other person just seemed to ignore. We left AT&T because of the ENORMOUS costs and because every day we felt so bitter over how bad Todd screwed us. So meeting Shelby is TRULY the breath of fresh air we all need when dealing with cell phone companies. Remember back when phones first came on the scene? Nah? Well I'm old so I do remember lol. The phones and service were so cheap, hence why the public dumped house phones in massive numbers! As the popularity of phones grew, the customer service went out as fast as home phones did. Then you come across people like Shelby who truly want to help. My roommate first met her and was blown away by how unbelievably helpful she was. When we left AT&T we paid a huge amount to pay off our iPhones so that way t-mobile would pay that off. Our experience with the first t-mobile employee, they told us they processed the paperwork and we would have the rebate in 3-6 wks. They said "usually in 4wks but can take 6wks" Well, the roommate called to get an adjustment on the bill and found out the employee NEVER processed the paperwork. We almost lost our chance at the rebate. Enter...Shelby! Not only did she make the adjustment to the bill, she got us an even BETTER monthly payment! Knocked off $20 more. That's major after paying $270 a month at AT&T! Our t-mobile is cut in half and way more than expected. She also processed, ACTUALLY PROCESSED the rebate paperwork and within a week we had the rebate. The previous employee honestly, should be ashamed of themselves. We were out almost $1500 because that person was too eager to get on to the next person. I'll eventually remove that first review for the other location because all the attention deserves to go to Shelby. She's sweet, beautiful, so friendly, and unbelievably efficient. SHE is what you call a phenomenal employee and everyone would be so lucky to have Shelby as their representative if they are with T-mobile. Monthly phone bills can be super stressful especially of at AT&T and when they are $270 for 2 phones! My mom has 5 lines with another carrier and pays $150! Shows you how bad Todd screwed us over. Also shows again how grateful we are to have come across Shelby. T-Mobile folk, if you see this, she is one employee you absolutely cannot lose as long as she loves working for you. She is an employee that deserves to be recognized for her unbelievable service to her customers and how incredibly friendly she is. She doesn't just treat you as "another customer" she doesn't rush you through, she takes her time, she smiles, she gets shit done. Thank you, Shelby. You have no idea how much you've truly helped us out. We will forever be grateful and as long as you're with t-mobile, you will be our "go to" Thanks again a million times! I could go on and on but I KNOW Yelp will cut me off and everyone needs to at least see this far how wonderful Shelby is. Glad I met her, my roommate is beyond glad as well. Ok I'm done!     I researched where to look for two new house batteries for my class C motorhome. The original…read morebatteries and were about 5 years old and not holding a charge. I called Batteries Plus and spoke with Jerry. He was knowledgeable about my situation and guided me through the decision process and recommended the Duracell AGM's. They were an upgrade for my RV and a little more expensive than the ones that came with the RV but worth the extra money. I called him back a couple more times to schedule picking them up and to get his advice on how to perform the replacement. I did the pre-replacement planning (including cable diagrams) which I highly recommend if you plan on this this yourself. Jerry went above and beyond my expectations with this buying experience as he actually helped me with the battery replacement right there in the parking lot! With his assistance, we had the old batteries out and the new ones installed in less that 20 minutes and they work beautifully. I truly appreciate the expert knowledge and outstanding customer service I received from Jerry and Batteries Plus. I will definitely be a returning customer for future battery purchases. Jerry, thanks so much for making my buying experience an A+.
