Avoid this store if possible. Staff, including management, acted as if it was a huge inconvenience to help with my inquiries. The last time I needed something Verizon related, I was told to just call the corporate number, rather than taking some time to address my questions. Brienna Malli at Verizon on King was a rockstar who helped me out this week. Backstory: My Google Pixel phone started having weird problems about 2 weeks ago. I couldn't make or receive phone calls. Since I'm a realtor, I really need my phone to work. I was very frustrated when I went to Verizon two days ago. Brienna observed the problems on my phone and realized it was not my fault and my phone was dysfunctional. She ordered me a refurbished model with overnight delivery. It arrived yesterday and I was able to transfer everything very easily. My new phone works perfectly and I couldn't be happier with Verizon. Verizon cannot fix my inability to text in the center of Billing, MT. And I called the 1-800 number still will not work. The only way to get help with 1-800 number is to call at night.Texts at my home, some places around Billings work. I have a flip phone and if it weren't for my family I would not know that now with 5 G my phone wasn't to keep working. Supposedly Verizon sent me an "email" about flip phone not working. That is what 1st class mail is for. Supposedly Verizon decided to give it another year , 2020, for those of us that don't want to be FORCED INTO giving up our phones and being charged for smart phones we DO NOT WANT. This Verizon store on King was extremely busy on the only day I was in Billings last week. But when my number finally came up, I was attended to, as if I was the only customer in the store. Deborah Grill. helped me resolve an intermittent issue with my Motorola cell phone. She determined that the best solution was to replace the phone on warranty. She was instrumental in getting the company owned phone replaced and a replacement phone sent to my home. Now, all I have to do is figure out how to transfer all the data and photos etc. Thank You Deborah! read more

Not very good customer service were rude and not customer focused.The atmosphere was nasty they don't have courtesy for the customers and act like they read out of a manuel. We had a billing error and the manager lance refused to credit us despite reviewing the bill and seeing the error.He said there was nothing he can do when twitter and customer care helped us faster. read more

This store and the manager are terrible. The worst experience of my life. First, you wait for hours while multiple employees stand around doing nothing. I saw the manager when I finally got to someone and she was nasty from the start. She kept repeating the same thing to me over and over again without listening to me that I had already done all she is telling me to do to get my issue resolved with no results. I have been billed and paid over $1300 for a phone I returned. I have gotten no where with phone customer service so tried to handle in person at this store with all my paperwork in hand. First she tried to insist I was not billed for it. Once I proved I was, she insisted I needed to call the location where it was returned. I told her I did that but that store does not know what more to do so I am not billed and I don't know what to tell them to do. They took the phone back, I paid the restocking fee and they gave me a return receipt. At this point another customer eavesdropping attacks me from across the store yelling at me. This goes on long enough that I have to ask her if she is going to continue to allow this. She finally says to him, "I've got this" but this does nothing to stop him and it goes on and on. I look at her again to ask her to stop this and she actually said to me, "you are not the victim here". Zero admonishing him for attacking me and getting involved where he has no business but is condescending and nasty to me. I have been charged and paid for a phone I have returned. I am there with all proof in hand, she is not listening to me or helping at all and is now allowing another customer to attack and yell at me from across the store. I was absolutely the victim. I was frustrated after months of trying to solve this and her attitude toward me did not help but I never raised my voice with her. I never used foul language with her. I did not cause a scene but she allowed this man to cause a total scene yelling at me. There is a glitch in the Verizon system when you return a phone to a retailer where they somehow don't get that it was returned so it goes on your bill. Verizon does not help at all by reaching out to the store to find out where this phone is or what is going on. I do believe Verizon has the best network but it is not worth it to have to deal with customer service when you need help. I have been with Verizon for as long as I can remember and I have spent thousands and thousands with them. 4 lines on my plan, new phones every couple of years for all of us. I have switched to another service at this point and have no other recourse except to dispute my credit card for the charges. Trying to deal directly has been a nightmare. read more
